Had an amazing tour with True South Flights. The experience was once in a lifetime. Staff were all very friendly. The pilot Andrew was extremely knowledgeable and provided and truly wonderful experience. I would have no hesitation to recommend or book another trip with this company.

Our pilot Jason and the crew were amazing! This was worth every dollar and exceeded my already high expectations. A “must do” if you are visiting this part of the world. The flying experience added so much to the overall trip. Jason shared a lot of interesting information on the flight over and back. Pick up and drop off in town were super easy. Thanks True South!!

This trip was off the rail! From start to finish, the trip was exhilarating, the flight through the mountains, was like nothing I’ve ever seen and so much more than I expected. The cruise up the fjord was just one beautiful scene after the next, waterfalls cascading down the side of the mountain, and even a few seals. Pilot was lovely and I felt safe the entire time, and true south was very professional.

The aircraft (Cessna 208B Gran Caravan) is in very good condition mechanically, clean, and very comfortable. Pilot is very experience and competent. He is very knowledgeable on the terrain around that area and can manouver in that area to get the best view and escape bumps. The view. Magnificient! The location of the office and the aircraft is closeby. Just need walk 5 min to reach aircraft. If you are lucky enough, you can sit next to pilot.

The staff were exceptional. The whole experience left us speechless. Awesome part of the world with the best people as our guides.

The plane flight to Milford sounds is 10/10 A must do. Beth who greeted us on arrival at the office was amazing and so was our pilot Jason. The boat is very comfortable and the skipper TJ was perfect for the job. Only down fall was I feel the cafe could be run better. The staff were amazing but it’s a bit of a mess with the que etc and some customers on board have no awareness or etiquette. I probably would have been happy with just the plane round but overall an experience I feel should be done.

Our experience was excellent, Sam the pilot was very reassuring and super friendly. He gave us an excellent commentary about the trip. Everything ran on time. The views from the plane were amazing and Milford Sound was beautiful. 5 star experience

An amazing experience with some remarkable sights to see and experience! It really is a must do tour if you can. We especially appreciated the personal and friendly service of this smaller company, particularly in comparison to some of the bigger outfits around, where it seemed like it was just a factory shipping loads of people in and out. Our pilot, Jason, was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, made us feel confident of his flying skills. I would highly recommend this excursion!!

Today our group flew to Milford Sound with True South and had the best experience. From booking, to being dropped at our Hotel, we found every staff member to be friendly, patient and helpful. I special Thankyou to Jason our pilot who always checked we were comfortable and even once (I personally) got off the plane feeling a bit sick he and Peter were there to make sure I was ok and crack a few jokes! We will definitely be recommending the team to family and friends

True South were brilliant from start to finish. Luke collected us on time, and Andrew flew us to and from Milford Sound. We picked a spectacular day and the flights were smooth and informative. One of the best days I can ever remember. This airline company are professional and polite and catered to all our requests. Would never ever consider using anyone else.

Great experience. This was one of the highlights of our New Zealand trip. When asking about the South Island, a "scenic flight" was always on the top of people's recommendations. And this company delivered.

Our flight with Liam was one of the best experiences of my life. Super smooth landing on both landings and he called every single bump before it happened due to the wind. He was super knowledgeable and called out landmarks and historic info about the areas as we flew over them. Highly recommend True South Flights 10/10
