Luigi was an excellent tour guide. He arrived on time and provided a thorough, educational , interesting and fun tour.

The tour was okay. The tour guide, while she spoke English, spoke way too fast. It was hard to understand her English. She explained the inside of the church and talked about the rooftop while we were inside the church since it was raining. Once we got up part way it was heavy rain. The tour basically ended there. She said she would take those that needed the lift to go up to the rooftop to the lift and the rest who could walk the steps could go up. I’m sure weather was a factor, but felt like she was just glad to have it end without heading up for the rest of the tour. Our ticket included the museum that we could do on our own - so at least we learned more there.

My boyfriend and I booked this tour while visiting Milan and this was our favorite tour booked by far for our whole Italy trip!!! Our tour guides name is Kiara and she was so spunky, friendly and funny. She did such an amazing job and made the experience so enjoyable.

5 Our guide, Barbara, for the Duomo part was so informative. She had great information and kept the tour moving and interesting. You have to leave the church and go back to the starting point and wait a few minutes before you are walked back where you just exited the church to go on elevator to explore the rooftop. The rooftop is spectacular. Definitely do this part.

Tour Guide was very knowledgable. Took time to explain everything and it was a top to bottom and inside extensive tour. The audio kit provided was great and could hear all that was being explained. Starting at the rooftop to escape any expected rain was great. Lots of steps to encounter up and down. Great views from the rooftop. Highly recommend this tour.

You CANNOT visit Milan without touring the Duomo!! The back door access to the roof was VERY impressive! Seeing and learning about the history behind building this majestic church was inpressive.

I booked this tour knowing it was something not to be missed. I knew there were stairs, but understood there was an elevator. There are a lot of stairs through narrow passages. It was a bit challenging, but doable, understanding that if it becomes too difficult, you can rest and if necessary be escorted to an elevator down. The views were spectacular! It was like being inside M.C.Escher's Stairs! This Duomo Tour was an unforgettable experience.

Our guide was amazing! She was funny, very knowledgeable, and made an effort to get to know us. The church itself is impressive, being able to go onto the rooftop was a very special extra perk. We purchased the "Hop on-Hop off" city bus tour addendum, which made the price of the tour very worthwhile. Having seen the many cathedrals in Spain and in other parts of Italy, I would say the Duomo isn't as cool as many of the others, but still worth the tour.

Guide was good. Unfortunately it rained which made the rooftop walk a bit less awesome. Was still a great experience.

Our guide was knowledgeable about the cathedral & Milan. You must take the rooftop visit. She made a point to find out where everyone was from and remembered us all the whole time. What a way to make you feel welcome.

Chiara was amazing! Knowledgeable, engaging, detail oriented but kept information concise enough for my jet lagged brain to comprehend. The Duomo inside and rooftop tour was so cool! Seeing Milan this way is incredible. I wish I had all the euros to give to our guide, she really made the experience. Highly, highly recommend this tour ❤️

This is one of the most amazing Duomo we saw in Italy, and getting to learn about how this was built and how it has survived is amazing. Don’t miss the rooftop, the steps sound worse than they really are and the experience and views are worth it.

What made us book this tour was the rooftop tour and, trust me, it does not disappoint!! The entire duomo is gorgeous but the rooftop is icing on the cake! All of that was great but the best part, by far, was our guide Chiara! We do so many viator tours and, hands down, she is the best we have ever had!! She not only is beyond knowledgeable, she is so funny, so patient and really loves her city! The tour would have been good no matter what but she made the tour fantastic! Definitely request her when booking this tour!!
