We booked the Mt bromo tour via klook, Instantly I got a msg from someone stating about the booking and we would be fetched and rico would be our guide. We were ten mins and rico was so cool about it, he was a joy to be around with. So friendly and helpful. He was such a great photographer, spoke good English and was knowledgeable too. He explained our qns and suggested on what time where we should go to get the great views. He was so easy to be around and made us feel comfortable. No regrets booking this tour and Rico is ur man. He sure knows what he is doing and was great at his job always with a smile.

The tour guide Shaam is very professional and able to guide us to the best location to star glaze and watch the sunrise. He also give valauanke information about mt. broom. After watching sunrise, we climb my bromo to look at the cater. He help us to take nice pictures and which scenic places to get the best shots

The sunrise and the mountain were beautiful! We were also able to go up to the crater of the volcano. We had a wonderful time with our guide, Pinoc! He was very personable, hospitable, and friendly. He communicates well and was a wonderful translator. He gave us some background/history of Indonesia when he could. The drivers were wonderful too. Pinoc and the drivers worked very well together and the drivers got us to our destination as quickly as they could. They were readily available when we needed them during the guided tour. I will definitely recommend this adventure to others, especially for Pinoc to guide them!

Go for it without any hesitation ! The overall tour is pretty well organised and we had to admit our guide make totally part of it (his name was "Rizky") !! Pick up at the correct hour, climb the mountains in the darks within a 4x4 (Toyota like "jeep Landcruiser"), having a break at the top with little drinks & snacks, getting to the view point before the crowd in order to be well located, see that magnificent starry sky and the Milky Way, the bromo view, getting at the top of the volcano crater, having a great launch at very good restaurant with the view over bromo, going back to the hotel. Rizky has been such a perfect guide at many levels : his kindness, his tips all over the trip, his photos (thanks for the stars ones wow) and his open mindedness allowing to have small talks on very different subjects. We had such a great experience, thanks for all.

Despite a very young lady, Putri is experienced n professional. She took wonderful photos & videos for us too! We will recommend our package with our friends back in Singapore. ☺️

The tour is good, not really demanding to people who are not good at hiking. The car we take is new and comfortable. Tour guide Naufal is excellent, he took care of us very much, and so flexible to satisfy our requests. He knows the best spot for bromo and brought us go there so we have very good photos with the sunrise and bromo. Would definitely recommend to other travelers!

It was an amazing experience seeing the sunrise and getting to see into (and smell!) the crater! What made it special was our guide, Pram - it immediately felt like we were spending the day with a friend, playing card games and drinking coffee while we waited for the sunrise. Pram took us to all the best spots where it was less crowded, and was able to get great pictures of us. It was an amazing day, getting to learn about Indonesian culture and lifestyle from Pram while enjoying once in a lifetime scenery!

Our guide, Pram made this such a wonderful tour. It felt like we got to spend time with a friend, playing UNO as we waited for the sunrise. She brought us to all the best spots that weren’t too crowded, and helped us get great pictures. She also gave us local recommendations for later near our hotel. She is wonderful and it was a pleasure learning about Indonesian culture from her while enjoying beautiful scenery! Looking into the crater (and smelling!) was an incredible experience.

The volcano is still active. All of us can feel the power of the earth. The amazing view gives us an unforgettable experience. By the way, our friendly guide Kody can speak Mandarin, English and Indonesian. Though out his guided tour, we know more about Bromo and Surabaya. That was a great trip.

Very happy with the Mt Bromo experience and the guidance provided by our guide Devid. The guide is patient, takes very good photos and carries out all the activities alongside you, providing explanations and various facts about the places visited. The experience was really well organised according to a schedule but without pressure if we took a little more time for the photos. Part of the trip was carried out in a jeep (to bette access the roads) making the experience more pleasant. I recommend it!

The tour was very nicely organised: - Tour guide (Faruq) experienced and knows the best spots, when to move to avoid crowds, and was enthusiastically engaged - Drivers were very good, especially Pak Doyok the jeep driver, which helped immensely as I went on a weekend but still got the top in time - All the activities in the tour felt amazing - granted the weather was good but it all were really good
