What made us take this layover tour were the good reviews, so let me add one more! Oscar was an excellent guide with the cultural and ecological history, and the fascinating architecture of the city. You’ll certainly get your steps in, as every block trekked held so much to see. Plus, the airport pickup/return by Pepe was smooth and safely navigated. It’s definitely time well spent in a layover versus the day wasted in the airport terminal. Now we need a return trip to explore further the interesting highlights they shared, and absorb the vibrancy of this vast city.

Estephania did a wonderful job taking us around Mexico City and being flexible as my traveling partner has a bad ankle. She took us to a fantastic authentic quesadilla spot and the food was amazing. She was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic, answering our questions and engaging us with great storytelling. She went above and beyond, keeping us hydrated and checking in on my friend's ankle. We really appreciated how she was able to tailor the tour to our needs. She was funny, friendly, and full of positive energy. Highly recommend!!

I can’t recommend this tour highly enough. I received very clear meet up instructions via WhatsApp, and my driver arrived on time. I was taken down to central Mexico City where I met my guide, Daniela. Daniela was fabulous! She was a fountain of knowledge and very fun to spend the day with. I saw a mixture of historic sites, art and culture, food stops, and local culture. I was taken back to the airport in plenty of time to catch my flight.

A great opportunity to get a taste of the incredible history, art and culture of an amazing city. Ana, Fernando and Imiliano made what would have been a difficult layover an incredible experience getting us to and from the airport with no worries.

Fernando and Emiliano were great guides! Fernando first picked us up from the airport to meet Emiliano in the city center. He was a lot of fun and had good insight on the city. Emiliano then gave us a tour through El Zocalo’s past through present. He was super knowledgeable, engaging and has a passion for the country’s history, culture and current events. After the tour, Fernando took us back to the airport and got us there on time despite heavy crowds and traffic. The guides were very nice, accommodating and try to base the experience on your interests. This has been one of our most favorite tour experiences! Thanks guys!

I had a 6 hour layover in Mexico City and Mexico a Pie made it happen! My driver Fernando got me where I needed to be both ways. I spent 2+ fantastic hours with Daniela learning about Aztec Culture, the history of Mexico and eating some awesome tacos. Very professional and thoughtful experience! I only had a little bit of time and of course need to come back for a full visit - but this quick tour was so much better than waiting in the airport.

I had a long layover in Mexico City, and I wanted to leave the airport but was nervous about getting lost or going to dangerous places without knowing. I saw this tour, and thought it was a bit expensive, but thought it was the best and safest way to get a quick tour of the city. After the tour, I was really happy with my decision. My driver, Fernando, and my guide, Dani, both did a tremendous job, were extremely kind, and made me feel very welcome in their city and country. I was able to eat some churros and tacos, see some sites, and experience the culture of Mexico. Dani is very knowledgeable about the city and knew great spaces to go. I would recommend this experience to anyone.

I chose this tour because it was the only one that didn't start bright and early in the AM. Our flight came in early AM so this was a great way to get broken into the city before a long weekend of adventures in CDMX. Our tour guide, Liliana, was so lovely and catered to what we wanted to see and experience, very flexible to add in the Churreria for a nice break! Learned so much and have a great appreciation for the city and all its history. Highly recommend.

Liliana gave us a beautiful tour, full of hidtorical facts. She made it very interesting and engaging. The transport from the airport was easy, good communication, safe, flexible and timely. I fully recommend!

They were able to customize the walking trip and get us to MUSEO FRIDA KAHLO within our layover. The driver was great. Our guide, Andres, told us a lot about the history, the architechtore and was even able to squeeze in a lovely snack at a panaderia and a taqueria.

Mexico City is open for business. This was a fantastic tour, Arturo was an amazing guide. He really brought the history of the city alive, gave me a feel for it I know I wouldn’t have gotten on my own. As a bonus he regaled me with his career as a luchador over tacos al pastor. All in all an incredible tour, a great way to see the city, and very safe, masks and social distance the whole way. Can’t recommend this more highly.

I really enjoyed my tour with Ana. I learned a lot and it was a great introduction for my first time in Mexico city, traveling alone. A great way to spend part of an 8 hour layover there.

I was dreading my 11 hour layover in Mexico City until I found this 3 hour walking tour. We were picked up at the airport and we were able to keep our carry on luggage in the van. Our guide spoke excellent English and was very knowledgeable. He was also sensitive to our needs to slow down the pace as the higher altitude was affecting us. He listened to our interests and tailored our walk to suit our tastes. This was the best part of our entire trip. I strongly recommend it.

Our guide was amazing and was able to tailor make our tour to suit our situation as soon as she met us. We were a little tired from our travels and this was taken into account, as well making sure that we were fed and watered. At the end of the tour our guide and the driver worked excellently together to overcome a potential traffic issue and ensured that we were back at the airport in plenty of time. Overall we left Mexico City much more informed about this wonderful city thanks to our guide who was responsive to our needs and extremely enthusiastic, friendly and exceptionally knowledgable.
