Our family of four spent an absolutely wonderful evening with Hanan touring Marrakesh. Hanan loves her country and it shows from her amazing knowledge of its history, culture and food. We did the “food” tour, but it was so much more than about the food. We were genuinely sad when our evening with Hanan came to an end. It was the highlight of our trip!

We had an exceptional time on our tour - the hosting was superb, friendly and informative. It was great to get what felt like a real local insight and not a ‘tourist’ experience - with so much delicious food to try. Everything about it felt really special - I can not recommend highly enough.

Abdul is a great guide. He took us to the best places to eat and gave us comprehensive information about the food, as well as the culture. He is accommodating and warm and very easy to talk to.

One of the most memorable experiences we had with Mouhsine/Adbdul was an immersive culinary journey that he took us on. During this tour, he led us to some of the most authentic traditional Moroccan food places, where we got to witness the preparation and cooking of the food. He also taught us how to eat like the Moroccans, which involves communal dining in Moroccan households. Our group thoroughly enjoyed this food tour, and Mouhsine did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable and at ease. His knowledge of the local food and customs made the experience all the more enriching and enjoyable. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we are grateful to Mouhsine for showing us the best of Marrakech.

Bring your appetite! This food tour will leave your full of great food and cultural knowledge of Morocco. Said was a great tour guide and ensured everyone had a fulfilling time. I especially enjoyed the snail soup and sheep’s head with bread. The traditional dishes of Morocco are all very tasty.

Abdul was a most welcoming and knowledgeable host taking us on a gastronomic trip through Moroccan history. A wonderful way to experience Marrakesh with a local pointing out things you may not have noticed, simply highly recommended !!

If you want an array of real Moroccan foods, this is it. Very tasty and also filling. Elbowing through the Jemaa el-Fna square adds to the experience. One of the highlights of our 16 day tour of Morocco.

Great way to try a variety of local dishes and to learn about Marrakech cooking. We would never had visited such a array of food stalls without our knowledgable guide. The sardine burgers were particularly (and surprisingly) delicious! Make sure you go with an empty stomach though as we were struggling at the end!

It was an amazing experience. The food. The simpathy. The places. The restaurant. Thank you so much to the guide. We will comeback :)

Abdul was an excellent guide. He took us to stalls and restaurants frequented by locals, away from the tourists, and explained how each dish was prepared and how it fit into Moroccan culture. He was also kind to us and to each of the shopkeepers we met along the way, creating a light and fun atmosphere. Be prepared to eat a lot and learn even more!

The whole tour was amazing, so informative and interesting. It’s really worth it to do it cuz you get to eat the real Moroccan food.

Abdul was a fantastic tour guide for our night street food tour in the Medina. This was truly an amazing culinary experience and some of the best food we had throughout our entire 9 day trip. He knew the best spots, some off the beaten path but well worth it. He was also very knowledgeable about Moroccan cuisine, specifically foods that can only be found in Marrakech. Would highly recommend this!

Our guide Abdul was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was only my daughter and I so the small group made for some great conversation about the history of the food and the area in general. The food was remarkably tasty and the friendly nature of Abdul made this all worth while.

Abdul was a great guide to Marrakesh's local food scene. He showed our small group around the market stopping for local food at different stalls and explaining how they fit into daily life. He also took us to see how the meat we ate was cooked in underground ovens, and where local families bring their clay pots to cook in the ashes from the wood used to heat the hamam above - super cool. Abdul was really friendly and fun to spend time with and shared a lot of information from his own life and culture that made the tour really nice.

Abdel is an excellent guide!!! Very attentive, sociable, cheerful, fun, cordial, patient and has a lot general and specific knowledge, especially of the history of his country. On the street food tour he showed us several typical Moroccan food and took us all over the Medina. I highly recommend!!

This tour offers the three things necessary for a great experience: 1) Local delicacies, 2) Excellent hospitality, and 3) A premier guide. Abdel is a rising star in both the Marrakesh and Internet food community. He is a wonderful person, a true local, and great sense of taste. His selection of local food experiences are as enjoyable to eat, as they are to journey to. The time spent interweaving through the Medina is a delightful intermission between each location. The best part about the tour is it’s authenticity. Not only regarding the food but also the tour itself. Never will you feel that you are going through the motions nor are given the ‘same ole tour.’ Rather, you will feel as if you have experienced a tour as unique as the food on it.

What a great foodie experience we had with Abdel! We loved seeing the Medina and market by night and experiencing all of the sights! Abdel has fun positive energy and was a great tour guide!

We had Abdul for a 3 day trek from Marrakech to Fez and it was such a wonderful experience. He’s well knowledgeable, flexible, and was considerate of our needs. He took us to places that I didn’t know existed and that weren’t part of our itinerary which I loved. I highly recommend!
