Tour wasn’t how it was described in the booking and only lasted half the time that it was suppose to. Didn’t try any of the items that were listed when booking. Even though we payed for 2 people, we had to share dishes. We should both get our own if paying for it. We told him I was allergic to nuts multiple times and he tried to give us food with nuts in it 3 different times. Tour guide also showed up late to meeting point when we had this tour booked days prior

Our guide Mohammed was excellent and very knowledgeable. Food stops were great, loved the Snails! Plenty to eat so don;t bother with any other meal plans. Easy walking around the main square.

Our guide was great showing us all the local spots and explaining the significance of the dishes. The food was amazing and the dinner at the end was spectacular from our rooftop perch. Definitely recommend.

Mohammed was a great guide. He gave us a lot of information about Marrakech, made some recommendations for what we could do and was great company. I would definitely recommend doing this tour early in your trip as it was a great introduction to Marrakech

Got to enjoy all type of local foods, all included in price as well as lots of boxes of olives/nuts/cakes to take home with us. We tried over 8 different samples as well as a tangir at the end. Our guide was very knowledgeable and more than happy to change stop depending on our preferences. Highly recommend.

He took time to understand what we were most interested in getting out of the tour, how adventurous we wanted to be, etc. on top of that he was fun and kind and funny and attentive … Honestly I can’t say enough good things! One of the best things we did in Marrakech. Highly recommend!

Well, our guide for this tour didn't show up, so another guide adopted us to join his group instead at the request of the original company. The tour we ended up on involved lots of stops for samples of soup, bread, olives, etc in the very crowded souk. The guide did his best in both English and French and was adequate.

We learned as much about Marrakech as we did about the foods we tasted!! My four friends and I had a blast and highly recommend this tour.

Our guide Mohammed was amazing!!! We were running late because we got lost finding our meet up place, but he was so patient and waited for our group. The tour was awesome, we ate and learned about the history and culture of the people. Mohammed is very knowledgeable, he taught us tips on where to get the best stuff around the souks. He also went above and beyond, and tried to meet every single request we made. It was an amazing start to our vacation in Marrakech, we really enjoyed the experience.

Rashid was a very friendly and engaging tour guide. He made us all feel welcome and comfortable while meeting the objective of the tour - eat like a local. I got to explore parts of the Medina I’d probably not have braved alone, try some foods I’d probably have been uncertain about and thoroughly enjoyed it.

We decided to go for this tour on our first evening in Marrakech because of the recommendations we read. We (family of 4, including 2 teenagers) enjoyed it a lot from the first to last minute. The dishes we tasted were surprisingly many and diverse - everyone could find his favorite. Mohammad was very responsive to all our questions and he explained a lot about the market and local food. It was great introduction to the country, thank you!

Mohammad was a great guide and we really our time. More food than you can eat. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to understand the main market. Loved the tangine beef. The spices were a nice surprise. Meeting him again to visit the Souk later in the week

We did this tour on our first night in Marrakech and could not recommend it more. Mohamed was very kind and generous with his time and is fantastic company. It was such an enjoyable way to spend an evening. We tasted so many local dishes and although all were delicious the restaurant he brought us to for lamb and beef tagine was very special. We ate until we were full as eggs!! An unforgettable experience.

We booked the food tour with Mohamed on our first evening in Marrakech. He put us at ease immediately and was lots of fun to spend time with. We spent a few hours walking around the medina trying out delicious local delicacies and visiting some special souks. Mohamed is very generous with his time and his knowledge of where to eat and to shop. We were very well fed by the end of the tour and had gotten used to the way things work around the medina. Highly recommend you book this tour for your first day in Marrakech!

I would highly recommend the trip to be taken at your first night/ day in Marrakesh. It will give you knowledge about the traditional local dishes and also a bit of confidence to know your way around the medina. Mohamed was very kind and polite guide. Brought us to a few good places with amazing food and we were absolutely stuffed at the end. The group was of 12 people.

Mohammed guided us through the narrow streets of the souk, stopping here and there to try local food offerings from street side stalls, a quiet roof top restaurant with lovely views and a buzzing local restaurant - no tourists in sight! We tried a varied selection of meats including beef, lamb and chicken, snails, and local sweet delicacies. We discovered local cooking methods and Mohammed asked us if we would like to stop at an apothecary to learn about healing and culinary herbs and spices which was really informative and interesting and although we bought a couple of things we didn’t feel any pressure to do so. We were travelling with 18 and 23 year old boys who put the tour on their highlights of marrakech. By the end of the tour we were begging Mohammed not to give us any more food! You will not need to plan dinner after this! We did the tour on our first evening in the city which made us feel much more confident in wandering about on our own afterwards in the maze that is the souks. *Synopsis* - a great way to adventure into the depths of the souks feeling totally safe and delve into the culinary culture of Marrakech.

A MUST DO! Mohammed couldn’t have been more amazing. Such a great guy and incredible value for money! We were so full by the end, and the quality of the food/drink was next level. At the beginning we started with some delicious small bites like olives, pastries and dates - they was fantastic! We also got taken to a restaurant off the beaten track (somewhere I never would have gone in!) to try some Moroccan kebab meat and proper tagine. Literally, the taste of everything was so above and beyond what I expected! We also got to try some insane orange juice! The best OJ had in my life. The highlight for me though was when we got to sit with locals and break fast with them. Such a special moment I will never forget. 10/10. This is an absolute must. Thank you Mohammed! Will see you next time we come back 😀

We did this as part of the colourful Souks tour. The guide was amazing!! His knowledge and passion for Marrakech and its food is really clear. He was super helpful and just wanted us to try everything. It was a culinary delight!
