The team was absolutely AMAZING! From prior to arrival to our first initial contact with Luis greeting us at the airport to our wonderful driver Alberto making the ride so fun! We were celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and everyone made her over to feel like a queen. The limo was immaculate and had so many features we loved! Also the team via chat was excellent and answered all my 101 questions so thorough and patiently. I would definitely use this service again and recommend to everyone I know!

Alberto Gomez was our driver and he was great! Very friendly, met us right outside Cancun airport, took out luggag and then handed us nice cool towels. The limo was amazing (water, beer, wine, snacks, espresso machine, wifi, massaging chair, temperature control from the back ). Anyone looking for car service should always use STP Caribe and ask for Albert Gomez if he is available!

STP was waiting at the airport for us and made the drive to the resort so relaxing! They had upgraded our ride and had snacks and beverages available. Our driver Moises Basilii was so accommodating and welcoming. Highly recommend this company and this driver for luxury airport transfers!

This is very professional company. They tracked my flight and were waiting for me right outside the airport terminal. The transportation was first class as was the professionalism of the driver. I was so impressed I have used their service repeatedly now.

Our ride from the airport to our hotel was great! Igor was a very pleasant driver. He gave us some good information about the area and was very kind. We had no wait time after our long flight to get to our ride. When we got to our ride we were given cool towels to use- which was awesome after our flight! We were also offered refreshments on our ride and had great conversation! Ride was smooth, car was clean and well kept. Overall a good experience. You won’t regret it!

After leaving the airport, we were located by the STP guide who directed us to the limousine. The ride was pleasant and the interior was spacious for the two of us. Moisés drove at a comfortable speed allowing us to enjoy the onboard coffee and snacks. We had a 1.5 hour transfer to our hotel.

Bolly was my driver from Cancun airport to tulum and he made the long drive so much fun!! He was easy to talk to and gave me so many recommendations. I was really tired from an early flight but I had so much energy as soon as I got into the car because Bolly had great energy. The whole process from getting off the plane to getting in the car was so simple, they even waited when I went to get a margarita at the airport. Bolly gave me water, beers, and a phone charger. I was definitely nervous traveling alone but I felt so comfortable in this ride. I would highly recommend!
