This was a great trip. It is nice to be part of a smaller group, so you can take breaks when needed. There is not too much to see during the walk at night, but the views from the top at sunrise are stunning. A small but would be that it was a bit harder than we expected. Some distanced are very steep with loose sand and rocks. But all in all it is worth it.

Incredible! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to experience breath taking views, our tour guide was the best and made it extra special with his local knowledge.

We had a great experience at Mount Batur with our amazing guide Katut for the trek. and our driver Senegal who was very friendly and gave us great explanations about the history of Ubud !

Everything was perfectly organized, our driver picked us up right on time and was really kind. When we arrived a guide took us to the top of the vulcano, he was also really kind; took nice pictures for us and made sure we were okay the whole hike!

We had an amazing experience! The driver picked us up at our hotel perfect on time. After that we drove to the starting point with a small group, which was pleasant. The whole tour we were guided by an amazing tour guide, he was really nice and helpful and checked in with us all the time. On top of the vulcano we had a stunning view and we got breakfast from our guide. This tour offered us everything all the other tours do, for a cheaper and fair price. After the hike and coffee tour our very nice driver drove us back to the hotel. Would definitely recommend!

Our driver Senegal was very punctual, super friendly and accomodating. Ketuk was our Mt Batur guide and he was very caring and responsible, and took amazing pictures for us. Had a great time, i would rec this tour.

Everything was great. Car arrived on time and our driver was excellent. Our guide for the trek was also very helpful and nice. The trek in the dark was interesting; we could see a sea of humanity walking up ahead of us at night. The sunrise was exquisite. Breakfast was nice. Hot cocoa and banana sandwiches. Make sure you make time to walk to the other two ridges on the top of the mountain. The views from there are outstanding. The trek down was a bit unpleasant with a lot of loose gravel. But oh well. Coffee plantation visit afterwards was quite nice. Tasted all kinds of coffee and tea. All in all, great experience. Highly recommend.

This is one of the highlight during the time in Bali. Pick up was punctual (even slightly early) and the whole trip was well organized. Especially the driver Senegal and the local guide Ktut who helped us on the way were amazing! It’s an extra bonus where you can pay upfront and don’t need to worry about paying anything on the day. Some other tours were paying for drinks/ breakfast at the top but this tour is all inclusive.

This was an amazing experience and I highly recommend! I had the incredible guide Ketuk and he was so lovely and made the trip super special! 10/10 for all aspects!

I was there on January 1st 2023. The tour was exceptional. I was picked up at my homestay, punctual. The driver was so nice. They also accomodated my request to have cup noodles for the breakfast on top of the mountain. Breakfast also included sandwich with banana filling, banana, a chocolate bar, boiled egg, and a choice of tea/coffee. All included in the tour price. The tour guide was also very helpful. Made things easier for tourists. Everything was worth it for the price. The weather was bad but the place was absolutely stunning even when it’s misty. Also got to see the view of Lake Batur from up top when we got down, and it was bliss. If you’re in the Kintamani / Ubud area, it’s truly worth it to do this tour. A meaningful way to spend your time in the area too

Our driver picked us up promptly, and we began the drive over to Kintamani. It took around 1h 30 from Ubud. We gathered in a large group with lots of guides and then were split off into smaller groups. Our guide was fantastic, he was more than willing to stop for the multiple breaks I needed on this walk. It was quite challenging, definitely more so than some of the reviews I have seen on here state! The sunrise was pretty terrible that morning unfortunately, but it was still worth it for the experience and personal achievement. We booked only 12h before too, and communication with the company was excellent. Thanks!

It was an amazing experience. The trek was not easy but it is totally worth it. My guide was Senegall. He was very patient during the trek and also made sure that we reach the top before the sunrise. While returning we took another way which was altogether a different experience.

We had this awesome experience with Dewa as our Driver and Agus as our guide on the mountain. Both are such a great guys. Our Driver Dewa answered all of our questions regarding Bali on the way to the mountain. Agus is a young guide who helped us to clip the mountain. He navigated us very good and he exactly knew where we might needed a helping hand. Also Agus was such a great photographer - you can’t believe that this guy doesn’t charge any money for his photos. I hope he can make more couples happy as he made us happy :) Thanks for everything guys - keep up the good work!

We had an amazing time on this tour. We had Devha our driver who messaged us the day before to confirm our pick up time, he made sure we were comfortable on the journey there and back, and listened to our requests. Our tour guide was Agus who was incredible, helping us with the difficult spots and ensuring we made it up in good time for sunrise. He also made us an excellent breakfast at the top and took the best photos I’ve ever seen! Thank you!

Great trip! I went solo and was joined by one other solo traveler and a guide. The hike is not easy, so do make sure you are in good physical shape. Wear good shoes and and be prepared for some looser gravel and climbing over some rocks. I brought a couple extra bottles of water and snacks in a small pack and was glad I did. I was surprised to see a ton of monkeys on the summit too! It was even better watching the monkeys here than the monkey forest in Ubud. The guides will likely want to go plow up the mountain fast, but feel free to tell them to slow down or you need a break. It was also cool to be able to check out the coffee plantation—they let us try a ton of different coffees and tea which hit the spot after the hike. And stopping by the rice terraces afterward was good, saves you an extra trip and you don’t need too much time there really.

The 1 am wake up call, the hike through the dark, and the cold weather at the top of the mountain might seem a bit much, but the view of the sunrise is absolutely worth all of it! I recommend bringing a small backpack to store your water (and snacks!) and a warm jacket. Also make use of the hiking sticks! Our guide was also friendly and helpful, guiding us through the rockier parts, slowing down when we got tired, and serving breakfast to warm us up. Definitely worth it!

Took us 2 hours to the top. Most stunning views definitely! Way down was easier. Back at my hotel around 10.30.

My wife and I had the honor of meeting Gede Purnadi (our pick up driver and tour guide) also our Trekker Agush. We had an amazing time with both of these gentlemen. They really helped us know what to expect during our journey up Mt. Bantur and really took care of us afterwards by taking us to the Hot Springs, Coffee Plantation and the Rice Terrace Field. When we come back again to Ubud we will definitely make sure to get in touch with these guys again.

My guide (a pity I couldn't remember his name!!) was exceptional, patient and excellent service with a smile.
