It was hard to find the place. The instructions of meeting point could have specified the name of the place. No one picked up the phone for almost 40 minutes using the number provided in the confirmation. I missed the tour but later found the office and they said I can take a taxi to Zaanse Schans and continue the tour by meeting at tour bus 155 in the parking lot. We went to their specified location using a taxi, 40 minutes before they asked to go. We couldn't find the bus number provided. We were stressed and looking for the bus until their specified cutoff time. Then when we talked to another tour bus crew that just came and they introduced us to the tour bus which was already in the parking lot with a different number than what was specified to us that was already in the parking lot for more than 40 minutes and was about to leave. They need to provide more accurate information and the phone number on this website for contacting them should be updated.

God buss, flink guide. For travelt, for lite tid, spesielt i Volendam! Usikker på om "alt i ett" oppgraderingen var verdt de ekstra pengene. Alt i alt en fin tur, totalvurdering 4/5!

Excursion très bien et très complète Guides très sympathiques et compétentes

Very good value for money and plenty of time off the bus to enjoy the sights. The highlights were seeing the windmills up close in Zaanse Schans & the cheese tasting in Volendam.

I understand it's a public holiday. but at least block the reservations or notify those who have booked...we found ourselves on foot, with a day of travel wasted

All very beautiful. But it is not possible to choose the tour "with" the Italian language and have a guide who only speaks English and Spanish.

Thank you very much for the excursion! Everything was amazing. We were taken to places where we couldn’t go on our own, so this is a huge advantage. We were extremely pleased. Even bad weather did not become an obstacle or problem for us.

We started a bit late, felt a bit disorganized. Could not keep up with the guide at Zans Ze Shasnze. Information was not clear, rushed through

Terrible excursion, feeling of being immersed in an excursion in which they explain preparations to you so that you can then check out. The towns are very beautiful and worth the visit, but do it on your own. All the explanations are in English in the cities, the guides only speak on the bus and very little at the destination, so if you are interested in knowing how a mill works or how cheese or waffles are made, bring your C1 of English prepared. I don't recommend it at all.

Way too many people for a tour of this nature. Also no notification when signing up for that there were many stairs to climb and long distances over narrow paths to walk. As I am disabled this posed a problem.

It was not what I expected. The tour guide was not very personal. She was trying to deal with people with different languages and the amount of time she spent explaining in English was minimal. If I had known that it was 3 different language group I wouldn’t have chosen the trip. This trip was very disappointing and I would not recommend it.
