Joyce was our driver and she is such a sweetheart. She got me to the resort in Negril from the Montego Bay airport and my friend and I from the resort back to the airport safe. She provided us with history about Jamaica and provided us with warm service.

Our driver Shane was very personable. He was on time waiting for us after we landed. As he drove us to the hotel, he gave us some history on Jamaica, almost like a tour.

Managed to find our driver when we arrived, no problem. He even stopped to allow us to get some red stripe on the way after our long journey. Have booked our tranfer back to airport with them. Top notch 🤞🏼

Excellent. Text reminder a day in advance. Texting helped us to find him at the airport easily. Water or Red Stripe available for the ride.. Provided lots of information about the area we were going to like what and where to eat andwhere to find local taxis. On time on return back to airport. Will use again.

Good, safe and efficient ride!. Only downside is on Viator it said we were supposed to get a Red Stripe on the ride and we were never offered anything.

We just returned from our vacation in Negril. Sean was our driver. He first text me on Saturday (the day before we were flying to Jamaica) to give me the information on where to go once we arrived, and his name. Because we had never been to Jamaica before, this was a huge help! Sean was already there waiting for us when we arrived. Once we were settled in his vehicle (which was really clean and nice btw!), he offered us an ice cold Red Stripe or water. He was an excellent driver, friendly, and answered all of my questions regarding the areas we drove through. We were so pleased with him that we hired him for our departure trip too. Which says a great deal since technically transportation both to and from the airport was included in our resort package. During our departure trip, he asked us if there were any places that we would like to take a quick stop at (since I wanted to leave for the airport rather early and had lots of time). With us not being familiar with Jamaica, we didn't have any specific requests so he chose a nice spot in Montego Bay for us to get out, see the water, and for my husband and I to grab a quick drink. This was a perfect stop for us! Though we are "tourists", we are not very touristy and enjoy seeing evey day life instead of the people packed "hot spots". While enjoying our cool drink, we had a nice conversation with Sean about some of the local spear fishing - then back into the vehicle and off to the airport we went. On a side note, I accidentally forgot my glasses in his vehicle when we got to the resort. He would have gladly drove back to the resort to give them to me, but instead I said to just hang on to them, and I would get them a week later when I saw him for pick up. A week later when he picked us up, he opened up his glove box and handed me my glasses! He is an absolute gem that truly enjoys, and takes pride in what he does. We would hire him again in a heartbeat! Funny how you can spend an entire week at a resort that resembles paradise, but something as simple as his transport made the trip memorable. Thank you Sean!

Top notch transportation service! Malcolm and Sean are professional and cordial! Sean Gave excellent insight about buying property on the island! Malcolm provided my sister and I an excellent treat of water and the best rum punch we have ever had! What a way to start your vacation on the hour long ride to Negril. Sean made himself available for an outing for lunch my sister and I wanted to take . he was so accommodating when we wanted to to stay longer than initially planned. And this was on his birthday! What a kind act of selflessness! We travel to Jamaica often and so do our friends. I will only use this company for our travel needs in the future and I will recommend this company to all of my friends and associates!
