Without doubt one of the the most beautiful cities in the world! Our guide for the tour was Waleed, who made us feel so welcome. The entire experience was extremely great. Waleed was very flexible (travelling with a toddler, really appreciated this!) and he really deserves a special thanks, definitely went way above and beyond for us. Every stop on the tour was more stunning than the last. Highly recommend this tour, Muscat and Waleed!

The tour of Muscat was excellent - Ahmed our guide was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Throughout the half day, we covered numerous sites/attractions (all fantastic) and certainly fitted a lot of sightseeing in - A credit to Ahmed that the tour never felt rushed in the slightest. The tour was a great success in no small part to Ahmed who is a very personable and pleasant individual.

Enjoyed Abdula’s knowledge and willingness to answer all questions. Open to explain his Muslim beliefs and its history .Proud of Oman and its progress in a short time.

The tour was not as expected. A number of places we were meant to see during the tour were closed and consequently we were unable to view them properly. We feel as though the price of the tour did no reflect the service that was provided, having spent close to £200 and still left to be disappointed by the final result is not good. The tour is advertised on the site to be a half day tour which would be “4 hours to 5 hours” however we were only provided with 3 hours, again minimising what we were provided with. The mosque was closed because it was outside of opening hours (we hadn’t been told about these hours prior to booking), the opera house wasn’t open either. We were taken there with the assumption of going inside (which we were told) but then later told we can’t go in, so again we saw nothing. Also we had already been to the souk the day before ourselves, so weren’t taken there again as part of the tour, we asked for an alternative to be provided but there was none offered for this to compensate or make up for that within the tour. In conclusion we were extremely disappointed with this service/tour which was been provided and do not feel we were provided with the service that has been charged for.

Our tour guide called Waleed took us to wonderful sights (we had a car for our own). We could choose whatever we liked to do and to see. He asked and recommended some places for example a restaurant where we had typical Oman food and he showed us what and how to eat in his culture and country. So we had lunch together and could talk a lot with him. Thank you very much!

My guide, Khalfan, made my first experience of Muscat so interesting. He was informative and courteous. I had a great time and highly recommend the tour.

Hello again ! Yes ! We just returned to the ship from exploring Muscat with your Tour. ! A bit earlier than desired because the last shuttle from the port gate to the ship supposedly is at 3pm, however “Ameh “our tour guy from your company was Sooo nice . he took us to a restaurant too called “Bait Al Luban” which was not only good but very authentic flavor of Oman .. the food was delicious , The service outstanding ! We loved it ! & we love Oman ! Such a pity the cruise doesn’t stay longer , but we must come back! I’m keeping your info for a future trip ! We contacted Basim one week before our trip, unfortunately he was busy at our dates, but he was always in contact with us answering all the questions we had. Instead of him we had 3 days of tours with his father Humaid and it was an excellent experience. The first day it was the Muscat tour, the second we went to Nizwa and the Green Mountains, and the last day we went to Wahiba Sands and Wadi Bani Khalid. Humaid was a perfect guide, very intelligent, funny and hospitable. Also he is an excellent driver and we felt very comfortable during the trip to the desert and the mountains. We had only 2.5 days in Oman, but with the tours it felt like we've spent a week or more, thanks to the guide. He was always very attentive to us, we also spent two warm evenings with his lovely family. I think we will definitely come to Oman once again, and would be happy to spend the time with Humaid or Basim.

We really enjoyed the city of Muscat. Our guide was on time, friendly and very patient with all of our questions. The Grand Mosque is breathtaking. We learned so much in 4 hours. This tour was a great value and perfect shore excursion. We will never forget Oman!

Khalid and his driver Omar were excellent! They took us to the fish market, palace, Harley Davidson (at our request), the souk, and the grand mosque where Khalid shared a wealth of knowledge. Water was provided throughout the tour. I would highly recommend Khalid and Omar!

Driver was given wrong time to pick us up by 30 minutes, but he was even 10 minutes later. Companies' response was "So sorry" which translates to :tough luck for you we got your money and we don't care. Do go to Oman but don't use this company.

Our guide was very kind but he was a driver and not a real guide that could tell us about the city or the monuments.

I had an amazing day with Abdullah. He picked me up in the hotel (bang on time), the car was comfortable and air-conditioned, cold bottled water was provided. The trip was super flexible - I could decide if I wanted to spend more time in one location or another, and we could've gone to a completely different place if I wanted! Abdullah spoke perfect English (and knew German too!) and was very passionate about his country - I learned a lot about Oman. He was extremely nice and accomodating, and hackled for me at the souq when I was buying souvenirs :) We saw the key attractions in Muscat and went for lunch in a traditional Omani restaurant. Overall, I very much enjoyed my tour with Abdullah and can't recommend him enough! Abdullah - thank you for an amazing day and your hospitality! I felt very welcomed and will definitely come again! P.s. For the fellow solo female travellers out there - I felt absolutely safe and taken care of! Oman is also very relaxed in terms of clothing - I wore a maxi dress, but I also saw women in shorts and t-shirts (maybe don't push it that far, but a skirt covering the knees and a t-shirt will do). For visiting mosques, you will need to cover your head and dress modestly.

It was a very nice tour. The guide was punctual, informative, and pleasant company. We enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend the company. They were easy to deal with and there were no problems.

We arrived by cruise ship, so had just one short day in Oman. We didn't know what to expect, but loved the beautiful, modern and old city of Muscat and would definitely visit again if we had the opportunity. Our private tour guide, Amur Alhabsi, was very proud of his city and country and gave us an excellent tour. We were there on a Friday, their holy day, so were unable to go inside the magnificent Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque. On other days it is open for visitors until 11am. We especially enjoyed wandering through the new souk where fishermen sold their catch, and the old souk just a little ways away (I forget the name of it). It was a maze of little shops with so much to see and buy that is special to their area (like frankincense). Our guide, Amur, insisted on carrying our purchases for us so we could look around more easily. Amur also took us to the Sultan's Palace where dignitaries such as Queen Elizabeth stay when they visit. We did a lot more, but this is becoming like a book. There was so much to see and do, but we had so little time. You really need a week or two to take it all in.

We had very interesting tour in Muscat. Our guide was kind, polite and provide a lot of information about Oman and city.We will use the company services in the future when we will decide to travel in Oman for longer time. Really worth seeing this country!

We were very impressed with our experience in Muscat. The guide was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. He gave us all the infomation we needed and really took his time explaining everything. We also felt in very safe hands. We loved Muscat and found it very interesting. The souk was a discovery! The mosque is awesome and definitely worthy of a visit. We actually preferred it to the one in Abu Dhabi. It is smaller but perfect. We went on to Khasab which is another experience but also well worth a visit. The drive through the mountains is breath taking. We will certainly recommend your services to anyone travelling to Oman. And God willing we might return one day.
