The waterfall is a bit of a walk (more like trekking) and the road could be very slippery when in rains — highly recommend wearing hiking shoes. The coffee making was very informative and enjoyable though.

I had a time during my weekend with my family visiting one of Kilimanjaro village (Materuni Village). We experienced a short walking to the waterfalls from village office, some of us was interested to swim therefore we spent some minutes at the waterfalls. Later we went back to our guide's home for coffee class then local food as our lunch. I can suggest to visit this area not in rain season because of mud. Best experience and smart service care thank you.

The tour was awesome. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and gave us a great tour to the waterfall full of facts on the locals and the plants in the surrounding areas. The waterfall was incredible and the coffee making process was well worth the trip. Chimbo point was a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the coffee, food and songs. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. The tour company was extremely accommodating to our tight timeline for our flights later that day.

We had a wonderful day with Mercy hiking to the waterfall and to the coffee farm, where we learned how to make our own coffee from beans (processing, roasting and grinding) the traditional way. Mercy knows all about the history of coffee, the Chagga tribe, the land, and the waterfall and got us excited about her people and her land. She showed us lots of small wildlife that tourists wouldn't spot on their own like a small chameleon, a hidden nesting bird and a big slug. The views, the fruits, the delicious lunch and the friendly people amazed us on our first trip in Africa. Thanks for making us feel so welcome!

The coffee tour was really good! We also really liked bike trips, it was amazing! The sport activity after the safari was great. This tour helps see culture and life in villages. It was great to watch all the coffee making progress and be part of this. The organization was really good!

A relatively challenging hike with mesmerizing views of mount Kilimanjaro( went on a clear day) . Materuni is such a beautiful village with kind people. The people from solely tours made it even more amazing

The materuni village itself is very beautiful with amazing things to see. The village has an incredible of Mount Kilimanjaro and the waterfalls were breathtaking. Great adventure in moshi with the best and most proffesional company. The village is located at the foothill of Mount kilimanjaro and on a clear day the views are the best. Visiting the place showed us lots of beauty of Tanzania from the coffee and banana plantations to the amazing waterfall

We visited the beautiful village of Materuni and the falls and learned how coffee is processed from the first step to the end. Our sightseeing activities ended at the Chemka hot springs, where we enjoyed a delicious lunch, mineral water and a few beers. We enjoyed swimming in the pool until late afternoon. Everything was fantastic, it was a wonderful experience.          

Amazing day tour in Moshi. Our guide from solely tours was very accommodating. knew his way around the village and informed us about the culture and traditions of the chagas. The best part about it was the tour the materuni waterfalls. The sight was magnificent. really loved the surroundings and the coffee was great also.

Godson was such an amazing guide! Kind, reliable, fun - I had a fantastic days and thought it was really really interesting. The tour is a great mix of nature and culture and the lunch is divine.

Two weeks ago my friend and I visited Ndoro waterfalls in Marangu under Godson charity.We had soo much fun during the the trip and soo much to learn from the culture,food and different tree species found in Marangu.We also enjoyed the coffee that was prepared for us when we visited the chagga caves.In general Godson charity offers extremely execellent customer care services, we enjoyed our trip to marangu.

La excursión fue maravillosa. Para comenzar un paseito por un camino lleno de vida y color hasta llegar a la impactante cascada. De ahí fuimos a ver el ritual de café, en el que nos hicieron partícipes en todo momento (nos lo pasamos fenomenal). Y para finalizar, pusimos rumbo a la piscina natural donde ya comimos y terminamos el día. Este sitio es mágico!!! Recomendado 100%
