Luke was our tour guide and we had a great time. We arrived 5 mins late and he waited for us. We walked around and he told us where he was going next just in case we got separated. I felt like he did a great job telling us about NYC history and weaving us in and out of the crowds. This tour made this experience so much fun and worth every penny. I would highly recommend this tour company and ask for Luke!!!!

First I would like to totally refute anyone who says they couldn’t find the group. The directions are very clear and the guides even waited an extra 10 minutes for anyone who showed up late. Now for the tour-it wasn’t about holiday lights except for the display on Saks and the Rockefeller center tree. The tour was more about history than holiday lights. We found more holiday lights just walking on our own around midtown. So if you are interested in history and stopping for photos at Rockefeller center and shopping at Bryant Park, go for it. If you are interested in light displays go on your own.

The Christmas light tour was a great way to learn about the origins of the holiday in NYC and give interesting historical context to the Christmas displays in the city. Our guide was funny and informative. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a brilliant time walking through many of Christmas sites at night! And Gabi was great about the history and the information of St Patrick’s, the Rockefeller Tree and the NYC Library.

Gabby was amazing! She was knowledgeable and loud ebbing to hear over the crowds. The only bad thing was not enough time at Bryant Park.

If I could give a zero, I would. We didn’t even get to go on the tour because we could never locate the tour guide. Needs to be better organized and a better way to communicate with the tour guide…especially this time of year.

The weather was terrible, absolutely pouring down with rain, but our guide Luke was well-informed, engaging and funny so we were able to ignore getting wet!

Patrick was great and was able to Macgyver his way through the super packed crowds! Learned a few new things and enjoyed the lights!

Although it was a rainy night it would have been nice if our tour guide would have paused and recommended picture spots and gave time to take pics at some of the different locations, especially in front of the Rockefeller tree. That’s mainly why I purchased our family of 5 tickets. Instead I just got the tree itself from a side view. I thought he was leading up to a pic spot.

This was one of many tours I’ve taken with your company. I’ve never written a bad review…. In fact I’d like to request a refund. This was the most unorganized tour I’ve ever experienced. We left after the third stop it was so unsafe it was scary. The guide was unable to continue due to crowds and it was dangerous with small children and babies.

The tour itself is incredibly interesting and really a great way to see most of the highlights that tourists are interested in. Our guide was friendly enough at the start of the tour , but turned snippy and downright rude toward the end when I told him we would have to split from the tour when we got to the 9/11 site so we could make our 2PM 9/11 museum reservation. He wouldn't even look at me when I thanked him for guiding the tour.

I have never seen such massive crowds is NYC - even pre pandemic. It definitely made getting around tricky, but our tour guide Gabby was up to the challenge! She was friendly, informative and fun!

Great way to see some of the highlights of the city. Decorations were beautiful and our guide, Gabby was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, energetic, friendly and professional. Definitely worth your time at a very reasonable price.
