It was amazing to go down the Nile and see all the temples and the Valley of Kings. We were four people with our own guide, Mohammad. He was a fantastic guide, knowledgeable, humoristic and friendly. He made our trip! However, we were very disappointed when we ended up with the old boat Campillion in stead of Ms Nile Paradis Cruise as we were told in advance. Campillion was an old and much smaller boat, and the toilette facilities was in disorder. On the other hand the crew on the boat was kind and service minded.

Right from being collected by our guide from the hotel in Aswan to departing in Luxor, it was a 5 star expirience. Our vessel the Amwaj Livingstone was fantastic, the public areas were luxurious and the rooms were great. The food was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough for you. One small criticism the wifi was poor. Our tours were via our own personal transport and our guide Seyed was brilliant, we could not have expected more. Our knowledge of ainciant Egypt was limited at the start of the tour but Sayed changed that and pitched his information at a level that kept our intrest, but didn't become over informative. We did book extra tours, the Nubian village and the hot air ballon, both were good but the hot air ballon was an experience im glad i didn't miss. The whole expirience was made by seyed and the vessel. I can highly recommend this tour.

We spent 7 nights in Egypt, and thanks to Mohamed Mustapha and his team of tour guides at Egypt Unlimited Tours, we were had a wonderful time and was able to see and experience a lot in a short time! Mohamed helped me and my teenage son customerize our itinerary and then executed the plan flawlessly. It began with meeting us at the airport, picking us at various hotels and at nile river cruise stops on agreed upon times, and showing us around. The tour guides were just wonderful - friendly, prompt, well educated and informed to explain the significance of each site. As an Enginner and history buff I had many questions, all of which were answered to my complete satisfaction. I felt the team's utmost priority was to give us a memorable experience, and they most certainly did!

The company’s team is a “well oiled machine”. Every aspect of our trip was handled with professionalism and forethought. From pick up and drop off at airports, to checking us into hotels, to escorting us to and from sites, to getting us settled on our Nile cruise… we were always covered by the Egypt Unlimited Team. The Egyptologists that were provided to us throughout our trip were not only knowledgeable but caring. They looked after us and made sure our needs were always met and they were also very flexible - ensuring that the trip would be the adventure of our dreams. The Nile Cruise suggested by Egypt Unlimited was also excellent- high end accommodations, top notch service and food. I would HIGHLY recommend Egypt Unlimited. They will make sure you have an amazing adventure in beautiful Egypt!

We booked our trip with Mr. Mohammed, owner of Egypt Unlimited. We went for 10 days in mid November. He so aptly named his business because it was indeed "Egypt Unlimited". From the start, we were met with his personnel even before we approached immigration and they were with us all the way till we were back at immigration 10 days later. Our private tour guide Mr. Mohammed Badawy is also an Egyptologist!! He was brimming with knowledge that he imparted before, after and during all our site visits. He treated us like family. He himself is a family man. Mr. Badawy is a former archaeologist who's worked with internationally prominent people in the field who loves his nation's great heritage. We connected at a personal level and he took care of my boys like they were his nephews. We never knew any hardship, he accomodated all our needs and gave us plenty of choices though we were always happy going with his recommendations. He knew how to navigate some sticky situation with tourist police without ruffling any feathers. He was so well connected and knew exactly when we needed to go on the balloon ride, when to enter the temples, when to snap the pictures,....always trust the local man! He even rescued us from the occasional hustle.. LOL! Egypt Unlimited is very organized and way better than some of those pricey international tour companies.

We booked our 3 night Nile river cruise with Egypt Unlimited Tours and were not disappointed. Mohamed Mustafa, the owner of the business, got in touch via email within hours of sending in a query. He sent us a detailed itinerary and were picked up by our guide, Amro upon arrival at Luxor airport, and everything went well thereafter. The ship, St George was amazing and the entire crew was excellent and pleasant during the entire trip. Amro was a knowledgeable guide and spoke excellent English. Mustafa was super kind and excellent to work with. We ran into internet issues on the boat and he immediately arranged for a pre paid router for us for the entire trip. He also made it a point to see us off on our last day leaving Aswan at the airport. He was an absolute pleasure to work with and always available via WhatsApp if there were any concerns/questions. I highly recommend booking your Nile river experience through this company for a worry-free experience. Thank you Mustafa for wonderful experience 🙏🏼

Great experience. We did the cruise from Luxor to Aswan - 5 days & 4 nights & it was great. We visited Luxor & plenty of sites on the way (Edfu, Komombo, Aswan). The guide was very knowledgable & helpful, organization very good. The ship (Regency) was high class and everything was very good - service, cabin & food. The company, which organized it Egypt Unlimited Tour was very good - Mohamed is great guy, who will really take care of you. Highly recommend it.

I had an amazing experience with Egypt Unlimited Tours! Although the original itinerary was not available due to lack of demand, Mohammed promptly contacted me and arranged everything I needed to take the 3-night tour the opposite way (from Luxor to Aswan), including the train tickets from Aswan to Luxor (2x) and private transportation in between. He also upgraded our tour for a private tour for free and constantly asked if everything was fine and made us feel as if we were home. Ahmed, the tour guide, is very knowledgeable of ancient Egypt history and culture, kind & helpful and is always ready to answer whatever question you shoot at him. He provided anything we asked for, including additional stops to buy food and drinks for the cruise and additional mobile internet package. He also helped us in avoid harassment from local drivers and souvenirs sellers and told us the expected amount of tips we should give to the drivers and cruise staff. The private tour is worth it as it allows you to move at our own pace and benefit from the sites before all the crowds arrive. We really appreciated his efforts to make me feel comfortable and taken care of. We had an amazing experience with Mohammed, Ahmed and all the staff from Egypt Unlimited Tours and are eager to reccomend them to any fellow tourist in Egypt.

On Day One, we were met by Islam (from Egypt Unlimited Tours) at Aswan Train Station (after a fourteen-hour overnight journey on 'Train86' from Ramses Train Station in Cairo) and then introduced to Mohammed Badawy. Mohammed was to be our tour guide for the next four days. Our cases were collected and taken to the ship, and that freed us up to go sightseeing with Mohammed. In the morning, Mohammed took us to the Isle of Philae, Aswan High Dam, and the Unfinished Obelisk. We were done by mid-afternoon, and that allowed us to relax and get acclimatised to being on the ship. Later that evening, Mohammed arranged for us to go on a felucca ride on the Nile around Aswan. That was fantastic, and it capped what had already been a wonderful day. On Day Two, after breakfast, Mohammed took us to the Aswan Botanical Garden on Kitchener Island and then on to a Nubian Village. Mohammed took us to a house where we learned more about the Nubian way of life, and while we were there, we had the chance to sample some food, and we were introduced to a baby crocodile. The ship sailed down the Nile for three hours until we reached Kom Ombo. We visited the Temple dedicated to Sobek-Ra at 17:00, and it was lit up beautifully. Mohammed, as usual, gave us some interesting facts. On Day Three, the ship sailed down the river overnight, and at 05:30, we met Mohammed for our visit to the Temple Of Horus at Edfu. There's a lot to see here, but there was so little time. The ship was sailing to Luxor later in the day (via the locks at Esna), and it was only a small window of opportunity to see it. However, we saved time by being met at the ship by a horse and trap and taken straight to the temple. We also beat the majority of tourists by going at this time in the morning. At around lunchtime, the ship reached Esna. These are two locks side by side between Edfu and Luxor, and they swap in and out to let the ships drop down to the slightly lower water level downstream as the river heads north. What they don't tell you in the brochures or websites when you book on the cruise, is that the locks are a place where hawkers try to sell you their wares from sea level - even if you are four floors up on the ship. It's a spectacle, and it's definite worth a watch at least. They shout and holler 'hello' from their boats, and if you look over the handrail, they try to tempt you into checking their wares by throwing them up at you. They're very accurate too, especially when you consider that they're in small rowing boats that are moving all the time. the first thing that they threw up at me, I caught one handed whilst holding my mobile in the other. If you like the towel (for instance) that they throw up at you, it's at that point that you haggle over the price. I managed to knock the guy down from the overly-inflated price of 650 Egyptian Pounds (£32.50) to 250 LE (£12.50). What happens then is that they throw you another item up, you stuff the money inside the wrapping, and then throw it back down to them. If the towel ends up in the water they just try to sell it to someone else for a dollar. It's quite a fun way of doing business. At around 15:00, we reached Luxor. Mohammed had arranged to take us around the Temple Of Karnak. As this was a huge and interesting site, Mohammed rightly gave us plenty of time to look around it. Afterwards, he took us to Luxor Temple, just as the sun was going down. This was another temple that was lit up fantastically well, and the contrast between the two temples at different stages of the day worked a treat, visually. On our last day with Mohammed, he took us to see five tombs in the Valley Of The Kings (regular three tombs on you ticket + two additional ones), Hatshepsut's Temple, the Colossi of Memnon and, as a special favour to my wife, he took us to Howard Carter's House. My wife had been to Egypt twice, but she had never been here. She made it known to Mohammed that this was the #1 item on her bucket list while we were in Egypt. As a result, Mohammed made sure that we came here, seeing as we were in the area. It was very kind of him to do that for us.

We booked our 3 night Nile river cruise with Egypt Unlimited Tours based on other TA reviews. We were not disappointed. Mohamed Mostafa, the owner of the business, got in touch via email within hours of sending in our query. He sent us a detailed itinerary and also booked our domestic flights for us. We were picked up by our guide, Mohamed Ahmed, upon arrival at Aswan airport, and everything went seamlessly per plan from there on. Mohamed was a knowledgeable and friendly guide and spoke excellent English. We do recommend booking your Nile river experience through this company for a worry-free experience.

Overall pleasant n interesting tour. Hv to be careful with peddlers who will try to tempt you with one price and quote you another once you show interest. Guide was good and knowledgeable enough for me. Worth a visit

We really enjoyed our staying in Egypt and it was a pleasure to finally meet some of the staff members of Egypt Unlimited Tour. Very kind, frindly, helpful and trustful people who can make your trip a wonderful experience. In particular we liked the treament and the personalized service they gave us, helping us to choose what was best in our personal interest!!! I truly belive that the best way to enjoy and discover the main treasures of ancient egyptians that are strew all over egypt is throughout a Nile Cruise. You have the impression to be sailing through thousands of years and unlocked some of the mysteries of one of the first and ancient civilizations of all times. Really recommendable 👍

Our guide Mohammed provided great explanation and he was hilarious. The food on the cruise was good and varied. The crew on the cruise was extremely friendly and helpful. Mohammed helped us with everything we needed including airport transfers, buying scratch cards for us, and helping us to buy souvenirs. We really enjoyed our time on the cruise and in Egypt, the temples are beautiful and worth the visit. Thank you Mohammed!

Our ship was the Mojito, and it was relatively clean. Sailing started on Day 2, so the ship stayed docked on Day 1. Also, the ship didn't move at all on Day 4. There are a few optional tours not included in the price. For example, the Abu Simbel tour, which we signed up for and started at 3am on Day 2 by car. What we liked: - Our guide Mustafa was friendly, very knowledgeable and explained the history and the sites in great details. He timed the visit to the Luxor temple perfectly so we could see the temple lit up. He gave us some alone time at the sites when requested, which was great. When my ATM card didn't work at some machines, he helped arrange payment by credit card. Our tour was during Ramadan, and he was able to last until sunset without water and still talked a lot. - Food was actually pretty good and lots of variety. - There were not so many people onboard the ship, so we were able to enjoy the time and relax. - Our room was clean and AC worked very well. - Communication for pick-up from our hotel was very clear and prompt. - All cars/vans we rode in were super clean and comfortable. - Cruise staff was extremely friendly and helpful. What we didn't like: - Our group had 5 people, so the daily itinerary was communicated to us verbally (meeting time, sail time, checkout time, meal time, etc.), which created some confusion during the trip (may be my fault because I sometimes have bad memory, but the rest of the tour group members also shared the same concern of not knowing when to meet). It would have been better if we have a printed itinerary. - I booked via Viator and it said "daily bottled water" and "bottled water" right below the meals (see the attached). By 10am on Day 4, were only given 2 bottled water each (Day 1 and Day 2). After "reminding" our guide, he said we would each get 3 bottles in total, according to company policy. He also said it was difficult to buy bottled water when cruising, but after I told him I would write about my experience in this review, we got 2 additional bottled water within 30 minutes. I suggested to him to make this clear on Viator, and also the water during meal needs to be purchased. - Factory visits Overall, this was a very good tour, and I would recommend it. Just need to make the details clear on Viator so everyone's expectation is met.

My guide Mostafa was fantastic. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped me change my return flight, found things I needed at shops, escorted me to an ATM, (since I was not properly prepared for the amount of cash I would need), in addition to teaching me a ton about the sights and history or Egypt. He also rescued me from many over zealous vendors, until I started learning to not make eye contact or speak to them unless I wanted a never ending sales pitch for things I didn’t want. My main gripe would be the lack of pretrip info on TripAdvisor and no pretip contact to help me prepare better. There are probably about $1000 worth of additional excursions available, of which the only one mentioned was an optional trip to Abu Simbel. I did that which was an additional $200. I don’t know that I recommended that just because it is a very long drive (I think around 6 hours round trip) and there are plenty of temples to see on the trip. Abu Simbel was great and I enjoyed it, but I’m not sure I would do it with the luxury of hindsight. I also booked a hot air balloon trip in Luxor for $120, which unfortunately was cancelled due to wind. I took a boat to Kitchener Island and the Nubian village for $70, which by reading the itinerary I thought was included. I also did the light show at Karnak temple for $50. No drinks are included in the price of the cruise, except for at breakfast and afternoon tea. The food was plentiful with a lot of options, but don’t expect to be amazed by any epicurean delights. Be prepared for early mornings. I left before dawn to start tours every day. Though there was a lot of down time in the afternoon for napping. I was on the cruise ship Monaco. The staff was excellent and the room was nice. It was cool for a couple of days and the heat in my room didn’t work, so I really had to pile on the blankets, because my room was freezing. Be prepared to tip 50-100 Egyptian pounds a day to various drivers, boat pilots, etc. Overall I think I would have been just as happy foregoing the cruise and just booking day tours in Luxor, but that is just my opinion and not due to any problem with the cruise or it’s staff. I recommend anyone to book a guided tour with Mostafa. I think there might be nicer boat options than the Monaco, but it was the least expensive option I found and you probably get what you pay for.

From the time we were picked up from Aswan Airport our expectations were exceeded. After being picked up we met up with our guide Ashraf who took us to the Philae temple and High Dam before boading our boat.Being our first cruise we were unsure of what to expect,we were made to feel very welcome in luxourious surroundings. The room was great with fantastic views of the Nile and countryside, the food in the dining room was superb and the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive. Ashraf our guide was fantastic, his knowledge of ancient Egypt never failed to suprise us and he went out of his way to make sure we saw and had everthing we wanted. We had family coming to Luxor after the cruise finished,so we booked the Kanak Light and Sound through Ashraf for the night after the cruise finished,he arranged for us all to be picked up and dropped off at no extra cost .Even when our hotel had double booked us,Ahmed another rep was on hand when we checked into our new hotel to advise us of the arrangements for the show and that he would escort us to and from the show.He was also there to escort us to the airport 2 days later, which was a nice touch and very much appreciated. All in all a wonderful trip.

The sites and the journey were wonderful. Mustafa looked after us very nicely. Everything worked out as per the itinerary and the vehicles we were driven in were new in great condition. We did Abu Simbel but declined the other extras, I'm sure they would have been great but we felt that was right for us. Overall it was a great trip, fast paced at times and extremely relaxing at others.
