The show in itself was impossible to fault.....absolutely world class entertainment as expected. From the quality of performance of musical numbers to the sets and costumes....phenomenal. Probably the standout was actually the 'cirque du soleil' type acts between the show pieces. The only disappointment of our experience was just how many people you jam into the theatre. We had very little room to move! We were frankly concerned about the health & safety of all your paying patrons if you did have to evacuate the theatre in an emergency. For the level of money one pays to attend, one expects better treatment than this.

Whilst the show & river tour (following day) itself was good, the operator was completely disorganized and we were left confused, misinformed, overwhelmed and not provided the opportunity to sit as a family. The bus trip to the show was to include a guided night tour-minimal guidance was provided with key monuments not pointed out. A QR code was provided to attendees resulting in multiple mobile devices being used concurrently on speaker in multiple languages-headphones were not provided and we were not advised to bring our own. We seemed to drive aimlessly around the city with no overview for over an hour with the driver verbally abusing members of the public passing by. We arrived at the venue with no minutes to spare, put in a corner separated from family and unable to enjoy the show together. Despite being provided with timing to be back on bus-15 mins after show-no time for photos or toilet (before or after), the bus left earlier than advised, leaving many attendees behind (after 1am) Overall we were disappointed with our ‘once in a lifetime’ experience particularly after spending over $1200.

Loved this show! Definitely recommend it. The dancing, music & costumes were spectacular! Champagne was delicious! Unfortunately, ran out of time to do the Seine River cruise.

Enjoy the show very much colourfull entertaining on all levels a wondeful experience wonderful talented cast show stoppers with all diffrent acts. Only down side packed in tighly mabey 4 to table instead of 6 but enjoyable experience. River cruise was great also informative great cultural adventure to Paris thank you.

Amazing. Best show ever ! The performers were great! Costumes, lighting, songs and acts were above and beyond my expectations!

It was awful. The show was great from what I could see. We were literally with our backs to the wall at the last two seats of a table of 6 that could comfortably sit 3 to 4. We were asked to squeeze in the last two people in front of us. With no elevation we were either looking over 4 people’s heads or peeping between their heads as they were moving. We were told to be there at 8 but the guide didn’t come till 820. It was cold and rainy and there was really no shelter. We we offered a bus to one of three locations nowhere near our hotel. Do either walk cab or metro from the locations also it probably wouldn’t come till about a half hour after the show. Fortunately the metro was right there and we were home in 15 minutes. It was one of the worst organized tours I have ever been on. My wife and I have travelled extensively used Viator quite a bit but they come up short here. I’m going to dispute the charge unless Viator makes good to compensate me for the awful experience let’s see if they stand by its product

Great show ! The River Cruise is horrible don’t waste your money on that. Top deck was closed.you go inside sit down and when boat leaves people go and stand outside on a small walkway around the boat. Those sitting inside can see nothing but rear ends. So rude I have never seen anything like it. I could not wait to get of the boat…it was awful..skip it…but go to the sho. W

The shows were phenomenal! Costumes and sets were extraordinary. The dancing beyond belief. Very pricey and crowded but worth all that. We were glad we splurged!

From start to finish, everything was absolutely fantastic, much better than we could ever imagine, the acrobatics on the skates to the pool of water emerging from the stage to the floating singers , the control of the massive hoops then the 5 acrobatic dancers (amazing) to all the dazzling costumes with the beautiful dancers just magnificent ❤️

I took off one star because the Seine River cruise was a bust. Otherwise, the experience the night of Moulin Rouge was wonderful! The cruise ticket is to be used at your leisure but the line for it the next day was almost a 2 hour wait and the tour had to be modified due to flooding. So when booking the show experience, just do the show!

Our meetup was at 7:30PM on a corner with very cold rain, no protection was available. Our tour guide was a no show until 7:55PM He was warm and we suffered! We were told the boat cruise was cancelled. We were told that we would be driven to our hotel after the performance. That did not happen, at midnight I was dumped out in an area that I was not familiar. My only ask was to be dropped off at the Opera house or Galeries Lafyette. Instead I was dropped off in some place that I was not familiar. I walked for a long time then hailed a cab to take me to my hotel. Very unprofessional.

The ride to the performance went well with lots of good information about the show. However, when we came out of Moulin Rouge, we were disoriented and could not find our way to the bus which could not park nearby. A slip of paper with at least an address, and preferably directions at the time we exited the bus would have been very helpful as we had to Uber back to the hotel. Also, a pix of the corner where we were to meet would have also been reassuring. The assistant was great. Also, the boat ride was super as well!

To summarize it in one word, unresponsive. My husband and I were running late, while on our way to the spot I messaged the company via app to inform them that our ETA was going to be 5 mins past the 10pm set time for the meet up. No response. Once at the location, I spotted the sign. The company asks you to meet up at a very unostentatious location. So it took awhile to notice that there was a QR code to call and message on WhatsApp, no one answered our calls. No one answered the messages. After a few minutes of panic, I opted to try to meet them at the theater, luckily they had our tickets at the box office so we were able to watch the show. However, after the show we waited outside to see if we could spot the group so we could get the river cruises tickets and hopefully catch a ride back. There was no sign of the tour group in the slightest. So we grabbed a taxi and heading back to our hotel feeling quite defeated. To summarize show was awesome, tour experience was awful. Just don’t be late.

Unfortunately I was not able to go on either the River Cruise or to the Moulin Rouge show bc the guide had misinformation on my ticket purchase. We arrived on time before the tour left, and she had not received our modification for 3 tickets (which I was charged for) instead of 2. So we rushed dinner from across town on our last night in Paris to meet the tour group only to have her not only be completely unhelpful (just yelled at us after making a phone call that she only had two tickets of ours, not 3) and did not even offer any options to get on the bus or remedy our situation. She literally ran across the street from us as I was speaking to her and got on the bus and had them close the doors to us. Attached are the photos of the bus and her scooting onto it. We called Paris Tours directly from a freezing street corner trying to get someone to assist us, since no one from Viator was responsive at this time (apparently it was outside their office hours, so not sure how they deal with issues in different time zones). I’ve never experienced anything like this and am shocked they would work with such a rude and unreliable company. I understand miscommunications happen between companies but I had a ticket confirmation via both email and tickets texted to me the day prior and saved in my apple wallet for 3 people, which she wouldn’t even look at. I have the charges pending on my credit card for the full 3 person amount. I have requested a full refund (which the tour people said they could not help with). All that said, be warned—this completely ruined our evening and we not only spent money on cabs to and from the Eiffel Tower for no reason, but ended up at a hotel bar getting drinks instead (since it was a Sunday night with little else to do). Very disappointing experience.

The Moulin Rouge show is a spectacular cabaret in Paris. The performers are beautiful, and the performance is wonderful. The chilled French champagne goes down well with the exciting show. The show is very colorful, and the costumes are lovely. We loved our visit to the cabaret. By the way, Moulin Rouge can be translated from French as "Red Windmill."

We got to the meeting place early and was met by a friendly helpful guide, we were given tickets to the show and our cruise which we could use at anytime during our trip. Everything was on time and we had great seats. An awesome night out

Tour guide a bit disorganized with instructions at meeting point! He also should have had a sign or something that would identify the tour group specially at night. Horrible seating at the Moulin Rouge. The package was misleading thinking the river cruise was also to be taken at night instead we were told to use the next day! Well that didn’t work for us as we left the country following day.
