We really enjoyed our guide and his knowledge of detailed history of the castle and the owner. His knowldege made the extra cost seem worthwhile.

I chose this trip after reading the great reviews of Amir and his company. What a wonderful experience - it did not disappoint! Amir is a true professional and so knowledgeable about Bavarian history. He is very polite and allowed us to customize our day to make it a special tour for me and my son. We got to see the wonderful Bavarian countryside without the hassle of renting a car/parking/traffic and even had lunch in a lovely restaurant on the lake. We also saw a UNESCO World Heritage site. He picked us up/dropped us off 2 minutes from our Munich hotel making it very easy for us. He also confirmed and reconfirmed several times which was much appreciated. His knowledgeable and command of languages is impressive. I highly recommend a tour with Amir - he can customize a tour almost anywhere you want to go. Great job Amir! Our tour guide Amir was very knowledgeable and personable. He certainly augmented the tour of the castle putting the story of the castle and Ludwig II into a much greater context. The whole process was easy and we did not have to wait in lines.

I loved this castle tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the castle and surrounding area/history. We enjoyed a bus ride to the top of the hill then walked our way around the castle and grounds. A must to when in the area!

Terrific tour!! Easy to find parking and very knowledgeable guide. Even my 4 year-old daughter enjoyed it … especially the carriage ride down the hill! Your leaves promptly at 9:10 - don’t be late!

Amir the guide is a blast. Informative tour, interesting facts, great story telling, funny Q&A in between with little chocolates as rewards, and great, German style organization. You won’t regret it!

Had a great tour with tons of information not included in the traditional tour through the castle itself. Tour left promptly from the parking lot, got us up the hill and the information started flowing! Lots of history and insight into the property and family life! I would definitely do this tour and have recommended it to others.

We had a wonderful time on our tour to Neuschwanstein Castle that was led by Amir Saad. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The carriage ride on the way down was very enjoyable!

Tickets were sold out the day we wanted to tour the castle but we were able to get tickets inside through this tour. We are so glad we did! We had a great experience and Caroline was so knowledgeable and friendly. We learned so many extra details and loved the scenic spots that she took us to for photos.

The tour guide was fantastic and made the retelling of King Ludwig very entertaining and humorous. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. There was some walking involved. And riding the horse drawn carriage back down was fun. I recommend going early in the morning, less people. When we came out at 11:45, the area was more crowded and people were lined up at the bridge to take pictures.

Special private tours provided an excellent way to see the castle. While we originally booked it because that was the only way we could get tickets during our trip, we are so glad that we did. The history and context that our tour guide gave us was a very added bonus that really made the trip. I would very highly recommend this tour.

Both the tour and the guide (Amir) were absolutely amazing. Amir was engaging and explained a lot of details that otherwise we wouldn’t have find out. It was not too fast, it was not too slow, it was just the right amount of time and speed. The place is amazing both the grounds of the castle as well as the inside of it. The history of the place also is very interesting and full of mystery as well - as you learn more about Ludwig II of Bavaria. Overall, I had an amazing time and I recommend this tour to all my friends! Thank you ☺️

Our tour guide was amazing. Very engaging with detailed storytelling about the significance of the castle and Ludwig II. In his storytelling he would ask us a question, if you got it right he would give you a chocolate bar. If not, he would proceed to the next area of the storytelling and go back to the unanswered question keeping everyone at suspense. Truly cares to make sure everyone is engaged. Worth every penny!!!

The guided tour was way better than just showing up and looking around. Guide did a great job. It was an amazing experience.

Amir was friendly and engaging, and provided a lot more context around the history of the castle than we would have gotten if we had just done the castle tour on our own. Well worth it!

Amir did an excellent job of providing the context surrounding Mary’s Bridge and the building of Neuschwanstein castle. I felt much more informed as we went into the castle tour, which amplified the experience.

We had a great walk today with Amir. He was fun, patient and was sharing lots of interesting details of the castle’s history. Wonderful experience!
