Luis, our guide , so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Lucerne. The tour was relaxed and enjoyable ! The chocolates were amazing ! The views and the castle were like being in a fairytale . Visited Opus for wine and cheese . Great explanation and fabulous pairing . This is our last day in Lucerne - so happy we were able to have this wonderful experience❤️thank you Luis !

Our tour guide, Luis, had an encyclopedic knowledge of the area and could answer any questions we had.

First let me say that Nina our tour guide was precious and knowledgeable. She was courteous and kind. No where in the description of the tour did it say we would be walking the entire time. The four of us paid over $900 for this and now way was it even worth half. The wine tasting and cheese portion was beyond disappointing. We got a taste of either white or red wine. No discussion other than they can’t produce enough to export. The portion we were each given was enough for a couple of sips. Then our guide said goodbye and left us sitting there. Yep. The end. Again in her defense she couldn’t get in contact with the owner regarding the add on cruise portion we paid for so she ran over to the dock to figure that out for us. She was kind enough to send me the info on WhatsApp. Not sure what someone would have done had we not had the app. We would not recommend this tour to anyone.

This walking tour was great. Our tour guide took us to several locations and explained the history behind it. We saw covered bridge, Sampled chocolates, cheese and wine tasting, saw castle hotel which has spectacular views of Lucerne. Definitely recommend this tour

It was a lovely experience and I highly recommend it. It was exactly as advertised. Our guide was knowledgeable and very helpful with suggestions of other things to do in the city.

Guide was lovely and very knowledgeable which was great, but it was a very expensive tour for what you got. The chocolate experience was a very short tasting and they simply gave you a bag of chocolates to take away. Why not let you stay around and look and purchase some and also hear abit more about their chocolate. The castle part you couldn’t go into the hotel at the top which was disappointing. The cheese and wine was lovely. All in all ok but overpriced.

Laslo was a great guide, knew the city and was good with kids. Chocolate and cheese was an added bonus!

Wonderful afternoon with Isabella as our guide. The chocolate tasting at the beginning was a perfect start, and the walking tour that followed was fun and informative. Taking the funicular up to an amazing view of Lucerne was very fun, and the wine and cheese tasting that ended the tour was generous and delicious. Thanks, Isabella!

We did the Lucerne chocolate, cheese, and wine tour. Our tour guide was very nice and personable. We went to one chocolatier in the train station where we tried various chocolates and learned about the history of the company and some chocolate information. We then went to a hotel up in the hills and saw a nice view of Lucerne. We then walked to a nice small cheese and wine venue where we tasted cheese and drank wine and chatted with our guide. The tour lasted 2 hours. The tour was nice, but for the price paid, expected more chocolate tastings and more time overall. The value of thus tour was not as good as expected. Overall nice tour but too expensive for what we did.

Ours guides were friendly, warm and knowledgeable. The view from the castle hotel was stunning. The wine are very good and chocolates were also good.

This was a lovely way to spend the afternoon! I booked this tour when another tour was canceled at the last minute because of weather (in the mountains). Luis communicated when and where to meet. The tour ended up being with just another couple so it was easy to make our way through town to the various stops and to hear all the information provided about the city and products being sampled.

Luis made the tour he was so knowledgeable and moved at our pace. The wine and cheese was a great addition and who doesn’t love Chocolate! Great views and perfect pace

Our guide, Louis was great. The chocolate, cheese n wine tasting super! The funicular wasn’t working so we missed that part of the tour. Do we get a partial refund?

My husband and I spent a wonderful afternoon on this tour in Lucerne with one other couple and our awesome tour guide, Luis! He was so personable and knowledgeable of the area and the culture and helped to make the tour a fantastic way to spend the afternoon! Yes, the Chocolate tasting is at a store in the train station, but it was the best chocolate tasting experience we had in all of Lucerne and they allowed us to try everything that we wanted to taste! Everything was delicious and well worth it! We ended the day in a beautiful castle for wine tasting and cheese, which was fantastic! We so enjoyed ourselves and our new friends that we ended up staying longer and enjoying the wine! Luis also gave us great recommendations for dinner, drinks and other activities for the remainder of our trip. I highly recommend this tour; you won't be disappointed!!

Way overpriced for what we received. Chocolate was delicious and cheese but standing in a store eating chocolate is not my idea of chocolate tasting . 450.00 Swiss francs was outrageous . Our guide was lovely and we enjoyed her very much . But we went on this to taste Switzerland. Disappointed.

Luis was fantastic. This tour gives you the opportunity to try some Swiss cheese and chocolate with a knowledgeable guide. Highly recommend!

I've been to Luzern twice before,but this time we booked this tour and what a difference it made! Isabel was very knowledgeable and sweet,and in just over 2hrs she told us so many things which we never knew.She took us to spots we had missed before, especially Château Gütch.Also,we would have missed the boat ride on the lake had she not told us,which was in our ticket.The boat ride with it's audio guide complemented the land tour,and by the end we knew a lot more about this lovely place than ever before.The icing on the cake was the chocolate tasting at Läderach and cheese tasting at a streetside restaurant. Definitely recommending it my friends.
