The tour was amazing, so many iconic locations covered in just one trip! Waterfall, Mt Bromo, Mt Ijen, amazing! Our tour guide/ driver (Ya Yak) was super friendly and spoke great english too! He really accomodated our requests as much as possible and was clear in all his instructions to us on timing to meet, how's the day going to be like, setting expectations for us and taking care of us super well (including one of our friend's that fell sick during the trip) ! All our guides - Bromo (Fendi) and Ijen (Paul) were great as well! Very cheerful and keeping time for us, taking photos and memories for all of us. Was a great trip definitely! Highly recommend this trip and all the personnel on this trip that made it happen! Thanks so much!

Had an amazing adventure in Surabaya with a group of friends and a great time with our driver-guide Yayak. He was friendly, showed us great hospitality, took great care of us and went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and made the trip enjoyable. The trip was smoothly executed with clear communication throughout the journey. Despite the long driving, Yayak never fails to put on a smile. One of our frds fell sick unfortunately, however Yayak made sure she was well taken care of during the trip. The local guides at Bromo (Fendi) and Ijen (Paul) also did a fantastic job. They know the spots for the best views and took great pics for us. Will highly recommend this trip!

I'd like to give the local tour guides and especially our driver, Mr Kechengk, the biggest and warmest thank you for the tour experience! Never for once, they stopped sharing their knowledge of the places we visited. Not only that, they were accommodating, friendly, and all around the chillest people we ever met. Both my relative and I did enjoy the wonderful time during the tour and all our needs during the long road trips were well taken care of!

The tour company is very professional throughout. All information is transparent and as per discussed at the beginning. We had a great time with our guide Erick who was extremely kind and considerate, with details such as lowering the car seats while we went hiking in anticipation that we'd need to nap upon return! Our family enjoyed this tour very much and felt safe and cared for. Our 9 y/o son especially enjoyed the horse ride at Bromo and the challenging hike at Ijen - a cool and unusual experience he can brag about later. We reached layar resto in Surabaya, Indonesia where our guide, kecheng and my driver dodik, was waiting to welcome us. We had an amazing trip with our fantastic driver Yayak. We travelled around Bromo, Ijen and waterfalls. View was breathtaking. Yayak helps us to find perfect places for watching milky way and sun rise at Bromo. We luckily saw the Ijen blue fire as well. And we had so much fun swimming in the grand waterfall. Really hope to be here again.

the guide is really warm-hearted and considerate. He arranged everything and what we need to do is just to enjoy the trip. Bromo and Ijen volcano is excellent, but it is also tiring to climb up and down. remember to bring your climbing boots, they will help you a lot. in general, this is an amazing journey.

Picked up from the airport by our guides, Rama(guide) and Dennis(driver). Their service was impeccable. Very sincere and helpful. After the first day's lunch, which was a rather touristy spot, we asked them to recommend us places that locals eat, as we wanted to try the true local cuisine. We were not disappointed. They brought us to many wonderful food spots, that you probably would not find on TripAdvisor. If you are booking a tour for bromo, ask for Rama!

I had a really good time on the 4D3N Bromo & Ijen tour. I'm travelling solo, so it was great to have everything organised on my behalf- especially transport. My driver was Erick and he was extremely friendly, a safe driver, and did not complain at all, despite having to drive a lot and at different times of day/night. All of the locals and guides were always friendly and I felt welcome wherever I went. Bromo & Ijen are both incredible areas and I opted for the Milky Way tour: do not underestimate how cold these areas get at night! Definitely bring a warm coat (I did not...). Because the night is long and the wind will eventually get through to you. The Bromo viewing area did get extremely busy, which was unfortunate, but the views are amazing regardless, you just have to be a little aggressive if you want to have a good view for your sunrise photos. (Depends how much you care to) Ijen was busy too but is a very large area, so you can spread out easily. The Blue Fire at Ijen has been closed since January, due to safety concerns, so I would say do not expect it to be open unless you hear otherwise. The accommodations were also comfortable and served their purpose (homestays). Overall, a smooth and great trip, with big thanks to Erick!

Just finished a 4D3N tour to Madakaripura waterfall, Bromo and Ijen. It was a great tour. Contact by WhatsApp worked perfectly. Many suggestions what to do in the Banyuwangi area on Day 3 were provided. The tour guide Ms Arin did a great job and did the guiding in German. The driver Mr Denys drove very safely and I always felt in good hands. Needless to say that Bromo and Ijen are stunning and definitely worth the trip.

We took the 4D3N Bromo, Ijen and Tumpak Sewu package and had a really memorable trip. The local guides were all very friendly and helpful plus the landscapes are just amazing. It was an unforgettable experience, I highly recommend! ❤️

We went as two families with teenage children and it was a great time spent. Appreciation to Sherry and Agung for making the arrangements for us. Special thanks to Hamim and Keceng, our guide and driver, for making our trip a really wonderful one. Hamim was able to customize the tour to some of our specifications (eg where we would like to eat, how much time we'd like to spend on certain parts of the tour). Keceng took us to every destination in a safe and very comfortable manner. Despite winding mountain roads, we never felt car-sick. They were patient and set the pace of the tour comfortably for us. We were constantly reminded not to be in a hurry, to just enjoy every part of the tour. This is necessary as there were parts of the journey that were tight on time. Yet, the reminder helped us to manage our personal pace and we worked things out well throughout the 4 days and 3 nights. The local guides (Yanto, Nuk, Lucky and Nasir) that were engaged to be with us for the Tumpak Sewu waterfall and the Mount Ijen hike were nothing short of professional. Our safety was their highest priority and they patiently took each of us down the more difficult portions, never getting frustrated if we needed more time to catch our breaths or to navigate certain terrain. As a result, we could freely be ourselves (including our fitness levels) and the experience was simply a wonderful one. We highly recommend going with Tour Mount Bromo and the guides they have attached to us.

Amazing experience, highly recommend! Day 1, we started off going to Madakaripura Waterfall and spent a fantastic day walking around the waterfalls. We traveled by van but took an awesome motorbike ride to the short walk. Make sure to bring a poncho and secure shoes to walk in that are waterproof. Stayed at Atria which was a decent stay. Day 2 we woke up very early to visit Tumpak Sewu Waterfall which was absolutely magnificent! We were greeted by a beautiful rainbow hovering by the falls. Highly recommend wearing clothing that can get completely soaked and a plastic bag for your phone. This hike was really fun but requires good water shoes or hiking shoes that can get soaked. We also checked out the caves! Stayed at bromo hotel which was not the best but we only stayed for 3 hrs. Day 3 woke up again very early to see mount bromo. It was very cold so bring lots of warm layers, we ended up buying the toques they offered which were quite warm and great souvenir! The view was pretty cloudy but the sunrise above the clouds was still awesome! We took a jeep to the sea of sand and rode some horses to the crater of the volcano. Stayed at el hotel royale which was definitely the best hotel! Day 4 went to see Ijen and it was a very dark hike and quite difficult to see in the dark. We had to wear gas masks as the sulphur burns. Not our most favourite part of the trip but the hike coming down the other side was magneficient seeing the green lush mountains. Overall an amazing trip and so glad we took it! Sherry the coordinator was super helpful throughout the process. All our guides across the activities were really helpful and so wonderful to connect with. Thank you again to Yayak our driver for making this trip so special! He introduced us to so many Indonesia snacks and food and transported us safely every day! Thank you for your jokes and we will miss you dearly!

Local tour guide Rama was great and everything scheduled was satisfactory overall. However, should you be looking for a Milky Way tour just like I did, do not go in October. Only go in June / July. I went over on recommendation from Tour Mount Bromo Singapore that October is not a rainy season, however, it turned out that it was raining & the fog was so thick that seeing the Milky Way was impossible, so the money paid for the tour was wasted as we stayed in the hotel instead and didn’t even go up the mountains. Photographing Mount Bromo / seeing the sunrise was impossible too as from king kong hill, everything was shrouded in fog. I just wished that Tour Mount Bromo could have better advised us. 4 points because of the lovely local tour guide.
