When landing, he instantly messaged me to show me where he was going to be waiting for me and then he introduced me to the new Maybach truck! It was the luxury SUV I loved it sooooo much I didn’t want to get out! The vehicle was very clean and he drove me to my destination with care. He played some of my favorite songs during the ride and showed around the area of my destination. He also offered snacks and drinks during the ride. He played a birthday song for me because I told him it was my birthday and he also stopped for a bathroom break. He is such a friendly, funny, and polite man. I’m definitely booking again with him soon. When you book ask for Mr Gomez you won’t be disappointed!

I loved how professional and nice both drivers were to and from the airport. Felt exactly how I wanted to feel. Like a boss lol Edgar had flowers and wine waiting for me at the airport as a surprise for my wife for our anniversary and her birthday. Everything was great and Edgar made sure to make it a memorable moment from the airport to the resort. Definitely booking with them again.

We had such a fun time. Igor was the best driver we could've asked for! Fun and playful, gave us all of the tourism info as we drove, have recs, had drinks and amenities ready in the car. He made the experience great and really did his best to make us comfortable and happy. Highly recommend him!

I rated the service a 4 mainly because I ordered a Mercedes Benz minivan yet was picked up in a Lincoln SUV. Please make sure that when a customer orders and pays for a service that you follow through on what’s ordered and at least give a heads up regarding the lack of inventory.. Nonetheless my driver Alfredo was awesome and courteous.

Omg we had the most amazing experience with our airport transfer with BOLLY. From Carolina taking us to the car to BOLLY greeting us at the SUV, he gave us hand sanitizer when we arrived to the vehicle and a cold towel to cool down! He was absolutely fantastic the whole trip to our resort, he made us feel comfortable, he was fun, he told us about the wifi and drinks. He was amazing amazing. EXCELLENT EXCELLENT SERVICE!
