Such an amazing experience! Going to sleep right under the stars and waking up to the sunrise and a view on an empty Maya beach, swimming with the bioluminescent planktons, snorkeling, everything was perfect from start to finish! Dear Maya Bay Sleepaboard team, This journey was excellent ! After spending 9 days in Thailand and 9 days in Vietnam, I can say that the journey with you was the best activity ! I would love to do it again and will advice my friends to do it if they may come in Thailand. Very good atmosphere onboard, some very nice guys who worked there, with who I could laugh a lot ! All the guides could answer our questions. Let say only fact that was a little bit "disappointed" but also à very funny moment in the other hand... it was the fluorescent plankton. It was a bit chaotic with everyone wearing the life veste from the legs and only staying all at the same place around a rope in the water for security limit. We all kicked each other wirh our legs and all excpected to see more the fluorescent plankton. But again, I had to laugh so much that it was also a good experience ! Thanks a lot for those 2 days onboard and the night.

Fabulous trip. Only gave it a 4 as there was no bonfire and BB on a private beach as the site said. Was told it’s a National park so not allowed. Alex and the crew went out of their way for us. Would highly recommend this trip.

You have to do this trip and stay over night. Firstly you snorkel, on to Maya Bay, where you have to take the shot from ‘The Beach’ when the sun is setting. After its dinner at Maya Bay from the seaward side. Snorkel and see bio-essent plankton then time to dance party into the night. Sleeping on the top deck looking up at the stars and then waking up to a beautiful pink sunrise on the water with towering cliffs above you. Just so beautiful. We also got to go to Maya Bay again one of the first on the beach that morning. Monkey Bay snorkeling was so clear that day. So many memories. The Maya Bay Team were so much fun and nothing was a problem. XOXX

By far one of the most stunning and memorable experiences we had in all of Thailand, especially in the islands! The food was amazing, the drinks were free/cheap, and the family running the boat were so kind and made us feel like a part of their community. We already miss our time on the boat and are so grateful we have so many pictures and videos to remember the experience! As the website says, don’t expect the best sleep of your life, but do expect one of the best nights of your life full of adventures and good vibes.

Our family of 5 had the best time with the crew from Maya Bay Sleepaboard. It was such a fun night. The night swimming with bioluminescent phytoplankton was a real thrill and something we will always remember. This tour was a real highlight of our trip and is highly recommended.

Amazing trip! Loved every minute. Beautiful scenery and the food was delicious. The staff took great care of us and I actually slept pretty well too. Highly recommend 👏🏻🤩

Had an amazing time with my group on this tour! The staff was helpful, friendly, kind, and tons of fun. Packed full of adventures, we started off the tour with snorkeling, then headed to a remote untouched beach. We cruised around, watched the gorgeous sunset, and then went night swimming in the bioluminescence water! So epic! Sleeping on the boat was a bit rough but it was overshadowed by the gorgeous sunrise and the night time dance party we had. It was worth every minute and I would highly recommend!

I just loved the entire expierence with this tour! They are all very well equipped. Food, drinks and of course a lot of fun! The best time i spent in Thailand is with them. The crew is just amazing and sooooo kind!! I just suggest this expierence to all of you who wants to really enjoy Maya bay and Phi Phi Islands! ❤️

This tour was fantastic and I couldn't of asked for a better way to spend my birthday. The expectations were originally low as when we met at the shop to head to the boat, the sky was dull and it began to rain so I didn't think it was going to be the best of days. Luckily enough when we got to Maya Bay the sky cleared up and also dried up. It was a stunning beach and after visiting it I understood why it's so hyped up... Although it would alot better if there were less tourists all trying to get the perfect Instagram photo😂 After the beach we kayaked just outside of Maya bay to a neighboring small beach where we went for a snorkel. My girlfriend noticed a dead fish floating on the top of the water so I dipped my head under and came back up yelling "Shark!" Which scared the life out of her... Maybe I should of started with the word baby first. Baby black tips can be seen all throughout this bay and there tends to be more in the early hours of the morning as it's quieter. Don't worry, they don't bite ... They seemed quite shy and tended to avoid us After this we had dinner on the boat, watched the sunset and waited for it to become pitch black before jumping back into the water. At first everyone was clearly nervous about this as the imagination goes wild when you can't see below but once you start moving around with your face under the water, you see the bioluminescent plankton glowing like stars in the night sky. After this we all headed to the small beach from earlier, lit a fire, played some games with some drinks and joked around. The tour leaders though they had a couple drinks still made sure the beach was left the way we found it with no rubbish or anything left behind. They care deeply about respect whether that's to each other or towards their surroundings. We partied on the boat until 1am when the boats generator had to be turned off and then went and slept on top of the boat. Not going to lie, I didn't sleep too well but this was more because my girlfriend kicked me off the mat we were sleeping on 😂 The next day we went back to Maya bay on the boat to see the sun rise and then the beach at the early hours of the mornings. Afterwards we visited Monkey beach to see the monkeys and then had a snorkel in the water. Overall I was extremely happy with the tour, the staff and my whole experience altogether. I was recommended the Maya Bay overnight tour and my experience lived up to my expectations. A very big and well maintained cruiser, very good food and drink, terrific scenery and knowledgeable crew combined to make this an item for the bucket list.

Amazing experience. Sleeping under the stars in Paradise. Will go back again in January. Staff is super friendly. Really unique experience.

I had been wanting to make this trip for over 5 years and finally got the opportunity in late February. The crew were all wonderful and made the trip a fun experience. Seeing the phytoplankton was a bucket filling experience for me so everything was gravy. Really enjoyed the kayaking, and snorkeling. This was money well spent and a lot of fun. Thanks 🙏 Thanks

Stay away from this tour.They won't refund your money if the trip is cancelled due to bad weather. I was totally ripped off by these people. I booked the Sleepaboard tour on Agoda where you are meant to sleep on board their boat at Maya Bay or one of the nearby bays. You are also meant to visit Pilih Lagoon, Loh Sam a, Monkey Beach and Viking Cave or so they tell you! When I went to the office on the day of the trip they told me the trip was cancelled because I was the only person and the weather was very windy. This I can understand but when I asked them to refund my money they wouldn't give it to me, they unbelievably said I had to take it up with Agoda myself. The trip normally costs 3,500 baht. After contacting Agoda they said they had a nonrefundable cancellation policy for this booking. Maya Bay Sleepaboard still wouldn't give me a refund, they offered me 1,500 and I could join their evening plankton trip, which meant they were charging me 2000 baht for the plankton trip, which is a rip off. You can get it for 1000 baht on a speedboat (without bargaining). I ended up rescheduling the trip for 2 days later and would you believe it I was the only person again. I ended up just doing the plankton tour and they would only refund 1,500. The plankton tour is rip off, they say they will bring you to 3 other places on the way to Maya Bay but we just went straight to ( Maya Bay). Everyone was really disappointed with it. So after extending my stay in Phi Phi for 2 days I still didn't get to sleep on the boat and never got to visit any of the other locations they promised. Only ended up with an overpriced plankton trip which was really bad

My experience on Maya Sleepaboard was amazing. The service provided exceed my expectations and the fact that we can’t go to the actual beach on Maya Bay doesn’t impact on the amazing experience we had. The sunset was so beautiful and sleep under the sky full of stars was a dream. The boat was great, comfortable enough for one night, with 2 clean bathrooms. Food was very good too. Jambo our guide was really cool with funny games and good drinks. He also contributed to this great experience. My only suggestion would be more time in the morning for snorkeling at the Bay. We woke up, had breakfast and the boat left. I thought we would have the experience on snorkelling on Maya Bay (in front of pirate beach) with no people around. But this is a small detail, I would sure recommend this tour to friends.

We did the tour that stayed over night in Maya Bay. We stopped by Viking Cave, Monkey Beach and a couple other spots to snorkel and kayak and see the bioluminescent plankton! The entire experience was fantastic and unique, Jo Jo and Ladyboy were amazing hosts and very entertaining. We would 100 percent do it again!!

This sleepaboard tour was the highlight of our group's trip to Thailand! The boat was clean and roomy and the crew was helpful, dedicated, and a lot of fun. The activities in the beautiful island locations included snorkelling, swimming, kayaking, campfire games, night-time plankton swimming, and we even got to jump off the side of the boat! What's even more exceptional is that the company returned an item I lost on board within 2-3 days - excellent service and an incredible tour!
