Playa Blanca/Magical tour is a must! The tour guides Gabriel and Jose were super friendly. The drive gives you a glimpse into the non tourist areas which I can appreciate. The beach club was nice and the staff attentive without being overbearing. The short ride through the mangrove is worth the somewhat chaotic ride to the snorkeling area. The guides were great, however I was thrown into the front part of boat that was beyond capacity (no actual seats left) and offered no life jacket. Even with the minor inconveniences, I would recommend this tour if you are looking to explore the area and be one with nature.

Boat ride, swimming and snorkeling aspects of the trip were great. I'm notca comoetent swimmer and the use of a life jacjet was great. Mangrove experience was very poor. Went a 100m into a channel where there are some local raccoons that are used to being fed from the boat. The Mambo Club was very. Food was good bathrooms were spotless and the staff very helpful and friendly. The Nexxt guide added little or nothing to the trip

Guide was amazing, I had a great time. Amazing views in each stop. Snorkeling was very fun as we got to see all the fishes.

The tour was great, the people attentive, and you could tell they really love what they do. The lunch was very good, as well! Highly recommended!

Worst excursion I have ever taken. Almost like torture sitting in the dugout canoes. Nothing interesting to see. I couldn’t wait for this nightmare to be over. My leg and back muscles were so stress trying to maintain balance in the wobbly canoe. I grew up in South Florida and saw lots of mangroves. I thought this might be special because of the birds, but it wasn’t interesting at all.

It was an amazing experience! Very long day but you get to snorkel & swim with the plankton at night - spent the day at a beach all day with amazing food. Highly recommend! Also there is a puppy named Teresita and she was a light to our day! She was so soft and playful and such a bright soul to spend the day with as well as the staff! They were all so helpful!

Skip this "tour" 1.5 hrs late for pick up. I booked the beach, snorkeling and mangroves. Very unorganized. Bombarded with agressive people selling things from the moment we sat in our beach lounger. Snorkeling was a joke and very hectic. Mangroves was also a joke. One of the boat men handed out a banana for the animal (never found put what it was) to eat and demand a picture as we fed them. I have no copy of said picture. There was no communication and no one spoke enough English to tell us anything. Not worth the $$ skip this excursion.

I loved the tour of Isla de Baru, the guides are very friendly, always with a lot of love, delicious healthy food, respecting all the recommended biosafety protocols

Der Beach Club war super, fantastische Cocktails und echt leckeres Essen. Leider war die Mangroven Bootsfahrt wirklich nur ein kurzer Abstecher von ein paar Minuten, da hätten wir uns mehr gewünscht. Die Abholung hätte sich über eine halbe Stunde verspätet, die verlorene Zeit wurde auch nicht am Ende angehängt. Der Aufbruch war dann sehr hektisch, die Reiseleiterin ungeduldig und unflexibel. Dennoch mit Abstrichen ein toller Tag.

Die Abholung am Hotel hat hervorragend geklappt, die erste Tour (Mangroven, Schnorcheln) war höchsten in Ordnung, wobei sehr nette einheimische Touristen die Fahrt wirklich gerettet haben. Anschließen verbringt man 5-6Stunden in dem BeachClub, in welchen man überteuerte Getränke/Essen kaufen darf, um die Zeit zu überbrücken bis die PlanktonTour startet. Die Plankton Tour war ein völliger Reinfall, ein völlig überfülltes Boot und den leuchten Plankton konnte man auch nicht wirklich wahrnehmen. Alles in allem würde ich die Tour nicht empfehlen und Rate definitiv davon ab.
