Had a great time boat ride was good. The bar gave us plenty of Tequila and mixed drinks. The tour guide did a great job. Had a lot of time to explore and shop on island. Definitely will do it again.

We took this tour not really sure what to expect as it was recommended to us by our TUI rep. After being picked up from our hotel and dropped off at the Cancun Adventures port, upon arrivial it was very well organised as they had many trips all leaving at similar times, we were escorted to the guide for our trip who was CARLOS. Speaking of Carlos - what an incredible job he does (and has) jumping between languages with ease to keep all the different nationals informed the whole time. I had always wanted to go snorkling and the experince he gave us as he guided us around various areas was amazing (see pictures). He kept in constant contact with everyone taking part in a patient and friendly manner. The food boxes they provided were very nice and quite filling, plus they were all very attentive so the drinks were always available. Final shout out to the photographer (so sorry we forgot her name) - she did an amazing job both following us under water and getting some brilliant shots with her go pro and on board, she has helped us to never forget an incredible day. We found the island of Isla Mujeres a little disappointing, The island itself is very beutiful and the beaches and water were stunning, just the constant harrassment from the shop and street vendors was just too much and made us not want to spend any money. Of course this isn't a comment on Cancun Adventures more a heads up if you go there. We found personally we would have rathered longer on the boat and only an hour or so on the island rather than the 2 and half hours we actually had. Overall this was a professional service carried out by some very capable and enthusiastic professionals.

The snorkeling was fun. Had less than 2 hours on the island - not enough time to explore and see the island. Wish we would had taken the ferry instead to have more time.

Booked this trip, 2 couples. Picked up at hotel I Playa Del Carmen, van ride of at least 90 minutes back up to Cancun. Boat was a lot smaller than other catamaran trips/excursions we have done in Hawaii and the Caribbean. Not a lot of room to move around on it. Quick snorkeling stop, ok for beginners and you have to wear a buoyancy vest which negates diving down. Quick swim stop at Playa del Norte and then onto the island. Lots of touristy and souvenir shops which was fine. Rented a golf cart for 1 hour which was fun. Crew on the catamaran were excellent and very helpful, also spoke excellent English. Complimentary drinks were nice, lunch was OK. Sadly then another 90 minute ride from Cancun back to Playa Del Carmen. Van driver was very nice and a great driver. Note to Tour Operator: This would be a wonderful day trip on a bigger catamaran if it sailed in and out of Playa Del Carmen.

We had an amazing experience on our excursion yesterday!! The service and food were topnotch! The Catamaran is very clean and in great shape. I have no complaints. We were very impressed and had a great time!

Angel Franco was absolutely amazing! He took the time to take me snorkeling at the Secret Beach Playa Secreto during our free time and I got the chance to see lots of fish, a stingray and much, much more! He was extremely attentive and made sure that we were all safe and enjoyed our day! Thank you SO much for making our experience one to remember.

The entire event was seamless. It was fun, the staffs were friendly and helpful! We had enough time to visit Isla Mujeres. The snorkeling was also a nice touch. I recommend this activity!

We had the best time the crew was awesome Antonio was the main gentleman that took care of us, the whole crew was great very friendly we took a catamaran to Isla Muejerus a lot of people got off to snorkel but we stayed on and took pictures and soaked it all in ,the drinks and they lunch were really good , we had about 3 and half hours to explore. We got a golf cart and rode around and shopped everyone was so friendly and helpful we loved every minute of Our girls trip! On the way back we had tequila shots to end a great day I highly recommend this excursion. Would do it again in a heartbeat

A few weeks ago we took the catamaran tour to Isla Mujeres with tour guide Mike or Miguel. Everything was good until we got to the island. The service was good and my husband enjoyed the snorkeling. At the island, we were on the beach near where the catamaran docked and noticed that Mike and another short man wearing a Cancun Adventure uniform were fishing off the pier. I thought it was strange and unprofessional that they would do that while they were working. When they started catching and not throwing back tiny fish, my daughter started to get very upset. She knew the fish were dying and started crying. We had to leave the area so she couldn't see what was happening anymore. It kind of ruined the rest of our time on the island. I didn't say anything to him when we got back on the boat because by then my daughter had calmed down and I don't know what the employees are allowed to do while on the island. But I thought I'd mention it here. If fishing is allowed, I don't think it should be allowed right on the dock where people are constantly coming and going and perhaps catch and release should be encouraged. I've been on various catamaran trips to Isla Mujeres over the years and I've never seen something like that happen. I tried Cancun Adventures this time because it was more family friendly and not as long as some of the other tours.

Angel Franco and his team were amazing! Served us consistently, remembered orders and we were fed and welcome with so much love and excitement. They were kind and diligent. I highly recommend this experience with this team!

The whole trip was so memorable with the crew we had, highly recommend it, food was amazing and snorkeling was so fun! loved getting to see the island also!!

Angel Franco is a wonderful guide and it was a beautiful day for an outing. We relaxed at the “secret” beach and chilled on the couches.

Excellent. Fantastic trip highly recommend. Highly recommend and would do again. Customer service was exceptional and the crew was great. Never without a drink and without a laugh. Recommended to pack light as you are dropped on the Isle and left to roam for 2-3 hours and must take all personal items with. But the water and the snorkeling and the sights are amazing. Would bring some dollars or pesos to haggle and work deals wiht local vendors on the island. $5 dock fee per person in cash and $40 for photos taken during the trip. Highly recommend.

Being in the water . Was fun being in the ocean with friends . The guys made it very fun for us and enjoyable .

I went with a group of friends and we have an excellent time! Arturo and the crew made the excursion very fun and they were all incredibly accommodating. I felt very safe from the moment we left the hotel. Would 100% do again.

Crew and boat were great! Always checking on us and making sure we had drinks. Snorkeling site was not that good but can’t put that on them. Isla Mujeres was nice. Definitely recommend renting the golf cart to see the island even if it’s for an hour or two.
