We had the best time ever. Yanika was the best driver and guide we could ever have asked for. The guide we had up the mountain was amazing too. We ran up the mountain hill. Got a warm drink and breakfast with an amazing view. The rafting was cool and exciting. 👍🏻

Its a scam !!! I paid for an activity that does not exist , and after losing a day of my vacation ... they offer to reimburse me 40 usd when I paid 188 usd

We had such a wonderful time trekking up Mount Batur. Our driver Yanik brilliant from the start to the finish. She was super friendly, really accommodating, interested in conversation and gave us lots of tips. On the way home Yanik brought us to a coffee plantation where we got to explore a range of coffee and teas for free. It was such a lovely experience. Thanks to our tour gide for taking us up the mountain and taking some class photos. One to to remember 🤘

My husband and I enjoyed every minute of this tour. Our tour guide Janik was wonderful, so friendly, social and was truely interested to have a conversation. We cannot thank our volcano guide enough for capturing the most magical pictures, the climb was definitely worth it. We had a brilliant time rafting and visiting the coffee plantation. If you are thinking of booking, definitely do, it was so memorable and the day went so smoothly. Definitely get yourself a massage after though :)

Dede was an excellent driver. He was punctual, friendly and easy to talk to… sharing his knowledge and answering any questions as we drove around. Man it our trekking guide was fantastic. It was lovely to have a private guide for the trek. We were able to set the pace, stop at the various view points as we wished and have local knowledge to chat with. He was great at pointing out different landmarks, plants, and cool photo opportunities. After, we enjoyed the coffee, tea and chocolate farm before carrying on to rafting. Rafting was a blast and for adventure lovers, I strongly recommend taking a front seat! We are so thankful for the friendship and knowledge the guides all shared and would definitely do this tour again! It allowed us to have an stress-free action-packed day where we got to make the most of our time in Bali and enjoy the activities!

My boyfriend and I are from Australia had a fantastic time with our amazing guide Dede and our driver Manut! They were very kind, reliable and helped us learn about Balinese culture whilst going to visit Mount Batur and white water rafting. I would highly recommend this trip when visiting Bali.

Had a great day with Adi right on time before heading up to the volcano! Be ready for a challenge if you don’t train your cardio but you’ll be able to get through it. Then went to coffee and rafting before heading back. Everything was perfect!

The day started early, waking up for a 2:30am pickup from our resort in Ubud. My partner and I had a private driver (named Dede) who helped wake us up by sharing stories of his life and was very engaging throughout the day. He is a young, well educated man who shows true passion for what Bali has to offer. Next we met up with our guide for the hike (named Gede). He is a young and very friendly guy who is close friends with Dede. The hike took under 1.5 hours on the way up. Gede organised breakfast with hot tea at the top while we waited for the sunrise. We were met with thick clouds for the sunrise. However, just before we started our descent, the clouse dispersed and we had spectacular views of Mt Agung and the surrounding scenery. We hiked down (about 1 hour) and met up with our driver who was excited to hear about our trek. We stopped by a coffee plantation on the way to rafting. Rafting was an amazing experience. For 2 hours, I was amazed by the natural scenery. We passed by monkeys hanging in the trees, waterfalls and carvings. The day was full of activity and natural wonders. However, the true highlight was the interactions we had with the driver and the guide. I would highly recommend doing this tour, and seeking out both as they truely made our day incredible.

EVERYTHING! The guides, Wayan Dedei and Madei Manhut were absolutely incredible. The trek wouldn’t have been possible without Manhut’s help- big bonus is that he clicks the best photos ever! Dedei makes amazing conversation and was extremely sweet throughout the activities, which included a sunrise trek to Mt Batur, a visit to a nearby coffee plantation and finally the White Water Rafting. Special shout-out to Gede from the rafting company.

It was completely worth waking up early in the morning! We did the Mount Batur trek with Madei Manhut and he helped us all along and clicked some amazing pictures! Our driver for the day was Dede who shared so much about Balinese culture and life that it made the experience so much more enjoyable! Would highly recommend Dede and Madei both!

The driver and tour guide were very knowledgeable and spoke very good English, which made the tour very enjoyable as they could explain all the different areas that we were in and answer all of our questions! The view at the top was amazing and is a beautiful way to see the sunrise in Bali! 5*

We were travelling as a couple. We booked the sunrise hike followed by white water rafting. What a day! Highly recommend to go for both in a day. It’s such a great way to meet people, explore Bali and challenge yourself. Our driver for the day, Edy was the best! Very professional, was at our hotel early for the pick up to sunrise hike. Waited for us at each destination. Was trustworthy in looking after our belongings in the car. Always encouraged us to take our time and he’d be there waiting for us. Hike can be challenging at times, but certainly achievable for 90% of people. White water rafting is a light hearted, easy going course through a stunning river carved ravine. Time for swimming and showering under a waterfall and the choppy bits for those wanting a thrill. All work as expected and went as planned.

We had a very nice day, and our driver was so good, we learned a lot about Bali’s history and traditions in between stops, very interesting 🤩 One thing for the hike do remember really warm clothes for when you come to the top, we were fast climbers, so we had to sit for an hour, it was very windy and very cold🥶 but in the end the breathtaking view made it all worth it

Had a great time on this tour and is definitely worth doing when in Bali. I recommend not having a big night beforehand as the trek itself is actually quite demanding even for those with moderate-high fitness levels. Firstly we were picked up at our hotel by our lovely driver Edy at 1.20am. The journey from our hotel in Legian was about 2 hours so it’s a good time to catch a few Zs. The winding roads towards the summit can be a bit tough on the stomach so if anyone has travel sickness it’s worthwhile bringing some tablets or ginger ale. Once we got to the summit we were then introduced to our trek guide Made who honestly was so phenomenal. The trek on the way up is hard as the incline is steep. Even moreso if there has been rain in the area as the soft dirt track gives way a little as you step on it. Be sure to take plenty of breaks. At the peak the view was amazing. Watching the sunrise incredible all with the lava and smoke coming out from the terrain. I can’t recommend our driver Edy or our trek guide Made any more. They were both great!

Driver review - Our driver Eddy was very helpful and down to earth guy. He made everything so smooth. Took us to coffee and tra tasting. It was fantastic. Rafting- If you come to Bali and don’t do rafting , it is better don’t come to Bali. Most unique rafting .Bring your phone in some water resistant bag. You r gonna love the experience. Saw many waterfall while rafting. Also wear Slippers for rafting and no shoes. It is a long walk down the stairs for rafting and slippery too. Best Best Best part of my trip. I even plan to do it again. DONT MISS IT Mt Batur- Very unique experience to do hiking on volcano. Had to get up by 1 and Eddy picked up at 2. It took us around 2.5 hours to hike upward 2 to hike downward. Bring sports shoes as many slopes are very slippery. Also bring band aid in case you injur yourself or any shoe bite. Also bring water bottle as it is very expensive on top of hill. Our guide Jaro was very helpful and funny and helped a lot in hiking.

Had a great day with Dede our driver/guide. Super knowledgable, friendly, generous and funny. The same also goes for Made our trek guide, very friendly, funny and super helpful on the trek. We did the batur sunrise, followed by rafting with Graha adventure rafting (also recommended). Thought it might be too big a day to do both, but was a perfect combination for our group of moderate fitness. The trek was low-moderately challenging, but short and very rewarding. Sunrise was beautiful. Higly recommend both trekking and rafting, but especially through this company, great group of guys. Awesome day out! Organise through whatsapp if you can ;)
