Really great day! Quyên was hilarious, knowledgeable and really personable. The bridge was stunning and the French village was wonderful! Would definitely go again when I come back to Vietnam!

All in all the trip was really good. The view and the experience up there were amazing. The only negative point was that I didn't thought that there are that many people.

Turtle our Tourguide made this Tour to a really nice experiance. He had always a smile on his lips and told us some funny Storys about the Marmorhills and Monkey Mountain.

Overall was a full on day on sight seeing. Marble mountain had lovely views and the more historical sights. Lunch was good- bland for local food but yummy. Ba Na Hills was over the top in its architecture & views. We both felt an afternoon there was enough as it was very busy. Pros of the tour- knowledgeable guides and safe drivers. Lots of water and gave options for people with mild mobility issues (ie- not into doing 200 limestone stairs up a hill). Cons- mercy of the large group. There was ALOT of waiting around and we were last to be dropped off- we left our hotel in Hoi An at 0800 and didn’t get back until 1900! Some people hadn’t paid so we had to wait for a credit card machine and the list went on and on. Recommend: maybe ask this company if they have smaller groups? Or tuck in for the full on day!

Fantastic trip. The company was extremely organized and provided an outstanding service. In the morning our guide to Marble Mountain, Quyen, was knowledgeable and gave us detailed information on the history of all the mountain’s uses from the marble industry to the religious history. The many pagodas were spectacular and the views were amazing. The afternoon tour with Turtle was also wonderful. Turtle was equally engaging and helped make the trip enjoyable and informative.

My family and I came to Vietnam as part of an intrepid tour and unfortunately their itinerary in Hoi A was very basic and did not visit marble mountain, bana hills, myson etc. We decided to break away from the group for a day and book a day tour. The reception of the hotel I was staying with were not the most helpful but they did have the brochure for simply vietnam travel there. I contacted Mr Huy on WhatsApp and booked with one days notice - less than 12 hours. Here is our quick summary: 1. Mr Huy (Turtle) was very responsive on WhatsApp and easy to book with. 2. Driver arrived right on time in a spotless clean and newish looking car that fit our four members and backpacks comfortably in the back. 3. We met Turtle and he was brilliant. Super friendly and informative. 4. Marble mountain was a great visit and he gave us plenty of interesting history as well as told us some funny stories. 5. As vegetarians we were worried about local lunch but were pleasantly surprised that they catered for a very nice lunch. Food was clean, well prepared and did not make us feel uneasy or worried about hygiene and we were feeling fine after. 6. Bana hills was an amazing visit - the bridge with hands (golden bridge) and surrounding area and cable cars were awesome. 7. My family said it has been the highlight of the trip so far - not bad for a last minute day trip! 8. He took plenty of photos for us whenever we wanted leaving us with great memories. 9. Never felt rushed at any time. My only feedback is that the marble factory stop over could be skipped - they had some nice things in shop but little overpriced and everywhere each family member walked there was one or two sales assistances about 15cm behind making it an uncomfortable experience. Out of tour operators control and did not affect our tour as we were in and out in 5 min but I would ask to skip it. It’s just a shop. Thanks again Turtle! Very smooth day and an excellent tour 👏🏼👏🏼

We enjoyed our tour thoroughly. We went to Marble mountain and Ba na Hills. Quyên (our tour guide) was very friendly and professional and speaks very good English. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful day we had with Mr Turtle. absolutely memorable! we were picked up from the hotel dot on time, and visited marble mountains and the ba na hills thereafter with a veg lunch in between. knowing that we were a veg family, Turtle took a special effort to take us to a fully veg restaurant. It was so wonderful having a conversation with Turtle with insights into the history and culture of the place. He was almost like our family member. I must mention the special liking my 4yr daughter took for Turtle. She is in his hands in all the pics and still remembers him post our return home. Would strongly recommend doing a tour with Simply Vietnam and Mr Turtle!

We absolutely had the best day! We started in the morning with the marble mountains, a great experience! The guide took us around the whole tour and gave us historical explanations and was very helpful with the path, making sure we minded the steps and the narrow spaces. After lunch, we met Thinh who was so lovely in accommodating our request to visit one of the local marble stores. We then headed to Ba Na Hills. Our time there was amazing. Thinh was the best guide. He explained everything and anything in the best way, was very friendly and took a lot of photos of us, making sure we had the best time. He really went above and beyond providing us a great service. We will miss him and hopefully see him again! Transfers were also perfect, the drivers were great and the van was comfortable enough! Thank you Thinh for being the best!!!

Chuyến du lịch Bà Nà Hill trong ngày rất tuyệt vời, Nhờ có sự trợ giúp của anh Bảo - Hướng dẫn viên đẹp trai và tốt bụng, nên chuyến đi càng thêm hoàn hảo hơn😍

La excursión nos encantó, tanto las montañas de mármol como las colinas de Ba Na. Primero visitamos la montaña del infierno y luego la del cielo, con explicaciones muy interesantes del significado de cada lugar/figura/representación. Seguidamente nos llevaron a una gran tienda donde poder comprar souvenirs de mármol. Posteriormente comer e ir a las colinas de Ba Na, donde hay un gran teleférico para llegar a lo alto de estas. Lo que mas nos impactó fue el Golden Bridge, un puente impresionante sostenido por dos grandes manos. Especial mención a Michael, nuestro guía, muy amable y muy alegre, nos explicaba con todo detalle el significado de cada cosa y nos respondía a cada pregunta que le hacíamos. Recomendable hacer el tour con el.

Excusión de día completo a Bana Hills y Marble Mountains: - Empezamos en Marble Mountains: nos recogieron a la hora exacta en el hotel, nuestro guía muy agradable y profesional - Comimos en una casita de unos vietnamitas, y acostumbrados a este tipo de tours por Asia, tengo que decir que fue muy buena, el lugar muy limpio y muy correcto - Bana Hills: aquí discrepo con muchas opiniones que hemos leído. Es cierto que no vimos NADA en el GOLDEN BRIDGE, ya que la niebla lo cubría todo, si bien me quedo con un gran sabor de boca con la subida y bajada en el cable car - de las más alucinantes de mi vida. ¿Podrían avisar? Si, pero nosotros íbamos sobre aviso porque sabíamos de este inconveniente... el parque abre sí o sí, entonces: ¿por qué no iba a haber subidas a la parte de arriba?. No es recomendable esta excursión (pero en ninguna agencia) en los meses malos (octubre a enero/febrero??), insisto: no subáis... es una perdida de tiempo/dinero; es una pena pero es lo que hay... - Al día siguiente contraté en este mismo sitio un conductor a HUE (3 horas ida y 3 horas vuelta) y muy bien. En la ida el conductor nos llevó por la carretera de la costa y nos paró en varios miradores muy chulos; en HUE visitamos la ciudad imperial, una pagoda y 2 tumbas. - También negocié el transporte al aeropuerto desde el hotel a un precio mucho mejor que en cualquiera de las agencias de Hoi An o incluso la de nuestro hotel (teniendo en cuenta que habíamos hecho 2 tours con él) El gerente de la agencia se ha portado genial conmigo, contactaba por wassap en todo momento con él y ojalá le hubiera conocido antes, porque hubiera hecho otras excursiones con ellos.
