The team was amazing about every detail regarding the whole tour. A tour guide contact reached our hotel the previous night, handed us the whole itinerary including the tickets for all transportation. She also got us a cute pair of hand stitched dolls as a token of our trust in them. The whole events for the following day were laid out in detail to us. The next day across different locations starting from the hotel pick up, train drop off to Machu pichu bus everyone from the tour company greeted us exactly at the right times and locations as explained to us. Luis - was really sweet and showed us around the Machu pichu pueblo during the time we were waiting for the bus to the top. Overall, we had such a great experience - greeting such warm, kind and helpful people that made the whole trip worthwhile. Very nice and private expereicne. Carlos is a very remarkable and knowledgable tour guide with so much of knowledge on Inca civilization and Andean history. Everything was erfect just as mentioned in the itinerary while booking the tour with no surprises. The price was good and we had much of a personal attention.

First I just want to say that this was a very well organized tour. I had my bus, train and Machu Picchu tickets delivered to me at my hotel the day before the trip. I was given very specific instructions on how to take the train and bus to Machu Picchu. Yovana, a representative from the agency, was even there at Machu picchu town ready to greet me and make sure I boarded the bus. Yovana was very helpful and even gave me advice on where to sit on the bus to see the best view on the way up to Machu Picchu. Yovana was also in communication with me to make sure I got to the entrance and found the guide. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. In addition to his knowledge of the Incas, he knew where to take the best photos with Huayna Picchu in the background. He made sure that the tour was interactive and fun. At the end of the day I had a driver waiting to take me back to my hotel. At no point was there a lack of communication from the moment I was picked to when I was dropped off. I was very satisfied with this tour and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a Machu Picchu day trip.

It was a great experience, our tour guide Luis Ángel Flores was very professional. 2 days before the tour, he called me to gave me some extra details and check if I had some questions. Tour was very completed and full of interesting information.

From the moment they picked us up to the moment we returned back to our hotels everything was punctual. My group and I had an amazing experience., the night before they communicated a time to meet and explained the procedure of the following day. On the day of a driver was sent to our hotel and picked as up punctually. We arrived at the train station with time to spare and were able to see the sunrise through the countryside. Once we exited the train we were able to quickly find our guide Milagros. She gave us an amazing tour!! Was extremely informative and answer all our questions! She even took pictures of us at the highest point and recommended an amazing place to eat after the tour by the riverside. On the way back to our hotel our driver gave us a call and told us exactly where he was and what to look for just so we don’t get lost. Would recommend this trip to anyone
