He would not take a picture of us with the tree behind us. So we have a picture he took with the carriage cut off when we first got there and I just thought that was so inconsiderate. Why not take a photo of us near the tree. The other horse carriage driver did of their customer. So I felt sad and like I should have gotten a different driver

We really enjoyed our Christmas lights horse carriage ride. And yes it was really magical. Being on the 5th avenue on a carriage was so cool and felt so different. We loved the experience.

We did this tour with my husband and my kids and we loved it. Park wasn’t lighted up but watching the city lights from park was so relaxing and it reminded me so many movies. And the city part was unbelievable. My kids were so excited during the tour our driver was so good at his job. We will definitely do this again.

This ride was absolutely incredible. I felt like Cinderella. Our driver was so funny and knowledgeable. He was definitely a professional. Made sure we knew where to meet and provide us nice cozy blankets. We really enjoyed the occasion and highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our tour. It’s my second time booking with same company and with both of them I felt really special. We were looking forward to do this Christmas lights event and we truly enjoyed every single moment. Our drive even dropped us off to our hotel which was exactly cool. Our guide was Mail he was great , personable and very polite. Unfortunately where we had to board the carriage was an extreme stressful experience , due to the area and street people begging constantly for over 30 minutes. Needs a better location or security in this area . Mail was great highly recommended

We can’t think of a better Christmas experience then this one. Our driver was knowledgeable, kind and cooperative. He reached out to us in advance, met us right on time and pointed out many interesting spots in the park and the city. The Christmas lights was spectacular!! Traditional horse carriage ride experience in New York City. Don’t miss it.

The carriage ride was amazing and the lights were beautiful! Definitely a must do attraction in NYC. Our driver was extremely nice and went out of his way to make our experience memorable.

We had a beautiful ride with Ahmet and BlackStar and saw NYC's amazing Christmas lights including the tree at Rockefeller Center and light show at Saks. However, you should know that you can walk up on a week night and get a ride for about $150 cheaper than we did by booking ahead.

We had high expectations but it didn’t deliver for us. You can get a ride around Central Park for $65 for 20 mins for a group then an additional $25 per ten mins. So for a 40 minute ride on the street would cost you $115 (a third of this trip). There are no lights in Central Park so I’m not sure how you can advertise that this magical carriage can drive you through them. You go down 5th avenue amongst all the traffic, seeing all the lights you will see most nights of your trip then down some back streets.

Do not take this trip. We spent $375 to take a carriage ride around 10 blocks in New York City. All we saw were Rockefeller Plaza the Christmas tree and a lot of cars and taxis in the street. The trip was supposed to be a light show around New York City after 30 minutes. Ill driver said it’s probably better if we drop you off at your hotel instead of going to Central Park because it’s getting late. This was a Christmas carriage ride for my wife’s birthday. The atmosphere, evening and sights were terrific. My driver Honor was excellent throughout the entire trip.
