So much fun!! I would definitely repeat and absolutely recommend New River ATV. My friend and I went this morning in the pouring rain! We got wet and muddy and I loved it! We are pretty much beginners, our guide Josh thoroughly went through running the vehicles and we were very comfortable operating the ATVs. Lots of puddles and mud enroute to our destination overlooking New River Gorge. Josh is very experienced outfitter and knowledgeable of the River and gorge area! Touché New River ATV.

Josh and Adam were amazing tour guides for our 3-hour adventure . We had a group of 7 and made sure we had a fun but safe time. I highly recommend this tour if you are looking for an adventure and to the some beautiful WV back county

This was a great experience! Absolutely beautiful riding in the woods at the peak of leaves changing. Shout out to Emma D. was our guide and was outstanding!! She knew all the great overlooks and photo ops & took our pics so we could both be in the same picture. Using the 4-wheeler was so easy but def plan on getting muddy & wet. Ladies you might want to wear a sports bra because of all the bumps. This was really a great experience and HIGHLY recommend!

We had the best time! Our guides, Michael and Emma, made us feel safe and were focused on our joy. We had different skill levels in our group and all had a great time.

Esther and Emma were great! The trail is challenging with lots of fun mud holes. Scenery was beautiful! We had a blast!!

Owner, Brandon, was the perfect guide for our family, our first time on ATVs. He fitted us with top quality helmets and gave us clear instructions on the operation of the vehicles, which are in excellent condition and easy to operate. He then led us at a speed we were comfortable with to a beautiful overlook of the New River, on trails with just the right amount of mud and rocks for a fun adventure for us all. Brandon is an excellent guide, fun and friendly. He knows every one of the many miles of diverse trails in the area, and is eager to provide the perfect experience for any level of riding you are looking for. We highly recommend New River ATV!

What a blast! Esther was the best tour guide ever! You could tell she is passionate about the outdoors. She was knowledgeable about the trails and history of the area. She was concerned about our safety and was prepared for anything even stopping to help someone with a flat tire. The morning portion of the tour was pure adventure driving through huge mud puddles and up and down hills. After lunch we enjoyed a tamer ride visiting beautiful vistas and historical sites. I would highly recommend.

The ATV nature tour was the best part of my visit. I call it nature because we spied a group of deer close to our trail and a snake crossed our path during our travels. After that it was full on adrenaline hill climbing, mud bogging, and trail blazing. Emma, our guide was great and knew when we needed a break or a visual distraction. Bring old shoes or rubber boots and expect mud and water to become your friend. The ATV’s handled everything thrown at them from deep water to stones, logs and ruts. It is a workout that you will fondly be reminded of the next day.

Ester was our tour guide and she was AWESOME! It was so much fun and shocking what the ATVs can go over, through, up, down and over with no problem. Highly recommend!

Mud mud and more mud. The view of the gorge was incredible late in the day. Our guide, Josh, was cool and collected when one of our 4 machines had a hiccup and had to be towed back. No bears attacked us and it was an adventure to drive back in the dark. Josh - sorry you probably missed dinner, but our experience is memorable and we really loved it.

This review is long overdue. We went on an ATV tour in October and had a blast! Our guide Brian was absolutely awesome … he’s super laidback, easy to talk to and made us feel comfortable on all of the trails. We did the ATV tour on our first day of vacation and it set the bar so high for every other activity we had planned. The experience was without a doubt worth the money and we wouldn’t hesitate to book another tour if we’re ever in West Virginia again!

If you like a real adventure, I would highly recommend riding with this operator. Hanna was our guide and she was awesome! Especially loved that she took videos of us while in action!!! Extreme fun!

From the first phone call, Sara was exceptionally friendly. I was traveling with my daughter and 6 and 8 yr old grandchildren so the Jeep tour was perfect. Sara also gave some great suggestions for what not to miss when hiking. Emma, our driver, was knowledgeable about the area and just fun to spend the afternoon with . We chose to let her drive and are glad we did!

Josh Sapio was a fantastic guide!!! We had a blast. I highly recommend an ATV trip; we were out for 2.5 hours going up and down the mountain; some of the terrains were crazy, and not being a skilled driver, I think with Josh's direction, I did well! So if you are looking for some excitement, this is the place!! Make sure you bring extra shoes and socks cause you are going to need them. We don't have anything negative to say about our fantastic day, and Josh was so friendly, and he made the experience all that better! Josh even takes great photos!! This is one trip we won't forget!

Our visit to New River for ATV was top notch! All the equipment is clean well Maintained . The staff was both friendly and very professional. We knew right away their 1st concern was our safety and the next was making sure we had fun. Ester was our guide and she was the best! She was the reason our trip was so much fun.

Had a great afternoon on the ATV tour with Esther. Everybody was very accommodating even though we were there early. Legit outfit with a focus on safety..their equipment is well maintained. Hubby hit a tree and the owner was reasonable and didnt gouge us on the repair which we really appreciated. The tour itself was exciting, wet and wild..just what we wanted. Thank you Esther for a great adventure.

Father, son(19) and daughter (17) had a blast. Josh was phenomenal. Great tour guide and teacher. Kids had a fantastic time. Great memories. Safe throughout and challenging.

Going into this I was a bit timid. I had never ridden and ATV and this was my adult daughter’s idea. Josh was so easy going and gave us instructions ahead of time of what we would encounter in each leg of the trip. It was such an exciting excursion through the woods of this beautiful area. Josh took us to a lookout spot that was gorgeous. I’d definitely recommend New River Gorge ATV Adventure Tours to anyone wanting an exciting time.

This may have been the biggest highlight of our time in New River Gorge, and that is no easy feat. Everything was smooth sailing, from booking the trip to arriving on-site and being fitted up/briefed for the adventure ahead. Brian was an amazing tour guide. He was extremely friendly, and also very knowledgeable about the area. 2 out of 4 people (myself included) were first-time riders that day, and he was very effective in getting us up to speed and making us feel comfortable on the machines. I can’t rave enough about the ATVs themselves. They’re the perfect combination of speed & power, and I was surprised at how easily they could climb up inclines and rip through deep pockets of mud. That was genuinely some of the most fun I’ve had in a very long time. Thanks once more, and we hope to book with you guys again someday! - Evan & Kelly (Philadelphia area)
