Mr. Makho is very friendly and knowledgeable. He arranged Mr. Giorgi to drive us around for a tour to western direction of Tbilisi. Giorgi himself was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They also customised our tour to pick up from hotel and drop at the airport.

Mokho picked me up at the hotel and took on a city tour. We drove to the Pantheon and old city then walked the streets on feet. I found his stories very interesting and educational with him paying attention to details and making the tour entertaining. Mokho also suggested Barberstan restaurant that became my favorite in Tbilisi as well as helped me find the wine I’ve been looking for. I highly recommend this guy.

This tour was an amazing experience and opportunity to learn about thousands of years of fascinating Georgian history - from very early human settlements in Uplistsikhe, to the beginning of Christianity in Mtskheta and 20th century Soviet time and Stalin in Gori. Our tourist guide was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and accommodating of all our questions and preferences! I cannot recommend this tour highly enough!

We used Makho for two day trips. Based in Tbilisi. We went East one day and visited the wine region. Then we went North on the second day to visit the mountains. Both trips were fantastic. Makho was a fabulous tour guide and so knowledgeable about the local areas. We were two families. 4 adults 4 kids. We had the 8 seater and felt comfortable. His driving was great and we felt safe the whole time. HIGHLY recommend.

Makho is highly passionate, knowledgeable about the tours and historical facts going back centuries. First we visited Mtskheta cathedral with awesome rivers merging backdrop. Stunning landscape. Enjoyed a lot and Makho helped with tons of photos. My Second trip to Gori was to Stalin era remnants. It was a good tour but stalin only lived there shortly so we got to know that period. Next was Uplistikhe cave city. Lots of history dating back centuries. Decent climbing and physical activities. In short I loved Makho’s deep knowledge, passion to help customers. Enjoyed every moment with him. Strongly recommended!

It was my first travel outside of UAE and India, Georgia was my dream destination because of the beauty of the country. This was the first time we took a guided tour while traveling. And I'm afraid that I will be disappointed with every new tour guides in the future, as this was just a TOP LEVEL SERVICE ! We spent together 9 days with Makho and it was truly amazing experience! Makho speaks in perfect English, he is always on time, his car is extremely clean every morning (imagine a disaster after 3 kids spending all day in a car and eating snacks etc) , free drinking water available. Makho is very passionate about his own country, thus, he has very deep knowledge about Georgia's history and many tourist attraction sites. He told us a lot of funny, real stories from his own life experience about Georgia. Makho is very patient and understanding with children and he had a really strong connection with our 4,5 years old son. Our son still calls him "uncle" Makho and is asking when we will meet him again. Makho was even carrying our son in his own hands while doing a sightseeing tour around the city and other attraction sites. Thank you for that! Makho tried to fullfill our spontaneous ideas. For example, we really wanted to visit Tetnuldi ski resort (wasn't included in our route) but ski lifts were not working during the summer time. So, we still went there and he somehow arranged a private Mitsubishi tour with a local and we drove up in the mountains and that was just amazing experience!!! And by the way, he belongs to the 5% of unique Georgians who are not drinking alcohol, so you don't have to worry - he will always be sober while driving :) All in all, I highly recommend Makho as a tour guide during your stay in Georgia. We were traveling with Makho Tours through Georgia for 9 days. Makho is an excellent guide who very well knows history of Georgia and some funny stories about almost any place on the road. There are not so many guides in Georgia who are fluent in English and Makho is one of them. At the end of the journey we were regarding as good friends.
