The team at True South Flights were fantastic. Easy check in process and nice waiting area, plus free parking for the tour! Our pilot was Henry, who had a great attitude and excitement about to flight across to Milford sounds. This was simply one of the most breathtaking things I’ve ever done. Along with Henry’s commentary it made for a great trip. The cruise was beautiful as well. Overall I highly recommend this tour if you can. It saves you a lot of time and it’s a fun way to get to Milford sounds. Mountain surfing all the way. Don’t miss this experience!

The tour was well organized and right on time. Pilots were knowledgeable and very friendly. The boat portion had a great crew and we felt as though the service was superb overall. I can’t even begin to explain the views in words… you must see yourself! The only thing I would have liked improved was the audio on the plane. It was a little hard to understand everything the pilot was pointing out. If the company had a guide pointing out the highlights- like glaciers and rivers,etc:, that one could download and review after the flight- that would be great! We definitely were so glad we flew instead of taking that incredibly long bus ride to Milford Sound and back to Queenstown. It also such a small group that we met some amazing people! I have to say… go on this trip!

Absolutely stunning views only possible from air. True south flights did their best to make the trip happen, even with clouds threatening landing. Andrew, our pilot was friendly and helpful, pointing out the many different sights and mountains.

We had the most amazing experience with True South Flights. From the booking and requested changes, the warm and friendly welcome at the office and our outstanding pilot Andy, who made the whole experience a memory we will never forget. With running commentary as we flew majestically through the mountains, ensuring us all was well when we hit pockets of turbulence, the whole flight to and from Milford was just amazing! Then we had the breath taking 2 hour cruise through the Milford Sounds which was a whole other level of mind-blowing nature and scenery at its best. As a Kiwi showing my Australian family the beautiful sites and sounds of New Zealand, even I was speechless, and of course very proud of what we have to offer. I would highly recommend True South Flights to anyone wanting the best lifetime memories for themselves, family or friends and would like to thank True South Flights wholeheartedly for the most incredible experience you could ever have and one you definitely will never forget. We booked the 1/2 day fly/cruise/fly package before our holiday online. The booking was seamless and excellent communication from time of booking. We were picked up at our hotel by the very friendly Matt and driven to the aircraft. Our pilot, Andrew, was friendly and informative. Take off and landing was very smooth. We had a few bumpy patches in the air due to air pockets, but never felt unsafe - it added to the adventure! The views from the plane simply breathtaking. The cruise ship took us through Milford Sound where we again had the privilege of seeing the most spectacular scenery. The whole experience was 100% and thoroughly recommended. Thank you

The customer journey is great. The travel agency in Queenstown has clearly explained the weather issue before confirming the payment. The operating flight company shows good customer service and support. The staffs are friendly and always smile to us. The pilot was explaining all the feature location during the flight. However, the flight was quite bumpy even there is a clear sky. This part is a bit scary. The cruise part is kind of fair. The view in Milford Sound is nice, but we over expect on the experience. We only see two fur seals and no dolphins. Also not much glacier on the mountain top, this is a bit disappointing. Overall, I will still recommend, but the flight part is the most tough part as it is quite bumpy and scary.

This was an experience of a lifetime and I couldn't rate it more highly! Our pilot Jason was excellent, I was fortunate enough to sit up front next to him and it made the flight experience unbelievably memorable. The cruise was lovely and it was just one stunning view after another. Photos do not do Milford Sound justice!

Our pilot Liam was excellent he kept us informed throughout. He also gave us commentary as we flew. Belinda in the office was also very friendly and helpful.

Flying through and over the mountains is a breath-taking experience. This has to be the best way to see so much in a short time. Our pilot, Henry, was skilled and friendly. He gives a helpful commentary on the geographic features. I definitely recommend True South.

We had a wonderful flight to the Milford Sound. We were picked up at our hotel by one of the pilots and brought to the airport. Our pilot was professional and gave us information throughout the flight. The cruise was wonderful. The Milford Sound is beautiful. The flight back was a great experience. We had the same pilot on the return flight. It was a little turbulent, but I felt confident in the pilot's ability.

Breathtaking flight from Queenstown to Milford sound. Pilot was personable, pointed out interesting sites along both legs and took different route on the way home so we could see even more sights. Truly memorable experience. Check in was a breeze. Flight was safe and comfortable-totally worth every penny. The Milford “cruise” itself was underwhelming but fine. I think this was just because we had already flown over the sound and that was so spectacular the cruise sort of paled in comparison. Bring snacks with if you have kids for the cruise, limited options and long lines. Thank you true south flights for the wonderful experience. Highlight of our trip for sure!

Spectacular views and stunning weather! We had the most amazing day. Thank you Tahe the pilot for a great experience with his awesome smooth ride and slight extension of the flight to show us the most amazing mountain peaks. Will never forget it!
