Brilliant way to see the highlights of Marrakech and taste some authentic food. Mohammed was a super guide - very friendly and knowledgable and kept us safe on the busy streets! Highly recommended.

Bike tour was lots of fun. I'm sure we were just confused because we had read about so many different activities, but we did expect this tour to be more food tasting than biking. We did have a main dish at one restaurant, and a smoothie at another place, and both were really yummy. We biked through the medina, and the tour guide pointed out some great things for us to go explore later. He also took some fun pictures of us. The starting and ending point for the tour was outside of the medina, which meant that we had a significant length of ride at the beginning and end of the tour. Bikes are not allowed to ride on the sidewalks, so we drove on the side of the road, and sometimes competed with the cars for space on the road. The guides were awesome at keeping us safe, and helped us negotiate the busy round-a-bouts safely. We had a couple of teenaged boys in our group who were not super experienced with driving and sharing the road, but the guides were very patient and kind. They made sure we all had bikes that fit us, and they were able to tweak a couple of adjustments along the way as well. The guides were so nice even though we were about 20 min late for our appointment. I would definitely recommend for anyone who wants a different perspective of the city, and for people who enjoy biking.

This was our favorite experience in our time in Morocco. Definitely need to feel comfortable about riding a bike, but it's much easier than it may seem when pressed into the tight confines of the medina. We were able to see and taste so much in a short amount of time and get great recommendations, wish we had booked it for our first day in town!

I am an avid foodie and an amateur cyclist, and this tour was a very satisfying combination of my two interests. If I had one criticism, it would be that I wish there had been more food stops, although every stop we did make was well curated. (If I remember correctly, we made 5 stops.) Our group was small enough to feel approachable and our guide was generous with his time -- we never felt in a rush. Our guide, Ismail B, went above and beyond to ensure that my partner and I were comfortable and satisfied during our experience. As an added bonus, he captured many photos of us during the tour that we will cherish for years to come. Ismail was extremely kind and patient. I would recommend this tour for the person who seeks to sample the kind of cuisine locals enjoy and also wants to experience the perspective on Merrakech that a cyclist gains.

We took the four hour tour of the city lead by MohammedG. The bikes were of a very good standard and MohammedG was an excellent guide - unlike many other bike and bite tours - food stops on this tour allowed us to feast on a wide range of typical Morocco’s food and drink. Between the food stops we tour the inner core of the city and were taken to a number of important locations in the city. I highly recommend the tour and the guide. I also suggest you don’t eat before tour as you will be well feed as you cycle around. A key point to note is the TripAdvisor directions to start point of the tour are wrong - contact Xstream sports and ask them to send you a text of the correct address.

Was picked up at our Ryad by our young guide, Younes, to take us to bike shop. Once geared up w helmet and good mountain bike, we took off to the old Medina. Squeezed through narrower and narrower streets filled w shops, casual roadside restaurant/stands. Saw kids coming out of schools; donkey carts blocking our paths; the royal palace protected by uniformed guards... We started w their typical breakfast: white bean soup with olive oil, then had fresh pomegranate and ginger juice (my choice—there is plenty to choose from) next to the monkey trainers and snake charmers, the. strong coffee (and bathroom stop) then a tagine and beef tangia feast. We finished with sticky sweets near the gate. He photographed us in the most acrobatic ways so we have good picture of ourselves biking in Marrakech! Great exercise, bit crazy but felt safe, and good intro to Moroccan food! Alexandra

We would highly recommend this tour! Our guide, Youness, was friendly and informative throughout our crazy bike ride through the narrow souks and the madly busy main roads around Marrakech. He made us feel safe and confident so you don't have to be a brilliant cyclist to do the tour. The food stops were very interesting, especially eating breakfast and lunch at outlets used predominantly by locals - the breakfast beans were delicious. And it's all flat - no hills!

Just brilliant, definitely worth going on this tour. The bikes were all in good condition & we had helmets fitted. Mohammed our guide took us riding around the city, stopping at local haunts for delicious local cuisine. We stopped 5-6 times to sample different foods & drinks. Mohammed explained the history of the city which was very interesting, he seemed to know half the city, waving & chatting to people we passed & was very friendly Cycling through the souks was mad, but fun. Some of the larger roads were a bit scary, dodging donkeys & carts, mopeds stacked with crates of eggs etc, but we followed Mohammed who was very confident & looked after us well. All in all a fantastic tour, highlight of our trip. Thank you Mohammed for a great experience.

What a great way to see Marrakech and eat some amazing food along the way. OK, let's get to the point -- the biking is very fun -- unlike any other bike tour we've been on. While it's not physically demanding, it helps to have some skills navigating the various markets and streets. It can get hectic at times -- very fun -- and other than cutting off a woman on a scooter (with proper scolding) there were no international incidents to report. Our guide, Said, was very helpful and knowledgable about the markets we visited. The meals were delicious and filling -- topped off with endless mint-flavored tea. The meals are from roadside establishments and seem to be carefully selected. We'll definitely do this again the next time we're in Marrakech.

Mohammed was the absolute best guide. Super kind and helpful. He made sure we felt completely safe in traffic and he was superkind with answering all our questions and giving us so much information. It's much more than an excellent food trip. We learned a lot about the history and culture of the city and we visited neighbourhoods we would otherwise miss.

We had a brilliant 4 hours of cycling, chatting and eating delicious food. We learned so much in the safe hands of Siad who was a superb tour guide. The bikes were straight handle road bikes with helmets. In great working order and all comfortable. Some of the bigger roads were intimidating but we followed Siad and were impressed with his confidence. The cycling in the Souk was more difficult but exciting. We had constant history and culture lessons which were wonderful. We had plenty food and drink where the locals go and really enjoyed covering lots of unusual areas and streets in a short time. We wanted to carry on all day !! Worth every penny and wonderful professional safe company. Easy to find just out of the centre of the city. A highlight of our trip. Thankyou guys !!

We had an amazing bike tour with our guide Mohammed L. to different culinarian spots in de medina of Marrakech. What we liked most is the fact of eating in places where the locals go to and not being on the typical touristic tracks. Also we got first hand information by a medina born guide, a lot of infornation about the medina itself and the people living there. Thank you Mohammed!

Friendly tour guides who did a very good job in showing us the interesting parts of the Medina. Unfortunately we were not lucky to find any culinary highlights. We booked for 8 and cancelled for 2 well in advance. Too bad that we did not receive a refund.

We took the food tour by bike with Mohammed in September of 2018. It was a winner. We slowly cycled through the streets of Marrakesh, stopping first at a local bakery to see how bread is made here. This was followed by a local breakfast, tastings of olives, a stop at a spice shop, lunch, juice (a fresh orange juice/ginger mix), a tasting of sardines, and then sweets. In between was lots of cycling through the Medina with fun commentary. We asked many questions about the city and Morocco and got honest and delightful answers. The tour was the highlight of our time in the city.

My friend and I had an amazing trip with Mohammed L. Riding a bike in the unruly, anarchistic Marrakech traffic has never been easier! We got to see a lot of the Medina (old town) and tried a variety of the best food Marrakech has to offer. We were blown away by everybody's hospitality and willingness to help - even with forgotten bags and severe burns. Shukraan for an experience that will never be forgotten - we're coming back!

I'll be brief - this is totally worth the time and money to do. I did mine with Mohammed L (Semo) and he took my wife and I to all the old haunts and was very flexible with the itinerary. We rode everywhere and anywhere we wanted, and he showed us a different picture of Marrakech. We met the owner of Argan Xtreme Sports who run the tour, and she was so friendly and welcomed us to her family. Sign up for it, traveling with a tour guide and without is very different in Marrakech, enjoy the trip!

We went around the city for a few hours and stopped three times to eat special foods and another at a pharmacy. Mohammed L seems to know everyone in the city and certainly knows his way down all these narrow pathways. We ate at a couple of places that were local, but very good and very popular with the local crowd. These were not expensive places, but perfect because they were so tasty and authentic. He filled us in on the knowledge of the city. There was no dropping us off anywhere to purchase anything except for at the spice market where we bought some things, I am not sure of the value there, but quality was good. The biking was fun, there is some adventure you feel when biking around the city and dodging everything around you.

Our guide Mohammed L took us through the city telling and showing us some of the history and religion (in the best English we heard so far). But most important he showed us some hidden local places where they served amazing food. We are happy we did this tour on our second day in Marrakesh since we now know some places where we will definitely go back to during the upcoming week. Joeri Landman
