Our group of 5 thoroughly enjoyed the trolley tour and tour of the Breakers. The captain chairs on the trolley were more comfortable than other trolley tours we've taken. "Trolley Rob," our bus driver and tour guide, kept us entertained and informed about the various sites in Newport. The self guided audio tour of the Breakers was informative and provided an over view as well as in-depth information about the various rooms of the mansion. Use of personal ear buds is recommended for the audio program accessed with a smart phone.

This tour was absolutely fabulous. Our tour guide, bus driver 'Trolley Rob' was professional, so informative & entertaining. A thoroughly enjoyable tour, 10/10.

This is an excellent tour. Trolley Rob is very knowledgeable and holds your interest. Time to see sites and get pictures without rush or too much time. The Breakers are beautiful.

The trip was canceled by the owner of Newport Travel Trolley due the shortage of staff as informed by the owner Caelos Caedoso. According to the owner the staff have medical issue and have nobody to replace them. However, the owner is very kind to refer us to another Trolley tour service, but I did spent time to study Newport Travel Trolley service and trust they may be the best choice, so I did not go for any other Trolley service. If I have to do the same thing again, I definitely go for Newport Travel Trolley.

Our driver/host was amazing! He helped us learn about the history and kept us entertained! We drove past so any memorable homes and scenery.

Trolley Rob was fun and informative. Perfect amount of time to have toured the Breakers mansion. The trolley left for the tour a few minutes early because all ticket holders were there on time, giving us more time for the tour. We could hear the guide clearly. Nothing negative to see.

Totally enjoyable and comfortable tour. The bus had good sound system making the presentation easy to hear. Rob was both informative and humorous.
