It was a great fun activity for my family. Rob was an excellent guide. We learned a lot about Munich and history. It was very fun and very informative. We enjoyed it very much and recommend it for family.

An amazing time on our tour with our guide Bob. He gave us so much information on the rich history of Munich and Bavaria. Adding little tidbits to many of our stopping points, it was very fascinating to learn all of it on a 3 hour tour. Bob was very safety conscious on the Segways and it helped us relax a little. Huge points to Bob for letting us know not to take pictures on the Segway or you could receive a ticket for 120 Euros. He allowed us to step off to take pics as needed.

Our guide was Canaan. He was very knowledgeable and told us so much history. Covered lots of the city. We very much enjoyed this tour!

Fat Tire are the way to Segway in Munich. We had an excellent half day tour with Rob. Easily ride from place to place and cover a lot of the city in a relatively short time. Rob was a very knowledgeable guide and took us through a historical journey as well as being a great leader on the Segway. I couldn’t recommend this tour high enough for those who want some in depth knowledge of Munich. I always love riding the Segway as well. Thanks Rob and Fat Tire Tours.

We went on our first Segway tour with Canaan as our guide and had a fantastic experience. We had already spent a day in Munich before it, but Canaan showed us to many places around the city that we otherwise would not have known about. Even though it was our first time riding a Segway, he did a great job teaching us how to ride it safely, and we’re now big fans of Segways. He was highly knowledgeable about German and Bavarian history. The tour was super informative, and we appreciated his recommendations for his favorite spots. The ice cream place he recommended was some of the best ice cream we’ve ever had! You should do this tour and ideally early in your stay at Munich.

Rob was a great tour guide! We had 50 yo, 40 yo, and teens...we all loved it. Saw so many things in fast pace, no crowded public transportation. Fantastic!

I loved this! First time visiting Munich (sadly only for 2 days) and was hoping for a way to see the city and learn about its past..this was amazing for that. The Segways are great fun and a lot easier to ride than it looks. The guide was incredible. Great engagement with the group and clearly passionate about Munich's culture and history.

Rob was great! Definitely one of the best Segway Tours we have done. So much history in Munich and Rob knew it all. Loved the photos he had of historical places before and after they were bombed during WW2. It was an amazing tour.

A fabulous insight in to the history of Munich and Bavaria. Our American guide was knowledgeable interesting and managed some of the more challenging facets of Munichs past with gentle dexterity. Familiarisation with the Segway was carefully and patiently delivered and we were given frequent reminders about the road rules and risks throughout the tour. This was a fabulous introduction to Munich covering a large area of the city and its history. Thank you.

We had a fantastic segway tour with Canaan. His depth of knowledge was impressive , yet delivered in a fun and casual manner. You simply must do a tour to absorb as much of Munich as you can in your stay, i cant imagine there would be any around better than this one.

What a great day out! First we had a reminder on how to ride a segway and the local rules, then we were off - history, sights, stories and insights from our excellent guide, Dan, who made the trip superb! Some of the group had not used a segway before but after 5 minutes they were very comfortable so don't let that put you off. Munich is an excellent city to visit this way due to the wide roads, cycle paths and open space.

We had such a great time! We did the 3 hour tour. Neither of us had ever ridden a Segway; it was easy to learn and the tour guide was a great instructor. It was a chilly day and they provided gloves for us. There was a bag on the Segway for small belongings. Very fun and unique way to see Munich!
