The waters !!! Beautiful, so worth the trip !! The water temperature is perfect , our boat was very comfortable, larger than all Others there . Crew was very nice and a accommodating.

The wind was light that day so we switched to pantoon boat and it was great. The crew was great, the lagoon was amazing. Ten people had a great time.

Important! Sunscreen is not allowed in the water, even reef-safe sunscreen. We did not know this and didn't bring proper cover-ups. We were happy to comply as we understand and apprecaite that it is for the protection of the lagoon, but we got really horribly sunburned and it impacted the rest of our trip. We booked through Viator so it maybe was their fault that it wasn't mentioned, but that is so important. But otherwise, we had a really wonderful day with Jose and Hadim! Jose made sure come back and repeat the announcements and information he shared when we couldn't hear him at the back of the boat, he made us great drinks, was informational about the history of the place, and gave us a nice amount of time to swim in each place. No complaints other than the lack of no-sunscreen knowledge.

Amazing trip, we definitely recommend it! The laguna is just incredible and Hugo, Andres and Omar are a lovely, chilled & caring crew. Really nice catamaran and several cold drinks! We would do it again!

Nami was a nice and enthousiastic guide, Havid was a good relaxed captain. They gave us a welcoming feeling and also gave us advise on what else to do and new many people for all sorts of activities. Also they gave us the posibility to use the kayaks/sups afterwards or on another day for free.

Amazing tour with Daniel & Aidni! We loved the visit of the black cenote, canal de los pirates and sailing/swimming in the lagoon. Daniel and Aidni gave us all the informations about the lagoon, we truly recommend this cruise!

Hugo and Cata are the best !!! We really hace fun with them and learnt something new. They took the time to explain everything about the sites we visited and very much participated in the dinamic of the family with warm and care

Hadim and Adrian provided an unforgettable experience. They were knowledgeable about the Lagos and were able to teach us so much about the land and culture. We loved the experience and beautiful views! The only advice we have is to drink lots of water and wear sunscreen!
