This tour of wine country was simply fantastic! Our guide was great and provided us with a lot of history about the cities we drove through along the way. He also gave us excellent recommendations on places to eat in Sonoma and SF and was able to answer all of our questions. I believe his name was Danny- he was great!

Sonoma and Napa are beautiful places to see, the bus driver was so entertaining and engaging making the entire tour a completely different experience, not just arriving at places and tasting different types of wines being produced at these wineries.

I thought the trip was a good one. The tour guide was phenomenal and kept us all engaged as well as giving us many facts and great sight seeing options. The ride to Sonoma was worth it in my opinion due mainly on the guide. Great work. As for the wine, it is up to the persons taste. There wasn't much sweet wine tasting when you go to the vineyards, but they allow for you to try multiple wines that are to your liking. Would have loved to get more sweet tasting wine next time. Not everyone is a dry wine drinker. They have different whites, rosės, reds and pinot they let you try at these selective Wineries but they don't pull out the best stuff. So ask and be ready to buy if you do end up liking the wine. Also, the bus chargers weren't working. May want to get that updated. Please, if you get stuck in traffic, u might get delayed a minimum of an hour while on the tour. Be mindful of that. Bring snacks, water and treats to keep you going before and after lunch. They take you to a town that has lots of lunch options and you have at least an hour and a half to eat. Overall, not a bad experience. Remember to have fun, be optimistic and enjoy.

Greg was an excellent tour guide, not only d8d he have a lot of knowledge of the Vineyards and their specific wine making techniques, but he also was very knowledgeable about San Francisco itself. It was almost like a 2 for 1 tour. I highly recommend this tour. Especially if you like to drink wine. You won't be disappointed.

I would like to say that I’m kind of disappointed , The disappointment came when none of the USB or charging ports worked on the bus. You had a lot of clients on the bus who purchased a ticket and by the end of the day our phones were totally dead. The driver name Jorge did not even put the bathroom operation he would not even unlock it for none of the clients to use, that’s why we chose this trip because we want to be on the bus where there was a availability to a restroom. Now we went to three winky dinky tours none of the wineries that they advertise we went to them was like a little sideshow on the side of the road and it had been bought out by somebody else , on our way to the second location we sat in traffic for an hour and 45 minutes to go 7 miles and the bad part about it is he kept telling us before we left Sonoma that the traffic is gonna be bad working on the road well, if you knew there was gonna be bad traffic and was going to be sitting for two hours straight. Why didn’t you make some kind of other arrangements supposed to go to another winery , or either hit that winery first thing in the morning we wasn’t so heavy. It was a long day too much money to spend on foolishness.

Our tour guide was amazing, he provided a lot of context and details that we would not have known on our own, plus the tastings were pretty generous.

Greg the bus driver was the best tour guide you will ever find. Good drinks throughout the day. Enjoyed all of the stops. All good.

The jaquizzi vineyard was beautiful! The second place I would not recommend. They basically served us wine and we sat there for an hour. The last one was also good. We learned a lot about wine making. The driver was great and full of info.

I booked online the Full Day Napa Valley tour to go the following morning with Gray Line and my payment was processed successfully online. However in less than 2hours, they called me saying that the tour I had booked was full and I wasn’t able to go. I was given the option to join another tour but since it didn’t meet my requirements I declined it. I also expressed my frustration saying that I couldn’t go another day because my time in San Francisco was coming to an end and I didn’t have any other days available. The tour operator did not care and proceeded to refund me the two tickets I purchased. Needless to say I missed out on visiting Napa.

The Cohn winery was my favorite. Stephanie was an excellent hostess, allowing us to taste the award winning red wine, which was excellent!

Pretty scenery Disappointing wine tasting experience. Two vineyards in Sonoma were Italian wines. Only went to one vineyard in Napa which didn’t have a very good variety; no cabs or merlot.

Our tour guide was exceptional! We appreciate it that he pointed out so many things along the way and explained so much about the vineyards in the area that we were exploring. He was incredibly knowledgeable and answered a lot of our questions. The ride was very comfortable and there was plenty of time at each stop. My husband and I are more of red wine drinkers and we prefer cabs and Pino noirs.... While there were pinos at each of the stops there was only one cab and we felt that it was extremely lacking. We did have a Pinogrigio at the Jacuzzi Winery that rivaled anything out of Italy.... it was fantastic! The hosts at the wineries were extremely knowledgeable and we enjoyed the tours that they gave us. Overall it was an extremely fun and educational experience and I highly recommend it.

Beautiful area, bus was decent and comfortable, driver was so informative on the whole drive with great stories, great education. However the wine tasting just wasn't as exciting. The first winery Roche was amazing. Presentation was fun, engaging, saw the property. The rest of the wineries just showed us tiny rooms, or not facility at all and just sat under covered patio. I just didn't think it was worth this price but I had a decent time for the day

We had to cancel our tour same day when my husband came down with pneumonia during the night before the excursion. We were so disappointed to miss this opportunity but Gray Line was very understanding and refunded our tickets when provided with medical documentation. We hope to get back there some day and will definitely be book Gray Line!

A great day out hosted by the driver who was the tour guide and gave an excellent overview of the San Francisco area. The driver (Greg?) knowledge was incredible and he was such a pleasant guy who totally complimented the day. The only downside was the traditional passengers who were late to arrive and meant we missed the phot opportunity at the Golden Gate bridge and yep, they were late throughpout the day. it is disappointing that some never consider the impact they have on the rest of the group.
