I went to the Terracotta Warriors and the trip was amazing, the site and the 3 pits are so awesome you could stay there hours to gaze at them. Phoebe our guide was excellent, so nice and so prepared on the history and so in love with her job you could tell from the way she introduced every single details. I loved it! I would recommend it but Ask for Phoebe!!! She is the best with a great English!! Well done Not to be missed. Lunch was typical and good Just the price probably a little too much

At first, I wasn't sure which tour company to go with, and I ran across Elena's tour packages Tripadvisor and decided to give it a go. The tour was amazing, she was very enthusiastic and knowledgable about the history of China and Terracotta warriors. We spent about a couple hours at the museum and then were headed to a local Muslim restaurant where Elena helped order 2 great dishes for me. She made sure I had a great time throughout the tour. I'll surely come back with my family and take Elena's tour again. 5/5 rating for me!

This was an excellent tour, everything about it was perfect. Our guide Phoebe was so knowledgeable and friendly, explaining all the history etc. It surpassed my expectations.

The tour was absolutely perfect. The Teracotta army blew my mind and I’m so glad that I booked a guided tour and so glad that Lilly was the guide. Lilly was so patient, helpful, informative, and so nice as well. I can’t speak highly enough of Lilly- she really made my day. The tour was perfect. My visit was during the National Holiday, So I expected large crowds. I underestimated the crowds. Elina and the driver were great, Because of the traffic we got a late start, however it didn't defer from the day. This is truly the 8th wonder of the world. Elina had tons of information and explanations. I highly recommend Trippest Mini Group tours. the best tour group I have used in the past 30 years... The Warriors was top notch but so was the lunch following, great family style to try a couple of dishes. I will use Trippest again. Thanks for a wonderful day. Bruce

I did this small group tour as I was traveling alone in China. There was 4 of us and our guide, Rosa. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour itself was very good. It was nice to be in a small group so it was easy to move about without waiting on people and we had many opportunities to ask her questions or slow down if we wanted to. The terra-cotta were amazing! The tour included lunch at a traditional Chinese restaurant and it was fantastic. I would do this again.

We had a small group tour (5 of us) using a comfortable van that picked us up at our hotels. Our guide, Richard, was great - enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Took us to the best locations for viewing and photos. All three sites for the terracotta warriors are fascinating. We had plenty of time to wander. Lunched at a beautiful resort restaurant. We also toured the ancient city wall (highly recommend biking the perimeter!). The other guests left early so Richard gave me a private tour of Muslim Street and gave excellent advice for souvenirs and tasty treats. Highly recommend this tour and Richard in particular!

My parents and I did the half day tour and were the only 3 on the tour so basically had our own tour. Our guide, Phoebe, was great and helped provide us plenty of history on the site, and took care of all the hassle, figuring out where to go, tickets, and walking through the area. We stopped at a great lunch on the way back, before being dropped off at our hostel and getting a bullet train to Beijing. Would definitely recommend Chinahighlights and Phoebe.

I went to Xian from Beijing on the bullet train--great experience--to visit the Terracotta Warriors exhibit. China Highlights arranged for my pickup and guide, Mark. Mark was a great companion for 2 days touring me through the expansive exhibit, a visit to the Temple and museum. He was flexible with the itinerary and I appreciated his comments about contemporary China. I would highly recommend him!

We had a limited amount of time in Xi'an and wanted to arrange a customized tour of the Terracotta Warriors for four people directly following our business meeting, and drop off back to the airport to catch the last flight out. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and even arranged to pick us up directly at the customer site following our business meeting. Our tour guide Lisa was EXCELLENT and provided great knowledge about what we were seeing. Because of our limited schedule, we only had about 2.5 hours at the museum, but it was enough to get a wonderful overview of this wonder of the world. The van to bring us to the site and back to the airport was a bit old, but that might be because our tour was customized only for four people, and to suit or specific schedule. All in all, it was a wonderful tour and a sight to behold.

Great half day private tour to discover a unique place. Our guide was really nice, she spoke very good English and she gave us a lot of information about the history of this place. The lunch was in a traditional restaurant with really good food. An easy and comfortable way to visit the Terracotta Army.

Terracotta warriors has always been on my bucket list and it didn't disappoint. The moment you step in to the first pit is one of those moments that will live long in the memory and is truly breathtaking. We had Richard as our guide and in fact did a half day private tour not a small group tour (at our request for a slightly higher fee). Richard was very kind and considerate throughout. He called the hotel the night before to confirm arrangements and was waiting for us on time in the lobby the next morning. His English is excellent and his knowledge of the warriors was insightful and delivered well (no long boring monologues). He was a good conversationalist on a range of subjects, not just the warriors, that made for a pleasant way to pass the morning traveling to and from the site as well. I would highly recommend Richard as a guide and China Highlights in general (they arranged our train tickets in Beijing, transfer in Xian from the railway station, tour with Richard and transfer to the airport the fllowing day - all seamless with very clean modern (a/c) comfortable cars and safe drivers). The warriors are a must do and you cant go wrong if you request Richard to be your guide.

Booking process is easy—terrific follow up by the local team. But the guide always makes the trip memorable; Rosa our guide was exceptional. Rosa and the driver picked us up at the hotel (5 total), we braved the cold and rain to enjoy a rich detailed tour of the Terra-Cotta Warriors. Benefit of a small group —Rosa was able to tailor to our needs. Her English is great as is her knowledge of the area. We finished the tour with a great lunch and a beer at a local restaurant before the 1 hour drive back.

Excelente excursión, con un grupo reducido (éramos cuatro) sin paradas ni perdidas de tiempo innecesarias, y e incluso facilitándote a la vuelta donde querías bajarte ( en nuestro caso pedimos que nos dejaran en El Barrio musulmam) nuestra guía , Phoebe excelente, con muy buen nivel de inglés, y que no escatima en explicaciones y aclaraciones cuando las necesitas, además se preocupaba de que todo cuanto fuéramos a hacer contase con nuestra aprobación.
