Totally worth every penny, from the 15 or so types of food you'll eat over the course of 4 hours, to the expert knowledge and care of tour guide Rachid, taking you to places you wouldn't find yourself, and aren't available to regular tourists. Come hungry!

The tour was just amazing, and the food even better. The guide Rachid was really kind and had great knowledge on moroccan food. We tried many typical dishes and they were all really tasty. The views were nice too, which made the walk really pleasant. Everything perfect.

This was the very best tour I did in my entire 2 weeks in Morocco!!! Rachid was an amazing guide, explained the structure of the tour before we started and recapped where we had been and what we ate, he even sent us a list after the tour. I learned so much, ate so much and the best part is I ate things I would never have tried on my own. I would never have imagined I would enjoy beef spleen or beef liver, nor sardines. All were delicious thanks to the places Rachid took us, and his guidance. I saw the authentic, local parts of the Medina and to finish on a rooftop terrace with the sunset…chef’s kiss. The tour was really nice. Rashid was the perfect Ciceron. He talked about his culture, his food and tradition. We got to try food that we wouldn't have otherwise. We had plenty of food in the 4 hours we walked around the Medina. As he told us "remember to have a light lunch and no plans for dinner because you'll have all of the food you can get!"

Rachid was amazing! Even better than the food, and the food was fantastic! We can’t say enough good things about our experience and would highly recommend booking… make sure you arrive with ample room in your belly!

This was the highlight of our trip. Rashid was an exceptional host who took time to explain the dishes we were eating including the history. We were taken to places we would’ve otherwise missed. Some of the food was exceptional - the liver, the rabbit tagine, the lamb off the bone. I want to go back already! An excellent, informative and interesting insight into the way the locals live. The tour wasn’t just about the food - we were guided through parts of the medina we may otherwise not have discovered on our own, had access to places such as a traditional bakehouse and restaurants favoured by locals, and learnt about the art and science of Moroccan spices. Come hungry! There are almost 20 delicious things to taste and the portions are very generous. Our brilliant guide Rachid took us around the Medina, telling stories and introducing one mouthwatering food after another. Try to do the tour at the start of your trip, so you can get familiar with the local cuisine and favourite haunts early on. Since the tour, I can’t stop having Raib and Chebekia. Will do this tour over and over again!

We booked this tour not knowing quite what to expect and it was amazing! It was our first afternoon in Marrakech and as well as learning about the local food Rachid gave us a great tour of the souks. We saw things that tourists wouldn't normally get too see or experience and had some wonderful food. It gave us the confidence to go local and try things that we might not otherwise have done. I can't recommend this tour highly enough - book it!

We've been on many food tours around the world and this tour was one of the best. COME HUNGRY, there are so many stops on this tour and everything is so delicious. We were taken through 3 different sections of the Medina which was really cool to see the more local area, inside the heart of the souks, and then of course the main square. It was perfect for your group of 4 and we had such a fun time! Highly recommend!

The tour took us right through the medina with many stops along the way to sample food and observe various artisans at work. Visited places we would not have ventured to otherwise, agree with other reviewers go hungry!

This was hands down the best thing we did in Marrakech. We dove right in, just a few hours after we landed, and what a way to start off our trip! Our guide Rachid took us deep into authentic Moroccan food, into back rooms that we'd never get into on our own--bakers ovens, pastry makers, getting our hands moving as we made our own moroccan bread and pastries. On this tour we also had the best tagine we ate in all of Morocco! I had been to Morocco before and yet I still learned new food on this tour. Highly recommend! And Rachid is an incredible guide!

Great thanks to Rachid for this tour. Marrakech can be very confusing and as a solo traveler is difficult to sample much of it in a day. I tried a lot of different foods and loved all of it. Best on your first day so you know where to get the best harissa in town!
