Overall, this was a convenient way to get to Pompeii. However, the bus was not air conditioned and although the bus was there well before the departure time, we left 15 minutes late. We also made an additional stop to pick up more people. Would have been nice to know because we almost missed our scheduled tour due to the additional stop + traffic. Overall, fine option if you don’t have private transportation

The trip could not continue, the shuttle bus broke down and another bus was not available, money was refunded except for the reservation fee, a lost day ...., Pompei was not seen, the staff was friendly and helpful but could not solve the matter to rescue...

The bus was quite an easy option with a 20month old baby, left on time and picked us up on time. Meeting point quite central and easy to find too.

We were misguided. The staff does not speak French and we were directed to a tour bus from Naples even though my ticket was well rated return Pompei. So we wasted our day. We lost 80 euros. And we took the regular bus for 4 people return 35€

The trip was very good, convenient. Would be great if the app could indicate how much is the fee they charge for the online arrangement.
