This tour was simply amazing and exactly the Mekong experience that I had been looking for. The tour guide Ann was great as well as the boat guide Txuy. They took me early to see the floating markets and I really enjoyed watching the traders in the little boats for a good while. We then went into small canals with true Mekong feeling savoring small fruit on the go. Txuy made some lovely items (for example a cute grass hopper) from leaves for me (what great skill). I particularly enjoyed breakfast on one of the larger house boats and being treated to authentic and delicious soup and other food. A brief stint at a nudle factory was fun and interesting. We then went on to a local market to see how goods from the water transitioned onto land. I was offered to taste a variety of things that all were really good. I can fully recommend this tour to anyone seeking a great experience with a very personal touch.

We booked our tour the evening before and were promptly picked up by Nhu Y the next morning. It was a beautiful experience to witness the history and life in the Mekong Delta. Nhu Y was super accommodating and explained everything very well. The floating markets were very exciting to see. We helped in the making of rice noodles. Then we went to a fruit garden where we also got to taste. After that, we returned to the floating market to eat a pineapple on a local's boat. Thank you very much for the experience.

What a fabulous day with our lovely guide An. It was a very early start in the dark and we were a little trepidatious but once in our boat and quietly motoring down the Mekong, any concerns soon disappeared. An was knowledgable and so friendly and we had the best day seeing the markets up close and personal (even going on board a boat!), as well as seeing the noodle making and trying milk apples that An picked from a tree we floated past! It was totally worth the journey and two nights in Can Tho - just to do that trip Thank you so much

We had Phong as our tour guide. He was very informative and passionate about the area. Learnt lots about the culture and ate some delicious noodles and local fruits. You’ll definitely be very full after the trip. Only thing I’d would say is to skip the first 2 markets. Not much to do as they weren’t operating. Everything after the dragon fruit farm was great.

Lovely trip along the Mekong Delta River, fascinating to see another way of life. It's quite a journey to get to the Phong Dien floating market but its great to watch the sunrise and have breakfast amongst the local traders. On the return leg you get to see the Cia Rang floating market. This is away of life that is slowly diminishing. You should see before it disappears. Our tour guide Nhu Y Le was was fulll local information along the tour. Would highly recommend.

I had a great time experiencing the Mekong Delta with our guide Nga. It was a very small group, just me and two other people. Nga was very caring, got us coffee and breakfast in the morning. We visited a floating market, that was not touristy at all, were were almost the only foreigners. After enjoying Pho on the market we visited a Dragonfruit Farm and learned about the production of rice noodles. After that we visited a local family living on a house boat. Overall a super special experience, would recommend to do if you stay in Can Tho or Ho Chi Minh

We were lucky to have a private tour as other people missed. And An was a great guide. She explained everything and although we did several stops, we were not pushed to buy anything. But she was supportive of the community. Would recommend.

As our first stop for our month long vietnam trip this tour really set a high expectation. Our tour guide phong was phenomenal, picking up from airbnb, knowledge about the area and culture. He also shared with us other must see locations when we told him about our route. To top it off he recommended us a local specialty restaurant to visit, absolutely delicious.

The guide is very lovely and she really did her best for us to have an amazing moment, she took a lot of pictures for us and shared many information. She is a very good guide. The boat and the driver were also excellent. The breakfast on the boat is a nice experience. Nice to discover how to cut rice noddles and cocoa farm. The bad point of the experience is not made by the tour but the Mekong by itself… it’s extremely polluted, you will not see fish but plastic floating everywhere. It was very heartbreaking to see that much pollution. We saw a man throwing fish in the river, then a plastic bag and the big plastic jar where the fish were… Extremely sad to see how people are not aware of the impact of this behaviour. Not the tour fault but we didn’t have any pleasure to see this disaster. Maybe a « bad » point for the tour has been to put the elderly at the back of the boat, my mom struggled to go on top of the two bench before she could reach her seat many times during the tour.

An was an amazing guide, providing us very worthy information about people’s life in Mekong delta and traditionnel daily life. Wake up is quite early but it’s definitely worth it!

Interaction with the floating market vendors was most special. They made us coffee, a delicious Vietnamese soup and we bought some great banana chips. Appreciated our guide Anh and her boat driver for making this day a most memorable one. We saw both floating markets, toured the back canals and saw people going about their everyday life, visited a rice noodle factory and on our way back, thanks to our guide, we were able to embark and visit three floating boats and share some fruit with them while sitting on a mat. A special day indeed but recommend you start early. We left at 4:50 am.

Excellent trip with guide Trinh. Good communication before the day of the tour, pick-up on time, small group (5+guide+boat driver), excellent boat driver, good explanations and atmosphere for the whole group, relaxed atmosphere while visiting all the places. Thank you for a nice tour on the rivers and canals at Can Tho :-)

Our tour guide was excellent and even took us on a mini food tour afterwards. We really appreciated the extra hospitality. This tour was by far the most local feeling tour so I would definitely recommend it if you want to get to know what local life for merchants on the floating markets.

We loved our tour of the Mekong Delta floating markets. While it was a very early pick-up, it was worth it as we got to see the sunrise from the boat. The floating market was better than imagined and the Phong Dien market was exactly what we wanted to experience, we even got to eat a hu tieu breakfast that was delicious on our boat! A treat at the end was to visit a fruit farm and experience the fresh fruit of the region. Truly an experience not to be missed!

Visit to two floating markets, a noodle factory (disappointing not to see people working there, but simply a store to sell noodles). The activity is announced for 7 hours but in reality you can count on 5 hours. On the boat (6 people) it was very difficult to hear the guide's comments, unfortunately. In summary, your hotel will offer you essentially the same tour but less expensive which could be more interesting for you.

What an amazing experience getting to see and love the experience of the Boat people and markets. The day didn’t stop there we had fish farms and learning how to cook and make items seem at markets. Our guide Như Ý Lê was unbelievable treating us like family. Showing us how things are done and explained why. Highly recommend this Tour, tour group and guide Như Ý Lê. Well done and thank you for looking after us
