Tour was scheduled to start at 12:30 but we did not board the boat until 1. It was fine for the price

I booked the slot for Miami skyline cruise through viator app and just lost my 50$. Be aware when you book tickets through this app. I booked the cruise with them for 8Pm slot and they rescheduled my slot without even noticing. When we asked for a refund or rescheduling, they said it wouldn’t be possible.

Best tour ever!!!! Our tour guide was spectacular and my kids really enjoyed seeing all the famous sites and celebrity homes. We got to see a cruise ship turn around in the canal and they were amazed. Really clean boat and super friendly staff. We all had a great time. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Miami!

Very Amazing cruise ride for 1hr30 min , truly loved the sunset view and the millionaire’s homes view on the islands and the bay.

My mom and I enjoyed the cruise. It was really nice. The only negative experience we had was when I won a fake raffle that was given during the cruise. I was offered a 7 day stay with the South Beach hotel in which I had to give a $40 refundable deposit. There were 2 other couples that won as well. The guy Alberto said I would receive an email and they would send an Uber to pick and drop us off which was reserved for the next day. (No wonder he kept asking when we were leaving. I feel like we were targeted). We weren't comfortable taking their transportation so we figured we get there on our own on the Next day. Therefore, I waited for the email and received nothing. Just lost out on $40. Otherwise, the experience was nice. That's why I gave 4 stars. Be careful of scammers!!

Poor seats with overloaded visitors standing around you. Never ride this one. It’s not worth for the money.

We were given 11am departure timing and were asked to come early we came 20 minutes early The cruise did not depart till noon The parking charges and the treatment we got was terrible

Booked the trip online, showed up early and was told there was not enough spots available for my group. (No communication between ticket seller and service provider) So after another hour on the phone I got my money back and had 7 disappointed people.

This company overbooked their boat. I didn't find out until, after I checked in and stood in the line. When I spoke with a rep they only offered me a later time. I explained to them that I couldn't do the l later time because of my flight. I had to think of another option which was the Taxi cab. My family and I was able to switch to the water taxi.

Multiple issues with this experience; booked this 2-hour cruise for a Saturday 2:30pm departure from Bayside Miami, but then was informed it was moved to a 3 pm departure from Monty’s in Coconut Grove. After waiting at Monty’s for 45 minutes in the heat, we were walked down to the end of the dock and waited until about 4 in the Sun to load for departure. Unfortunately they loaded someone who was experiencing physical distress and then EMS was called. By now it was 4:15 pm, about 15 minutes before it was originally scheduled to return. Furthermore, we when we asked, tour operators (on board) could not guarantee the tour would include the original itinerary, which were very much interested in. This, combined with our evening plans that were now being encroached upon, caused us to get off the boat and ask for our money back. They declined to do so but offered to reschedule for Sunday, which was not possible as we we staying in Ft Lauderdale and had tickets to the Air Show. This failed experience cost us local parking fees as well. We called Viator customer service to report this, at the time, but have not heard back. A totally dissatisfying experience - we want a full refund!

Company switching our boat at the last minute Put us on what they choose without explaining WHY?????????

I called and schedule for 3:00 they scheduled for 5:00 and I that was the last show I didn’t even get my money back big waste of time almost $100

I had a ball listening to the music and meeting new people. The atmosphere was perfect, I’ll definitely do it again when I come back to Miami. Enjoyed myself so much the time flew by.

It was terrible. Not enough chairs and it was way too hot. They say we were gonna go by the millionaire homes but failed to let anyone know when we were at said homes. The experience it self was average at best with hardly anything for an experience. Food is over priced and basically gas station food. The food provided isn’t worth the price and everyone knew it. I guess wait till the end of the experience heading back and they’ll start to do bogo deals on the food because nobody bought them and if you’re hungry enough you can get a 2 for 1 deal.

We booked a tour that was changed to a different location, a different time and a different tour. The boat was an hour late and didn’t leave the dock for an additional 30 minutes. The whole experience was not at all what we wanted. We also had to use Uber for transportation to and from the other location. The staff were unorganized and unapologetic for the delays. I would not recommend using this service.

The experience was terrible. Worst boat ride I’ve ever. No air, hour late, after changing my ride time on my way to my original time. No direction, unorganized.

There were not enough seats, the drinks were marginal, the music was poor. There were not enough place to see the surroundings. The AC was not really working on the inside.

Please don’t take this tour. This is a scam. I much rather pay 20 more per person to rent a private boat. First I was asked to reschedule for a later time then when we get to this boat it’s overcrowded and there is not enough space on the outside part to sit, also I got a water which was $5 so literally stealing from people. I requested a refund because the tour was for Miami skyline and the celebrities houses which we never got to see the houses so please don’t waste your money here and rather spend a little more for a private boat or with another tour guide.

Not sure if we caught them on a bad day however, ture story: the boat was an hour and a half late- they had us standing in the sun waiting for the late boat with no info on how late they would be so we all just stood outside and a women had to call 911 from heat exhaustion. Then we get on the boat and the staff was nice but they said they had food which was crushed tortilla chips and cheese (which the cheese was sweaty and the plate had 1 grape) the boat was Like 93 degrees inside with the "air" on (they had a thermostat on the wall ) the vents were blowing hot air. The radio was way too loud. I almost bought a bottle of wine to get myself thru it however the lady stated 75 dollars for sparkling wine worth 7.99 so I said never mind. She then tried to hussle me and asked 60 and then 50$ lmao. Any announcement made was muffled like the microphone was pressed to their lips and the radio was not turned down. None of the sights listed in the description were seen. Pros were the staff were nice and they seemed to be trying but this was THE worst thing I have ever done and considered jumping over board.

I liked seeing the mansions where stars live it was interesting and seeing all the islands.it was good music on the ride and I like the captain talking about who lives where.
