Tour guide was exceptional. Her passion was evident. So much to see in three hours but a fantastic introduction to Milan. Memorable! Thank you.

I can't remember our hosts name, but he was absolutely amazing! He really knew what he was talking about, he was funny and entertaining. He gave us some realy interesting in depth history about the 3 sights and he made our holiday!

First of all our guide Eddie was fantastic-just right measure of history informations that wont "over bomb"you with a touch of milanese street smart inputs for our better enjoyment in city . Also one more important info: we were late on meeting point and agency was leading us on cell phone how to find our group who had allready started a tour and gave an extra effort in that. Cudos for agency and Eddie the guide!

It was raining for 2 days nov 3 going to como .l wanted to reschedule .there was a flood waiting to see if they can book me another day

I had only a morning free and this was perfect. The tour guide learnt all of our countries/cities of origin within seconds and it was fun way to communicate with her and others. We had an exclusive experience in the original opera house (the heart of Milano), then a grand tour of the basilica (the soul of Milano), and then a lovely stroll to the castle. Our guide was hilarious and engaging. I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed this tour as our guide, who sadly I cannot remember her name, was very knowledgeable and made the stories and facts she related very interesting and easy to understand. La Scala is beautiful and interesting to see the newsreels showing famous people visiting in the past. Sadly, we were unable to visit the Duomo as there was a celebration of new priests arriving and it was closed for the morning. However, we were given plenty of notice of this and a refund of this portion of our tour.

Simon is an excellent guide. Very knowledgeable and provides clear and interesting facts and stories. The tour was good, covered a lot and we enjoyed the experience.

Best tour in Italy, tour guide (not sure if her name was Clara?) was marvelous, informative and good interaction with the people on the walking tour. She made it interesting and enjoyable. Thank you!

Chiara was THE most memorable part! She is a wonderfully knowledgeable and friendly guide. The Scala theatre and museum were fascinating and the duomo is breathtaking.

Our tour guide was excellent and was very knowledgeable on each of the three areas visited. Unfortunately there was a problem in getting access to the Duomo which upset several other tour members. It meant the time at the Duomo was very rushed and the tour time was extended. Not the guide’s fault but definitely poor admin somewhere which marred the tour,

Our guide was so knowledgeable and she shared so many interesting facts about Milan and the cultural sites we were visiting. She was patient and flexible with the group. I learnt a lot and had heaps of time to look at everything. I really enjoyed this tour. It was a bit sad we couldn't see inside La Scala because of a filming, but its well advertised that this is a risk, so that's okay. We were offered tickets to go the next day, but sadly, I was leaving and couldn't do it.

Great introduction into the history of Milan's treasures. Samantha was very knowledgeable and the journey between the sites was an easy walk.

Samantha was so knowledgeable and did an excellent job pointing out small things I may not have noticed otherwise. Going in the morning provided us more access with less people interfering with the tour.

Very good tour guide (sorry, missed her name). Unfortunately missed inside the Duomo as it was closed for priest ordaining — but we received a partial refund. Otherwise, good tour. Be very sure to wear good walking shoes as you cover some distance.

This tour was terrific. Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave great information on La Scala, I’ll Duomo and Sforza Castle. Would highly recommend this tour.

The tour was canceled and this was the second one for our European trip. Terrible on the part of Viator and its partners. You can be sure that I will post this on all social media. Not right there are plenty more providers out there other than Viator

Our guide was knowledgable, energetic, & bubbly. Enjoyed her tour very much especially her wry portrayals of Italian history and customs. We had a glitch getting access to the Duomo due to a special service and she resolved it seamlessly.

This was an excellent tour. The tour guide was very caring and shared a lot of information and history about La Scala and the Doumo. We started on time. I liked the fact that we were a small group. The audio set was given before the tour to everyone. It was very clear. One thing, I would recommend is to carry a water bottle as its a 3 hour walking tour and it can get hot. Its a must do tour. I felt it was worth the money.
