What a lovely way to explore the city of Tours by enjoying local food and drinks. Our guides Niamh and Melissa showed us a wonderful time and and we got to learn about the city they call home. By the end it felt like we all friends chatring over good food and drinks This was our first trip to France and after several days in Paris, this excursion was well deserved. We would recommend it to anyone visitng the city of Tours.

Our Food Tour booking was cancelled by the operator the day before due to insufficient numbers of bookings during the low season.

We booked and the.momey was accepted and we got confirmation. Then they text us and said sorry they needed 48 hours notice not 24 hours even though we could select day and time on Viator website. So we didn't get to go but we have received we d two emails asking us to rate the experience

We had the best time during our food tour with Niamh. We tasted lots of delicious food and wine, and Niamh was an amazing guide, utterly engaging and personable. Highly recommended!

This was an absolute highlight of our time in Tours!! Nive (sp?) and Melissa were the best guides ever…they were actually more like the best ambassadors and hosts ever. By the end of the day we felt like we had made new friends! The food was delicious and the conversation wonderful. Our time spent at the Pale Irish Pub was magical. In fact, we couldn’t drag our adult children away!! Tours, in general, was fantastic and this food tour made it even better!!

Having it been my first time in France, I was overwhelmed by the enthusiasm and knowledge of our guide Niamh on our delicious food tour of the city! Hidden gems, great food, wines and history !

Prachtige stad.Met een heel mooi oud centrum. En ook nog groot winkelaanbod. Veel leuke restaurantjes.

Wat een geweldige manier om een stad te leren kennen. Tours biedt natuurlijk van alles, in ons geval wijn en heerlijk eten. Onze gids Nianmh was gewoon prima. Zij kent de beste plekjes, restaurants, wijnbars en ook de beroemde Les Halles, waar je als liefhebber in een paradijs terecht komt. De gids heeft goede connecties met de bezochte zaken. Wij hebben de meest uiteenlopende plekken bezocht. Overal waar wij genodigd waren om te proeven werden wij professioneel en vooral hartelijk ontvangen. Dat de Food Tour langer duurde dan gepland, was geen punt voor onze gids. Naast heel veel geproefd en genoten, hebben wij met ons groepje van vier- 2 koppels- veel plezier gehad op locaties en met de gids onderweg. Heerlijk.
