We visited the Nago Pineapple Park in late January 2024. We paid 3,000 yens for the entrance, two adults one kid. We enjoyed our visit very much. We also did some shopping and eating. The cakes were just awesome.

This is the worst pineapple tour ever. So boring and just nothing to do. The food stand staff are so rude. I don’t know what he surfeiting. Everything so disorganized.

This is a cute park with lots of beautiful plants and an unexpected butterfly garden and a random dinosaur area. The information given during the cart ride is actually pretty interesting. Lots of things are pineapple themed! Cute gift shop items and the food here is not the best, but it's not bad either. I would recommend getting the pineapple honey pizza and the pineapple ice cream sundae!

A cute and interesting place to visit, where you get a commentary on the pineapple, and the varieties grown. The park caters to various age groups, with an interesting dinosaur fun park as well. After the visit, the types of pineapple F&B products is just simply mindboggling. A must visit.

My kids liked the self-driven go cart so they could pretend to drive. They liked the dinosaur area. Neither were very long. The rest was, in our experience, not up to all the hype. My kids are ages 3 to 11. We probably won’t go back.

My friends and I weren’t sure what to expect when we pulled up, but we were greeted by a full-scale production. This park was family friendly and had something for everyone. We took a short bus ride from the parking lot that gave a verbal recorded tour in Japanese and English and brought us to the main park. There, you get on small self-driving cars that take you on another guided tour through multiple types of trees/plants. After, there are a multitude of cafes, eateries, and vineyard/distilleries to purchase gifts from and buy food/drinks. My tip is to try a flight of the multiple different types of pineapple wine to find which one you’d like to take home!

Driving to Parking lot is a winding adventure within itself. Then, you board the Pineapple Express which takes you where the real adventure begins. So many different varieties of pineapples to be seen. So many uses of pineapples from soaps, cakes, wine, seasonings and even vinegar. Chocked full of facts for the kids and a wine tasting for adults. Even has dinosaurs from Jurassic park...Fun for the whole family

This is a really silly park, but great fun. We were surprised how much there was to do and it felt great value. The pineapple wine element is also bizarre but fascinating!

Came with my elderly parents and we spent an interesting hour plus touring the pineapple park. We used the Okinawa Enjoy pass to exchange for admission tickets and the pineapple cart ride was included in that. The botanic gardens, aerial path above the gardens and a dinosaur adventure section provided for some good photo spots. Yes, its a pineapple park but we got bored pretty quickly at the pineapple fields. They look alike after a while even though it was advertised that there were at least about 200 varieties there. The highlight though was the souvenir shops with its wide array of pineapple related stuff, We bought cakes and other food stuff as gifts. Okinawa is well-known for pineapples. There were also pineapple cosmestics and wines. The attraction also boasts a restaurant and cafe. I can't comment on the restaurant but we enjoyed a really refreshing and yummy pineapple soft serve from the cafe.

If you like pineapple, this is th eplace to learn more about the entire family From the pineapples that only flower to the different kinds of edible pineapples. This place used to can pineapples for amajor brand, then the brand went to the Phillipines, where there was more land and cheaper labor and a larger for for shipping all the different kinds of fruit they had growing there. So this place began making pineapple wine and other pineapple products to fill this facility. It may seem small from the outside but it is amazingly large. You might think you will spend an hour here, but the whole place normally takes about 2 hours or so! First you need to take the golfcart tour and learn more about pineapples around the world. They have a great collection of these plants in the facility and your golf cart will tell you all about the pineapples. Take your time with the ride. Then when you get off the golf cart go straight ahead inside and you will be greeted with several huge piles of chopped pineapple to sample as much as you want. Then you can begin to stroll and maybe sample the fantastic pineapple cream puff, which is always delicious! The shops at the end had a variety of items, including pineapple products, pineapple wines (good for dessert or baking hams). However, do not expect an actual theme park filled with rides, games of chance and various food stalls - you'll end up quite disappointed. This is a Pineapple plantation / winery / food store that my wife and I (and 5 or 6 others used to visit at least once a month when we lived there! Enjoy! (Oh! Almost forgot, they do not take U.S. Currency and in Japan the credit card companies are allowed to charge up to 15% on all charges, so the Nago Pineapple Park does not take credit cards either, but they do take Yen!)

This attraction/mini-theme park was bigger than I thought! We thought we'd spend a maximum of an hour or so here, but the whole park took us about 2 hours or so! We took our time strolling and having delicious pineapple sorbet soft-serve at the adorable cafe. We also had the pineapple cream puff, which was delicious! The shops at the end had a variety of items, including samples of pineapple products/alcohol for purchase. However, do not expect an actual theme park filled with rides and food stalls - you'll end up quite disappointed. Think of it as a pleasant tourist pit stop! Overall, we had cute time!

Awesome place. I could have stayed longer. Food tasting and wine. Small carts to ride. A lift to and from the parking lot. The only thing I didn’t like was they wouldn’t take credit cards or US dollars. We were limited on our spending. No ATM there either 😢boo. Awesome dinosaur exhibit too.

We came here bacause we bought a mini Churaumi pass that comes with the aquarium and 4 other attractions. The good things were its quite an easy place to visit as there are transport around the very small pineapple plantation area and then an electric vehicle around the grounds. Nothing much to see. Once we alighted from the electric vehicle, we had to follow a route pass plants, flowers, garden, dinosaur Park with dinosaur models and then cafe, restaurant and finally the fairly big souvenir store with a sample tasting of 2 types of juice and pineapple cakes, chocolate, etc. Can buy if you like. Then thats it. They took photos at 3 spots and try to 'sell' you. If you have kids, time to spare, with a pass like me, can come here.

Nago Pineapple Park is good for kids and adults as well. It is located at 1195 Biimata, Nago, Okinawa 905-0005. I guarantee that you and your kids will love this place.

Had a great time with our kids (ages 5&3). Had fun riding the little buggy and walking around. You do get roped into walking through an extended gift shop for about 30 min and we did get suckered into buying the pictures they took. They were pretty unique shots. The pineapple soft serve Icecream is a MUST HAVE!! It’s pretty amazing. The dinosaur area was a nice little bonus!! 🍍 -TheWalkersWanderOn 🤙🏼🌴

I was kind of a hostage for this trip, as it was part of an ITT-sponsored "Tour of the North" trip and it was a stop that I would have been happy to bypass. Once in, the only way out is forward, FORWARD! So adults without kids, keep walking and walking around and around the indoor herbarium which does have interesting and beautiful plants, but is also punctuated with plastic pineapple and other Japanese fruit-themed characters. the Japanese children songs are burned into my brain, like "It's a small world after all". Once you think you're out - they pull you back in and you have to go through the dinosaur exhibit. At this point I just wanted to get back to the bus but WAIT there is more, and you will spend 10 minutes just walking trough all of the shops and stalls selling any kind of pineapple product you could ever think of. Bring water! Unless you like pineapple juice.

I was at Nago Pineapple Park in June and we felt a little too old for the park. It might be great for family with young children. During our visit, it was pouring hence we couldn't enjoy the park thoroughly too.

I joined a local 1-day Okinawa tour and this pineapple park is one of the points of the day trip. The automatic golf cart is so cute to go around the “pineapple green house”. You could see lots of pineapple in the field. After the ride, you could choose to go to see the dinosaur park or go to the souvenir shop and restaurant. The ride experience would be fantastic for kids. The souvenir shop is great for adults! So it’s a place for good both kids and adults!!! I tried the fresh pineapple and tasty pineapple ice cream at the restaurant! Lots of pineapple products you could choose at the souvenir shop!! Pineapple cake, pineapple chocolate, pineapple wine, etc!! Overall, it is an enjoyable place for both kids and adults to spend a few hours here!
