This is by far the most stress free, comfortable and professional ways to travel from Hanoi to Ha Giang that I experienced. It is more expensive than the sleeper bus, but it makes up for every penny with comfort, reliability, flexibility and professionalism. It helps a great deal to have a WhatsApp to correctly identify your driver and be informed of any delays. However, you could probably get by with email at a push, as they will pick you up outside your chosen hotel. It's an early start, but it gets you to Ha Giang with time to spare for a relaxing afternoon, with accommodation for stop offs. You may want to pack some loo roll for the toilet breaks as not all loos at teh stop off points are well kitted out for this.

It is the most uncomfortable transportation I’ve ever taken. The van left an hour before I arrived to the airport (it did not say what time it would leave). Then I took the earliest bus and it happened to be sleeper bus. I was put on the top bunk. The whole thing was supposed to be for sleeping but it was in the middle of the day…so I had to recline the whole time. Can’t sleep because the driving here is crazy and the horn honking was constant, had to hold on half of the time.

Every time I go up to Ha Giang, I use this van service. They're reliable, fast, and most importantly, COMFORTABLE. It's a long trip to Ha Giang from Hanoi and this van service makes it bearable. Their departure/arrival times are perfect for what I need since I can actually sleep before heading up north (unlike the night buses). And its FASTER than the night buses, too. Great value. Will continue to use this van service.

If you want to save sometime, feel little more comfortable, book this van. Good way to start and end the Ha Giang loop

This van is very nice and comfortable. I can read, work while spending 5,5 hour on it. It is small so it goes really fast. I also did the ha giang loop with them. Brilliant group of young local guides. Highly recommended.

We booked this van for our trip to Ha Giang. Very comfortable. very big seat with water and internet. The driver picks us up from the center of Hanoi and drop us off right in front of our stay in Ha Giang. Good choice to travel between Hanoi and Ha Giang

It was great! Thank you to our great guides, Tam and Su. They were really much fun and caring. What I liked is that they made the tour very personal like they taught us a traditional dance and showed us a beautiful waterfall. They also took our wishes into consideration and showed us the best places. The landscapes were mindblowing and we really enjoyed all the picture times :) I strongly recommend this tour!
