Leon and Bobby our guides was incredible and very informed on the history and geography of Cape Town. The journey was amazing, with plenty of beautiful views along the way and a lovely lunch and snack prepared by Leon and Bobby. Definitely would recommend if you have a free day in Cape Town, and want to see and learn more about its story.

The tour was fantastic! Candice and Mabee were amazing guide and driver -- very friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable. The itinerary was packed with interesting things to do -- boat trip to see seals, walking tour at the Cape of Good Hope, ostrich farm, watching penguins -- but it did not feel hurried and there was even times for relaxing and friendly chats. Candice had a friendly word to everyone and told us many interesting thhings. Mabee's singing on the way back added a lot to the experience!

My sister and I took this tour with Togeda (T) as our guide and Lionel as our driver. Pick up from our hotel went smoothly, and we were on our way. We had a quick stop in Camps Bay as a photo opportunity for the 12 apostles before heading to Hout Bay with the seals. We decided not to do the seal cruise and instead wandered about at the marina. Be sure not to reward those people trying to sell you photos with a seal etc. From there, we headed along Chapman's Peak Drive to Simon's Town to see the African Penguin. No matter how many times you've seen penguins they are always worth it, and today made even better when we could see a mum lying on her egg and another with its baby. After the penguins T and Lionel prepared a fantastic lunch for us including drinks, which kept us going all day. Also after the seals we got a snack bag with some fruit and a drink which as very thoughtful. From here we headed to the lighthouse and the Cape of Good Hope trail. The lighthouse walk wasn't too bad, all fully pathed, but quite a few stairs in sections. The view was worth it though. T came with us on the Cape of Good Hope trail from the lighthouse around to the sign where Lionel met us with the bus. The first half of the walk was pretty easy but very windy and gave excellent views of the cape and beach down below. The last part up to the scenic view and then down to the sign was more challenging and uneven. But we made it down. We also managed to see some ostrich on our walk as well as Chukma Baboons and even a zebra! We had a fairly small group today and T was wonderful with giving us all the information as well as answering our thousand and one questions. All in all a wonderful day made even better by our wonderful guide Togeda and driver Lionel.

I had an incredible time on this tour. Togeda and Bobby are a dream team and I couldn't have hoped for better people to lead our tour and drive us. Every sight we saw was gorgeous and I loved the chance to see the penguins (of course) and also to do the climb did to the peak at the Cape of Good Hope. I was lacking in my confidence to make the hike but Bobby was really encouraging and offered an "out" to anyone who preferred to travel by vehicle. It was great that this tour was accommodating to all abilities. Togeda provided an entertaining and interesting commentary throughout the tour and I learned so much from her. She also truly loves her job which makes for an even better experience. I recommend this tour and BazBus and whenever I have friends visit Cape Town, this will be on my list of recommendations.

Candy and Mabee were absolutely wonderful. For a 9 hr tour it was wonderful not having to worry about driving. I felt very safe with Mabee, an experienced driver. Candy gave so much interesting information that I would never have known if I did this trip by myself. Both had so much vibrant personalities that made the trip alot of fun. Candy kept a good eye on her “charges”. Saw ALOT in a short period of time. Would definitely recommend this tour and ask for Candy and Mabee.

The tour was amazing, the sights, hikes and time allotments made for a special day. However, what set this tour apart from all others was the truly amazing guide, Candice. We booked the tour because friends recommended we take the tour, but only with Bazbus because Candice had done a phenomenal job a few days earlier. We were not disappointed. Candice’s passion and knowledge shine through as she expertly shepherds guests through the day. In my case, that included holding my hand all the way down a mountain when I felt uneasy. Truly the highlight of our vacation. We can’t wait to return to Cape Town and another Cape Peninsula tour.

This tour absolutely is one of the highlights of our visit to Cape Town. First, the itinerary was exactly what we wanted to do, so it was a great fit. Secondly, the ease of booking, the communication prior to the trip, and the pickup/dropoff were flawless. Finally and most importantly - our tour guides exceeded any expectation we had. Candice and Mybee were knowledgeable, warm, and the consummate hosts. Their knowledge of the history and culture were unparalleled. They both welcomed and even encouraged questions, and both had a great sense of humor. We hope to request them for another adventure on our trip, in fact. I cannot recommend this tour and Candice and Mybee more highly. Well done - thanks for making our trip special and memorable!

I joined this amazing Tour with Bazbus in March 2023 while traveling solo to Cape Town. I normally don´t like doing tours, but this was very convenient, as they take you to all places of interest in one day with enough time for each visit and the possibility to walk around by yourself as well as with the group. They drive you in a van with one guide and a driver, and we were 10 visitors. They pick you up and leave you in your hotel and the driving times were great (as oppossed to the longer journeys with the city sightseeing buses). Also being in a small group was great and you have the chance to interact, ask questions, etc. Our guide (Togeda) and driver (Bobby) were amazing, with so much knowledge of the area and so many interesting stories to share. I definitely recommend this experience and thank you so much guys for this amazing experience. This is one of the most beautiful places in the world and it´s worth visiting.

An undoubtedly excellent choice to know about Cape Town if you love the animals, ocean, and hiking on cape of good hope. Plus, Togeda really is a tour guide of what you’ll need.

I was really lucky with the weather: sunny and a light breeze (check your forecast, would not recommend on a cloudy day as you lose the beauty of peaks, mountain range and ocean). Bobby and Leon kept us well fed with witty jokes and knowledge of the area and prepared a healthy snack and lunch! We spotted penguins, ostriches, elands, baboons and even a rare caracal linx!! Bring sneackers (2 easy hikes) a wind proof jacket and let them do the rest!

We had the amazing Togheda as our guide( please call me Tee!) and Bobby as our driver. Both very experienced in their roles and truly engaging with their guests. Nothing was too much trouble. Although the first part of our trip was blocked out by fog, Bobby spotted an opportunity to stop at an unscheduled spot so we could take in the breath taking view. The first stop we chose to visit the curio shops and flea market rather than go to the seal island. There's seals on the wharf that some people have been and are feeding. Which is illegal. They encourage you to go to them to get your photo, obviously for a few dollars. Don't. The seals are wild and as we witnessed, can be aggressive. Stay away and admire from a far and please don't support this illegal activity. From there, we went to the penguin nature park and saw literally hundreds of penguins. They are very close to you as well. Awesome to watch them and take a million photos! Lunch stop was at the Cape Hope national Park... fresh rolls and salads and plenty of food and drink for all. From there we went went to the light house. A challenging walk up to the top, but for those who can't, you can use the finicular, a cable car that takes you to the top. You have to pay for this. We completed the walk around to the Cape and be warned that the last part is a little bit challenging. But the views all along this section are simply breathtaking. Well worth it. I highly recommend this tour. It was the perfect day out to see the beauty Cape Town offers with two wonderful hosts.

This was a fantastic experience. It's a small group tour and was organized very well. The beautiful hike down to Cape of Good Hope from the lighthouse is challenging but even our 78 year old friend managed it. Mike was an excellent informative and patient guide. Special thanks to our driver Bobby. A friend told him I brought my husband's ashes to give to the sea. He quietly took me to one side and told me he would walk me down to a calm place to do it. I really appreciated his kindness and help in navigating the large boulders on the beach. Book this trip with BazBus. They are the best!

Amazing tour with an extremely well organised program, with hassle free service starting from the booking and pick up , all the way to drop off at the end . We have done the tour on our first day in the city and it was the best decision no doubt! very friendly group from all around the world , excellent lunch during the trip and just enough informative talking from our guide Mike - not too much to get tired, just right to get some useful information while enjoying the views.
