The boats and lake were a surprise. An outstanding tour. The entire family had a great time. You would never get to see so much any other way, in the time.

My family and I (ranging in ages from 52 to 78) did a 1.5 hour segway tour around the park. It was incredibly green and beautiful in May. The Rose Garden, Glass Castle and Oldest Tree in Madrid were our favorites. Jocelyn was a great guide. She is sweet, patient and gives clear instructions. If you want more time in the park book 2 hours it goes by pretty fast. Highly recommend this tour.

We only went through the park for two hours (our choice) and it was great. Ronan was a great guide and cool to be with for two hours!

The Segway tour was very fun. We saw all the Retiro Park Highlights in about an hour, and since we had been in Madrid for several days had already seen some of the other places Aiton wanted to show us. So instead he took us through some neighborhoods we had not seen and down to a lovely ride along the park next to the river.

My 13-year old son and I had a terrific time tour with Ronan today. It was my son’s first Segway tour ever and he thoroughly enjoyed it. We had already seen quite a lot of the city, so it was a nice, refreshing break to be in the Retiro Park. It’s a perfect place for Segways. Ronan explained everything super well. It was a great experience all around.

We just finished our private Segway tour through El Retiro Park and it was really amazing. Ronan was patient with our girls (11 and 12) which were a little nervous at the beginning. The park is beautiful and the segway experience was really fun for all of us. We got to see many parts that probably would not have done otherwise and the whole experience was great. So good that kids only want to do Segway tours from now on .. thank you Ronan and team. Really recommend this company. A+

This park is an amazing oasis in the heart of this beautiful city. It is huge with a boating pond with a marvellous monument at the centre. We visited on a sunny Sunday the day started cold then up to 16 degrees. The place attracts all ages. Full families, people walking dogs on leads of course. Children on bikes scooters, families can hire bikes etc. People playing instruments. Balloon tieing, juggling, artists. Cafes. Ice cream. This huge beautiful park had such a superb atmosphere, great place to People watch. Well worth the visit

Going around with the Segway was easy and enjoyable. We saw in 1.5 hours the main highlights of the city and it gave us a much better view of what to see where. Our guide Suzon was great!
