This is the best guide I had in my time in Egypt. Noby knows his stuff but more importantly his customer service is just right.

After using various guides in different areas of Egypt on our trip, I can say that Barry was one of my favorites, and the guide that I would recommend the most. He knows the history of the sites very well, and he is excellent at explaining and making sure that you get the most out of the sites that you will visit. I found the fact that he will read thorugh the hieroglyphs very impressive. Also very important is that the tour was never rushed; plenty of time was given to explore the sites. Another major advantage of using this guide from Reflections is that, unlike many of the other guides we had, Barry really gave us his attention while guiding and didn't interrupt the tour to answer phone calls or send texts, which happened a lot with other guides. I highly recommend using this guide. As a bonus, he is an Indian Jones fan which is awesome, and he also takes excellent pictures equally well with both Android phones and iPhones, but Androids are his favorite phones.

We enjoyed our day trip & we’re fortunate to have the enthusiastic & knowledgable Noby as our tour guide. A proud ‘son of Luxor’, he made us feel very welcome in his homeland. On our way to the Valley of the Kings, Noby explained that a young boy was the first to discover the site of Tutankhamen’s tomb. We enjoyed an amazing day exploring Luxor. We had good communication prior to our tour,confirming pickup time and location Our day started with an ontime pickup. The car was in excellent condition - functioning seatbelts, comfortable, and AC and bottled water. Fhareek our drive was a courteous and safe driver Khaled our tour guide was extremely informative throughout the day. He shared his credentials as an Egyptologist He did an excellent job of describing what we were going to see prior to our entry into locations. This helped with understanding the history and knowing what we were looking at, thereby enhancing the experiences. We enjoyed a lunch buffet that offered many selections and the food was good. We were happy that we selected the private tour allowing us flexibility on time for visiting the sites without feeling rushed or delayed It was an extremely hot day in Luxor but we always stepped into an air conditioned car as we drove from site to site Khaled answered any question we had and has offered to answer more in the future! We highly recommend DJ Khaled as your guide. You will have an amazing experience!

Lovely tour with a nice guide. Lots of information about the ancient Egyptians. Lovely driver with a nice car which had much needed air conditioning! We had to advance the tour 1 hour, and the guide agreed without problem and made the experience very enriching and pleasant!

Barry was a fantastic guide who came across as both extremely knowledgeable but also quite friendly and easy to talk to. The tour was also very accommodating of our earlier start time due to one of our activities being canceled leaving us with extra time in the morning. Overall 10/10

We had an amazing time with Mahmood (I hope I spelled his name correctly), who was very kind and knowledgeable, taking care of all our needs during the visit. He followed the tour itinerary as planned and patiently answered all our questions. Mahmood also kindly took many pictures of us, leaving us completely satisfied and happy with our tour experience. Also, having space in Egypt was a bit hard to find, but Mahmood was the only person in Egypt who respected our privacy during the visit, which was very different from other people we met in Egypt. Our driver, Mustafa, was also great. He was punctual, waiting for us at the door of our hotel, and he was very helpful and attentive throughout the trip. Overall, our visit to our favorite places in Luxor with this tour was unforgettable. We highly recommend it to everyone.

My guide and friend, Noby, was quite knowledgeable at every detail of the archaeological sites and gave me a highly comprehensive introduction to the ancient Egyptian history. His explanation was not a collection of distinct historical facts but like a single story; one thing I learned at a place naturally appeared later, so I could understand key elements one by one. What I loved best of his guide was that he showed me how to ‘read’ hieroglyphs on the walls, some are alphabetical, some are ideographic. On top of that, he is always friendly and polite, which made the tour comfortable and joyful all the time. If you come to Luxor and plan to visit these archaeological sites, I highly recommend this full inclusive tour.

Abdo was very informative. He took his time explaining each area and providing us with so much history that we were unaware when it came to the New Kings. He was very kind and gave us plenty of opportunities to capture pictures as well as taking some to help with our memories of Luxor. The place he took us for lunch was “AMAZING”. The food and the hospitality has been one great experience. Abdo was very detailed and we just enjoyed being around such a great man that is very knowledgeable on this area. We appreciate all the time he spent with showing and educating us on Luxor. Can’t wait to come back Thank you

This was our family‘s first trip to Egypt and our tour guide couldn’t have been better. He was extremely well informed, patient and great with our kids. He offered excellent historical context on all of the sites that we visited and helped us get the best pictures as well as selecting the best tombs to visit in the valley of Kings. Khalid Was absolutely amazing! We had a little bit of time left at the end and made sure that we had an opportunity to get in all of the sites that we wanted as well as a little souvenir shopping.
