I had only one day for any sightseeing, during a business trip that was also my first ever to Kenya. Saidi was a fantastic guide through the National Park, where he pointed out every animal, and made sure we saw as many as possible, including a group of about 10 lions! With every “trick up his sleeve” we’d round a corner and see a new group of animals. We continued on to the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, the Matbronze gallery, and the Giraffe Centre. He ended my day with a delightful community souvenir shop, and even worked in an extra stop so I could find a charging cord to save my dying phone! I couldn’t have asked for a better day to experience the highlights of Nairobi. Thank you, Saidi!

I had an incredible experience with Bigfoot adventures. From the beginning of contact to the end, I felt secure and well taken care of. My guide for my safari was Morris and he was absolutely amazing!!! I went on a solo trip and he made the whole experience unforgettable. It was my first safari and I honestly think it may be hard to beat! Morris made sure that we didn’t give up and that we saw the animals I wanted to see, we even got the bonus of seeing cheetahs in Nairobi National Park!!! Overall, an awesome experience that I have already recommended to all of my friends!!

Mr. Morris was very knowledgable about the areas that we visited and provided us with a lot of facts about the animals. Thanks to him we were able to see 3 lion kills.

I found Big Foot online and decided to give them a shot. I texted Dan enquiring about a game drive to Nairobi National Park and he was very helpful and upfront with the charges. On the day of the game drive, our tour guide was Saidi who showed up promptly at 5:30am. Saidi is very easy going and extremely polite and my entire family enjoyed the game drive and we got some super great memories. Other than the game drive, we were only able to go to the giraffe centre which my kids realy enjoyed. I would highly recommend Big Foot and will use them again hopefully to Masai Mara when we make plans for that safari.

We had an absolute awesome time! We had no worries about transportation…..just sit back and let Bigfoot do the driving. This allowed us to capture pictures and be “in the moment”. Bottled water was provided and a very knowledgeable driver. This was one of the best decisions we made. It was well worth the money to invest in transportation. When we return, we will definitely use this company again!

Words cannot express the level of service we received from the Bigfoot team starting with Daniel Mbugua the MD of the company down to all the tour guides. Excellent and exceptional sum up our experience. As a family if 4 that travelled with close friends in total a group of 7, Daniel assisted in helping us arrange our VIP airpot services in JKIA upon arrival, Airport transportation to our destination as well as daily van service, Nairobi National Park /Giraffe Center / Elephant Sanctuary As well as Mara hotel/safari trip. Daniel assisted us in booking our 3 day 2 night Masaii Mara trip with a wonderful stay at the Mara Serena Safari Lodge .He ensured that we had absolutely everything we needed prior to our arrival to Nairobi Kenya. The communication with Daniel was easy and very timely considering the time difference as we reside in the US , he ensured WhatsApp messages , txt messages and emails were responded to and all requests/questions were answered and addressed promptly and extremely professionally. We had afew drivers that took us to different parts of the country and each driver was extremely professional,polite and knowledgeable. Sam took us to Masaii Mara and his knowledge of the terrain/territory as well as the nuggets of wisdom he taught us was amazing. We can not thank the team enough and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their services! If in Nairobi it is a must see. Close by but a good variety of animals. We saw 3 lions, giraffe, zebra, antelope/gazelle, turtle, hippo, buffalo, ostrich, jackal, rhino(up close was seriously cool). Kevin our driver was fantastic. Thanks for a great day.

We booked with BigFoot Adventures Kenya on the recommendation of friends who used the tour company last year. The company were expert communicators in booking the length of tour, working with our shifting dates, and the type of accommodations we wanted. Our Land Cruiser was clean and comfortably housed our party of five with luggage in the back gate and backpacks at our feet. Only first world hiccup was the need to change a fuse for the fridge and power outlets. Complimentary water was provided. We visited the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, and Mt. Kenya on a 6 day-five night Safari. Morris, our exceptional and experienced Safari guide, drove us safely yet swiftly on the transfers between city and Safari clubs. He looked out for our young son and always made sure he was safe. He was an excellent spotter of wildlife and gave concise explanations of what we were seeing. Morris provided good directions on safety and instructions on meeting times for our next Safari drive. His experience and network of rangers/other guides proved useful as he hustled to locations where animals had been observed. We loved the accommodations at the Fairmont Masai Mara (glamping) and Fairmont Mt. Kenya Safari Club. The service and food were excellent. The lovely grounds, spa, animal orphanage, plethora of activities, and kids club and playground at Mt. Kenya were needed downtime at the end of our trip. I highly recommend Morris and Big Foot Adventures.

Look for Saidi Mtsumi. Animals also know him by name. He also speaks their language. This guy can find you 2 out of 3 cheetahs in the national park. Simply fantastic.

After booking my trip, they didn't contact me which I found weird. I contacted them one night before and they replied very late saying my driver would reach out. When he did, he didn't seem to have much idea about what I had booked. That showed the day of the trip since he had no idea where to take me and that I was going solo. After that miscommunication, the visit was overall okay.

Tony was our driver and it was a lot of fun! I loved seeing all the animals especially the baby rhino, elephants, and giraffes.

You basically get dropped off if your hotel is in central Nairobi at around 1PM. I feel like we could've spend more time doing the game drive in Nairobi National Park. I was disappointed as I was not able to visit the Elephant orphanage even if I have booked the tour weeks in advance - if I did not get a slot (as the visit is per reservation), I would've appreciated getting informed prior to the tour so I could've weighed my options. I enjoyed the experience in the Giraffe Centre as you get to feed giraffes, there's really nothing to see in Karen Blixen. I was also brought to a souvenir shop where I was able to buy some stuff to bring back home - I think they're nice and reasonably priced.

We had a great day with Bigfoot. Definitely recommend if you have a day in Nairobi. Communication before the day was great and our guide picked us up on time. We started with Nairobi National Park and saw amazing animals straight away. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable throughout.

If you have all day available, you won't regret this tour. Kevin picked me up at 6 am, and we started the day with a visit to the Nairobi National Park. I saw baboons, buffaloes, lions, jackals, giraffes, hippos, ostriches, wild hogs, and, most importantly, rhinos. I learned from him that on safaris, patience is key, and since it was just me on the tour, we spent a lot of time looking at the rhinos :) The rest of the tour included visiting the David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage, the Giraffe Center, and the Karen Blixen Museum. All of them are worth going to. The first two allow you to be super close and touch these amazing species. Try to get to the Orphanage on time so that you get to see the baby rhino. The Museum was an excellent opportunity to see the Out of Africa movie set and learn more about her interesting story. Kevin suggested the Karen Blixen Coffee Garden Restaurant for a late lunch, and I cannot recommend this place more! It is beautiful, and the food was delicious! Before returning to the hotel, we went to the Kobe Though factory, which supports single mothers and widows producing ceramic beads. I ended up buying several necklaces. Overall this was a fun, relaxing, and inspirational day. Thank you, Kevin, for sharing your wildlife knowledge and being such good company!

The best service hands down! Very smooth process, sophisticated transportation, driver Harmon was an absolute Angel, not only was he a driver he was so kind to my children (twins age 3 and their brother age 5) and took a role of our photographer for the day bless him he was so lovely to us! Thanks Harmon and big foot adventures for helping to create wonderful memories for me and my boys in Kenya ! We had a spectacular day visiting the National park, the elephant orphanage and Karen Blixen and giraffe centre. Literally no flaws in the day everything went PERFECT! So happy . Thank you

Booked our trip with Bigfoot Adventures Kenya,to the Nairobi national park.Kevin Chege was our tour guide,He did An Amazing job!He was very professional,so polite and told us more things we never knew about the Animals.We were so excited to see the big five.The open land cruiser was a Gem!very comfortable,clean and classy.That was the best trip of my life.

I spent more than half a day in Nairobi national park, giraffe center and shelter for elephants. It were very nice and mostly interesting experiences. Thanks to Richard ( I give the highest rating) who was my guide at that day it was really great lesson. Richard has wide knowledge about the animals, very patient explained me what we saw on the way in the park, but also we had great discussions about Kenya:) We were so lucky to see two lionesses just at the beginning of our tour!

Bigfoot adventures organised our safari tour and everything was just perfect. The guide we had (Saidi) was amazing. He was very knowledgeable and a highly experienced driver who had to drive through very difficult terrains during our safari journey. He was very punctual and great to talk to.

Two colleagues and I booked a half-day tour of Nairobi National Park for our last day in Nairobi. Our guide, Sam, was fantastic — knowledgeable, friendly, funny — and we saw so much incredible wildlife. It felt like a full day of adventures and we were back to our hotel by 1pm. Be ready for an early morning though! Best time to see the animals is 6-9am-ish.
