Ordered shuttle service round trip for $30 pp for 2 people and was told I booked private car Svc one way so now we are stuck and they won’t correct the mistake. Add is misleading.

We were in New Orleans for seven days. Shawn picked us up at the airport, he took us on a half day city tour, he drove us to the zip line in LaPlace, and he took us to the airport when it was time to go home. He is immensely courteous, very kind and friendly, has a deep knowledge of the area, is a great communicator, and always punctual. He gave us the best recommendations for activities and restaurants. Nola Ambassador Transportation service was first rate. We were a family of 8 and we got picked up at the airport, took to the hotel. We than had a great tour of New Orleans. Picked up at the hotel taken to the cruise ship and than picked up from the cruise ship and taken to the airport. During this trip my grandchildren want to stop at McDonalds and get a M&M flurry because we can't get them in Canada. Shawn made a detour and got one for the grandchildren. He also stop on the way back to the airport so we could pick up snacks for the flight home.

I loved the constant and personal contact at pick up. The driver was pleasant an d made the journey to the hotel relaxed with his safe driving. Would recommend

Had concerns about how to find the shuttle at the designated time upon arrival and if there were flight delays which would prevent me from arriving at the correct time. All concerns were immediately eliminated upon arrival because Shawn was there waiting when we arrived. He is very professional and personable, friendly and knowledgeable. I thought I booked a round trip shuttle service from/to the airport. I was even asked about my return flight number on the return. However, when I was contacted by the operator I was told that I had only booked a one way trip. I had paid twice the price of a one way Uber ride so I didn't understand. Disappointed and will not use again - not even for the return to the airport.
