We expected to go with a group but it was only us and our guide, Yari! (I’m not sure how to spell her name) Our tour guide was so sweet and knowledgeable. She was the best part of the tour! She greeted us with bags complete with fans, little candies, waters and a map! There were some fancy spots and some hole in the wall type of restaurants. Each place gave us a small serving and different fruit water. It would be nice to do at the beginning of your trip so you have a chance to return! We were comfortably full at the end and didn’t pay for anything extra along the way. Would recommend.

Amazing personalized food tour with very knowledgeable tour guide. Excellent opportunity to experience and learn about local cuisine in places you’d never find on your own!

We had a tour with Ceci and left feeling like we had made a lovely friend, plus tried so many new dishes and learned so much about Puerto Escondido! The tour is extremely well organized, fun, and Ceci is a delight. Don't miss this if you're in Puerto Escondido...she will show you all the secret spots with the best dishes! Highly recommend!

The team was great! The food was amazing and the knowledge they passed to the group was fantastic. The idea of eating and walking between restaurants was fantastic, as having back to back meals without any time for digestion. 10/10 would do it again.

My son and I had a fantastic afternoon. Ceci was so friendly and not only took us to 8 amazing food stops, but was also really informative about the history of Puerto Escondido and the different neighbourhoods we visited. We came away very happy and extremely full - we were very glad we’d arrived hungry! It was a brilliant afternoon and I would definitely highly recommend anyone to do it.

We did both the Made in Oaxaca tour and the Mexico Magico tour and they were both fantastic! We went to lots of different spots and ate so much delicious food. Our tour guide was Ceci and we had a great time chatting with her. We learned a lot and now we know all the spots to go to next time we're in Puerto!

While the food was no doubt incredible our guide Sofía was the star of our tour. She's an endless wealth of knowledge about Puerto Escondido, Spanish etymology and the food on our tour and shared tons of personal stories and anecdotes that had us cracking up non stop. We had an absolute blast and were damn near misty eyed saying goodbye! Truly can't recommend this tour enough, and please believe them when they say "come hungry!"

The wide variety of venues and foods was great to experience, and Sofia's knowledge of Puerto was nice, as she was to answer all kinds of questions

Sophia (our guide) was amazing. Seven stops at uniquely interesting and delightful restaurants and 1,000 stories and historical references that brought the entire experience to life. Sophia’s insights made this fun. It’s a must-do.

Sofia was an amazing Tour Guide. I definitely recommend doing this Tour one day after you arrive. This tour will definitely come in handy. You will get to know some delicious hidden spots that are worth the while. My Husband and I had a great time and enjoyed all the stops we made along the tour. Beautiful History about Puerto Escondido and food knowledge that is highly recommended. My husband and I got some drinks along the way that were delicious and Sofia did an amazing job translating & making the group laugh. Must do tour when in vacation in the area.

La comida totalmente fresca y preparada al momento que llegas a cada una de las degustaciones. La caminata es fácil y se disfruta mucho después de haber probado un rico platillo. Les recomiendo que este tour lo hagan al principio de su llegada a Puerto Escondido, así tendrán tiempo para poder volver a visitar su lugar favorito.
