Nice young man. Traffic was really bad but he was patient. Vehicle was not as pictured but be manage to get 4 large pieces of luggage and 2 smalll pieces.

We travel with a folding power wheelchair and were concerned that the vehicle provided would not accommodate us. Our driver met us, escorted us to his waiting vehicle that was clean, roomy and air conditioned. He took us directly to our hotel. Everything was just as promised.

Great reliable and fast service as we arrived from our international trip. Easy to find in the terminal, no issues at all for our group of 6. Highly recommended.

The most memorable experience was the wait and not getting what I ordered and paid for, a van! After arrival, we were met by a not so nice lady representative of your company that led us outside the airport where we waited. What arrived to take all four of us with 8 suite cases to the hotel was a small SUV. After waiting over an hour, we finall got two small SUVs to take each couple with suitcases to the hotel. The lady kept making different excuses about the van. The lady never apologized or tried to make us feel welcomed in to your counrty. I would not recommend your company to anyone! I would also suggest you get more expierenced personnel to meet and greet people who use your service! I know I will not use your service again until we all get restitution! On time to pick up and very smooth transition to the destination . Both driver and his colleagues was very curtious and didn’t feel like in another country.

The transfer from Apt to hotel went well. From Hotel to Airport, a nightmare. Van broke down, No A/c.

We had a good driver who brought us to the hotel safely. He does not speak English and we do not speak Portuguese but we used our phones to communicate with each orher.

We do NOT recommend. We had a confirmed booking for 4 in Van/SUV. We were STUFFED into a small cab , luggage on the roof and in our laps. Then delivered to the wrong hotel way out of the way from correct hotel! Total disaster!

The person who met us did not speak english very well. She was handling several groups at once. After an unexpected wait, we were escorted en masses to a pick up area. Not what we expected.

Prompt 5:15 am hotel pick-up in downtown Rio hotel to airport. Driver handled bags on both ends. Very pleased with experionce.

Minivan transfer worked perfectly transferring from the airport to our hotel in Rio. We were met at the international arrivals exit. All went just as planned. I would recommend this service to other travelers going to Rio.

The driver was prompt but we booked and paid for a minivan and were instead picked up in a small sedan.

Was meet after departing customs, however the vehicle we had was not a Mercedes Minivan rather a older Chevy small SUV. The driver was nice, but spoke very little English. I also was under the impression when booking this reservation it was round trip to and from airport. Not pleased and would not recommend this transfer.

Van was clean. Air conditioned. We were greeted at the arrival space by the translator and had no issues. Definitely recommend!

On time and great service. This is our 2nd time in Brazil and we a really late flight arrival and I feel safe traveling with you guys.

They wasn't there to pick me up i had to call them 3x and I pay for a minivan but was put in a small car my luggage didn't fixed we had to put some of them n the backseat which was a terrible 45min ride

Comfortable ride, clean and professional. Guide was there to meet us when we arrived. Catered to our needs while at airport and drop off to hotel

The driver didn’t have a sign but showed up on time and got us to our destination in great timing, the van was roomie and I made the mistake of inputting the incorrect pickup airport but they gratefully let me know the flight location and changed course to our actual arrival
